Great to see you back, getinbig.

I have 2 questions for you:

1. Is it possible to work length and girth at the same time? As you can see in my signature, I dont want a lot more lenght and my routine consists in doing:
side-to-side stretch > bundle stretch > clamping/edging

2. Am I the only one who thinks its better (since I can put the clamp very near the pubic bone) and more intense to do clamping without any protection? I dont use socks, sleeves, etc, and just put the clamp while I am flacid. Then work my erection to 110%. I can handle 15 min this way and I dont feel anything on my skin. Is it safe to clamp this way?

Two answers...
1. Yes you can definitely work on both girth and length. In addition, you can tailor or weight your workouts to favor exactly what your most looking for.
2. It’s fine to clamp bare. I have done that and enjoyed it. I use a comfort sleeve because it helps me get a more complete clamp. Hideaway85 has always done his clamping that way...

Third afternoon clamp...
20 minute fun clamp. Lots of squeezes and otherwise continuous stroking. Still very sensitive and probably over excited to be clamped again...
I exercised great caution and avoided going over the edge. Still saving my cum for my wife...hopefully today...and then maybe some cream pie!

Total time clamped today...55 minutes!

Hi Normal Guy! No I've been on a break and just getting back into pumping...and clamping as of this morning.
Maybe a mini gain in my girth...I'm just at 5.8 inches...a little closer to my goal of 6 inches...:)

That`s some good news! You are really close :D Are you planning to start working on lenght that passionate, as you do with girth?

Thinking about maybe hanging next summer, but I think it might take awhile to get to 6 inches!

Last clamp of the day...

It was bothering me that I was 5 minutes shy of an hour of clamping today...Soooooo...

You guessed it! I strapped on my clamp and did another 7 minutes...

Total time clamped today was 1 hour and 2 minutes...:becky:

Pumped for Pumping!

So I've gotten back into pumping after quite a break. I had changed my daily routine to a clamping only one aimed at girth and stamina training.

Now I'm mixing things up a bit, taking more rest days and combining pumping with clamping again.

Pumping session without protector cap again...so this was a nice session that began with a 3 minute warmup at moderate pressure. Then I did three six minute pumps also a moderate pressure. I added a few small pumps to maintain pressure every few minutes, and probably had a bit more pressure during the last pump.
Finished the second 6 minute pump nice and plump. Then took a break...

100 Wet Ultimate Jelqs that felt great. I like the UJs because I can feel the blood moving up my shaft toward my glans with each jelq.

Then finished with a third and final 6 minute pump at slightly above moderate pressure. Good color, no issues with discoloration or my glans.

Enjoying these morning pumps. I plan to pump a 2-3 times each week, but hope to keep the pressure down to avoid any injury this time...

First morning clamp...20 minutes

This was a nice clamp right after pumping. My shaft was still a bit plump from my pump when I put on my comfort sleeve and then applied my clamp.

Nice EQ and a quick very firm erection. I've been backing off a click on my clamp after doing 5-7 kegels as I press the clamp back against my pubic bone. This really fills my shaft. My first clamp was again done carefully. I've been off clamping for a few weeks and I don't want to slip over the edge. I'm working to regain the control I had before my break. This session went a bit better after the first 6 or 7 minutes. I did about 15 minutes of stamina work with thrusting through my OK grip and doing reverse kegels with each thrust.

Clamp off after 20 minutes...finished nice and thick with a deep color. Nice session...

Second clamp after a short break...

That first clamp wasn't enough, so after a short break, I put my clamp back on and began with some stroking, squeezes and "kegel presses" to really engorge my shaft. A kegel press is when I press my clamp back against my pubic bone just as I am doing a regular kegel. Amazing way to fill your shaft. Sometimes I have to back off a click. I usually do 5-7 of these every so often during my clamp.
After 20 minutes I took my clamp off. I did about 12 minutes of pure stamina work. My control seems to be coming back. Hopefully I can maintain that on a lighter workout schedule of 2-3 sessions per week.

Total time clamped so far today is 40 minutes...

Very cool Commited! I hope that works for you. One thing for sure is that it gives you an introduction to hanging...you get to literally "feel" what hanging is all about. I really wish I had done that...Keep us posted on how it's going, please!

Yeah, it's a good intro to hanging as at 2.7Ibs is a little higher tension that my night stand with the phallosan. So far am able to hang 2 x 40 minutes without fatigue at 2.7Ibs . Am upping this week by 0.5kg.
I will keep you posted.

Haha...that clamp is still calling...I actually bumped into it this morning while getting my leather balls stretcher...but after pumping this morning, I moved my silicone sleeve from my scrotum to the base of my shaft as a girth band, and never thought to put my clamp on...that's surprising...I may continue with pumping and wet jelqs alone for a while...I'm enjoying both..


Yes, Lezoteli, keep up with your stamina work. I'm hoping to see how good my stamina remains with my wife this weekend. If we don't have sex soon, I'm going to have to think about putting a clamp on and releasing at the end of a loooong stamina thrusting session:becky:

is it an airpump or the bathmate you're using?

Lezoteli is a beast himself. unfortunately, he doesn't log

to be honest, I haven't start stamina training yet.:becky: ahah

I'm lazy because it takes time with the flesh light..if you want to do things properly, about five-ten minutes on preparation cleaning etc..plus 20-30 of actual training..if you count the same time for pe includind warm up etc...then it start to be a serious part of the day...with normal edging is faster , smoother etc...but I'm doing it just for eq .

when I'll start stamina training I'll keep you updated!

haha, okay my mistake.

yh sometimes going manual is just easier. The maintenance and preparation aspect of the fleshlight stamina device is why I haven't considered it. Too much time.. lol

Getinbig and lezoteli, I write after a hiatus of 3 weeks to say I failed the AP90 about 2 weeks ago at day 40.
It was a pleasure to be on this journey with you two. Thanks for all the encouragement and support. I must say things improved on my side.
But after failing, I did some continuous binge watching of porn a bit.
Life on the other side has been demanding/distracting a bit for me, hence the small hiatus I have been on by far.
But I hope you guys are doing fine and will return to the gym soon. I think wehave all been away for about the same time of 3 weeks so far.
