Are you willing to work 30 minutes daily for the next month to get rid of PreE? I put together everything that gave me some improvement at some point in my life and my results are great. Each exercise attack a different aspect of PreE, I will explain each one at my next post.

1- Glans squeezing (15 mins. daily): It is just that. Give your glans many consecutive squeezes. You can do it erect or flaccid. You can do it while doing other daily activities. I do it while driving, you can do it while reading, watching TV, seeing videos at your cell phone, etc. This is my thread for more information.

3-Masturbation kegels (100 reps): With one hand clamp the base of your penis using an "OK" sign and masturbate with the other using lube. While you are masturbating do 100 hard kegels. For each kegel push your hips forward and contract your glutes.

4-CLandt made a thread about this video on december. I found it useful. (3 mins daily)



My PreE was so bad that there were times that I would ejaculate as soon as my penis touched the vagina. Now I can go as long as I want varying my speed. If I go hard and fast 100% of the time I can go 20 mins. or more.

As you can see the exercises are easy to do. If you do the glans squeezing while doing other activities then in reality your workout will take you less than 15 mins. of your life. The purpose of each exercise are:
1- Glans Squeezing: Get rid of IK's.
2- Modified prone masturbation: Strengthen the same muscles used during sex and massage the bulb and the corpus spongiosum.
3- Masturbation kegels: Gets you used/accustomed to the feeling of kegels during sex. Everyone at this forum do reverse kegels trying to avoid kegels during sex. My approach is to get used to them so they don't affect your performance during sex and you don't need to be paying attention to counteract them. Plus kegels gives better erections. I have seen many members saying that they want to be able to do reverse kegels until they lose their erection, whenever I read that I ask myself what is the use of a flaccid penis during sex.
4- Exercice 4 will control your glans sensitivity. This one is perfect to last longer in the reverse cowgirl position!

For those that decide to try this program I will ask two more things to ensure better results.
1- Ejaculate more often: Don't be more than 3 days without ejaculating.
2- If you are currently using a multivitamin stop using it during the month you try this program.

Couldn't you also use a cock ring for exercise number 3?

I use my hand because I don't have a cock ring. If you have one it probably would be even better because it will make the exercise easier to perform and you can use both hands for masturbation.

I am glad that some of you are interested on the exercises. I hope that many of you give this a try. I know that some of you may be thinking: "I will wait until somebody else try this and if it works for him then I will try it." Don't do that. Think how bad do you want to solve this problem. You are the only one responsible for your sexuality. You are the one that need to satisfy your girl. The only reason I use my time (which is very limited) to made a thread like this is because I suffered the humiliation of PreE and I wish that every member of this forum can get rid of it. I am 100% sure that if you try this program you will see results soon.

I have done glans squuezing for over 4 months. If you remember me I was the guy that took your squuezing exersice to the next level. I squueze with full power and hammered my glans with rubber hammer. Also rubbed my glans in every different direction with full power. Have been squueze with finger nails with full power also. My edging sessions did not improve. Do you think it work in real sex only?

Can I just buy fleshlight and thrust the fleshlight in exersice number 2?

I think im going to skip exersice number 3.

Exersice number 4 is interesting. Im going to add that.

#3 works great for me with a Fleshlight. Although I will have to stand by reverse Kegels being a better Ejaculation controller than Kegels.

All you need is good balance between the two , and edging while simultaneously doing Kegels seems kinda counterproductive to me . Unless you are doing towel raises which I can understand , but that's pretty much for EQ and not penetration stamina.

Manual Base clamping while edging took my MMO game to another level. So I'm totally on board with #3 minus the Kegels.

Thanks Anklepain! Of course I remember you! I have been following your log and seeing your progress. When I used only the glans squeezing I experienced that. I was able to last on sex and sometimes with masturbation reached PONR fast. That is kind of weird. Usually the opposite happens, that people can last during masturbation but not during sex. But I can't tell for sure if that is what is happening to you.
Can you do me a favor? Do the four exercises at least for the next two weeks and see if you feel improvement before making changes to the program. Doing that you will know if your changes gives you more improvement or if you regress.

Are you really using your fingernails? Man, you are really taking it to the extreme!

Whenever I have done this exercise (with kegels) the first few days I reach PONR within a few strokes. But after a few days I can do the 100 kegels easily. My body gets used to the kegels and I can resist the feeling of penis stimulation in conjunction with kegels. That is the kind of feeling you have to resist when you are pushing hard.
I am not saying that reverse kegels won't work (I have to accept that I have never done it with reverse kegels) but my approach is to get used to the feeling of kegels and penis stimulation simultaneously.

The prone one is actually how i started masturbating. I remember it could take me more than 30 mimutes to ejaculate. The first few times i was doing this, I was enjoying it. Until i discovered that I could rush to ejaculation by stroking with my hand.

Sometime I masturbate like this In The morning (trying to stop it completely) and cum in less than one minute. I think it is the frenulum that is rubbing that cause me to cum so fast.

Try the modified version. By placing the corner close to your testicles the contact with the frenulum would be minimal if any. The first few days you will probably hit PONR fast but that is the point, to build tolerance. You will notice that after a few days you will be able to do it for a longer period of time and soon you will do it for 5 minutes easily.

I forgot to mention, if you reach PONR before you complete the reps or time of the exercises do it "start/stop" style until you complete the exercise. You will build tolerance and will be able to complete them without having to stop.

There is another thing I forgot to mention. You don't need to do the exercises back to back. For example: I do Ex. 3 and Ex. 4 first thing in the morning, Ex. 1 while driving from home to work and from work to home, and Ex. 2 at some moment in the afternoon.

Is there any video of that exercise? I don't understand it very well but I would like to do it.
