I recently finished JP90 and gained almost 3/4 in length and 1/4 in girth. Instead of an entirely new routine I thought I would stick with the JP90 format, but add 25 jelqs per set, so rather than 3 sets of 50 I've been doing 3 sets of 75 for the last couple days.

My hard ons are great, better than ever, including last night. I could chisel up concrete. However, me length gains are completely gone. The girth is still there but I'm back to my original length, if not shorter. What happened in 3-4 days that made my length gain vanish? Did I overwork and add too much too fast?

Thanks for any responses... .

Well it is possible that you have entered over training. That is something that can happen when upping the routine intensity. Is there any change to the measuring? Time of day or position? Anything different?

I'd say inconsistent measuring is playing with your head my man.

I wish that were the case. It was immediately noticeable when I got hard shortly before posting this.

I'm going to take 4-5 days off.

The only difference is mid-afternoon this time, compared to my usual mid-morning routine.

Any variable such as time of day can make a difference. For measuring purposes I suggest doing it the exact same every time. It is a good idea to take a rest. That can tell you if over training is in play. Good luck.

It is possible that you have over trained, after all, you added 75 more jelqs all at once.

My recommendation is to stick to your routine until it stops working, then make slight modifications, just enough to trigger gains again.

Take some time off until your EQ is restored, then resume back from where you had the best PIs, if need be later on, you can try adding 5 more jelqs every week and see how will your penis respond.

Mr.B8, that's why I was confused, because my EQ never decreased. I guess overtraining could effect everyone a little differently though.
