I can't believe you found this thread. Some members couldn't understand my explanation of the modified prone masturbation. I found a video of a woman masturbating exactly like that. Agreed, but I think DE from prone masturbation happens long term or abuse of it. I assume members reading this will use their common sense and not abuse of it. From what I have read DE from prone masturbation is reversible. Just in case, everyone reading this, don't abuse of any of the exercises. When you reach your goals you can make them less frequently just for maintenance.

VirgilD5to6 made me a good question on a message. Why not use a fleshlight instead of the prone masturbation? The purpose of the modified prone masturbation is to place the emphasis of the stimulus on the area of the penis that goes from the testicles to the frenulum (that ridge under your penis). I find that working that area helps to last longer.

Are you willing to work 30 minutes daily for the next month to get rid of PreE? I put together everything that gave me some improvement at some point in my life and my results are great. Each exercise attack a different aspect of PreE, I will explain each one at my next post.

1- Glans squeezing (15 mins. daily): It is just that. Give your glans many consecutive squeezes. You can do it erect or flaccid. You can do it while doing other daily activities. I do it while driving, you can do it while reading, watching TV, seeing videos at your cell phone, etc. This is my thread for more information.

3-Masturbation kegels (100 reps): With one hand clamp the base of your penis using an "OK" sign and masturbate with the other using lube. While you are masturbating do 100 hard kegels. For each kegel push your hips forward and contract your glutes.

4-CLandt made a thread about this video on december. I found it useful. (3 mins daily)



My PreE was so bad that there were times that I would ejaculate as soon as my penis touched the vagina. Now I can go as long as I want varying my speed. If I go hard and fast 100% of the time I can go 20 mins. or more.

In the video he says doing that for 30 minutes a day, so if added to your program its about 50 minutes a day of workout, am i correct?

He does it for 30 mins because it is the only thing he does. If you are going to do all the exercises 3 to 5 minutes of that exercise is enough.

Ok so first of all, in this two week of time me and my girlfriend broke up so i almost havent tested it on real
But the one time i did was a week ago and i noticed 2 major things:
My PreE hasnt much improved but my EQ improved massively-first, my dick was much harder than usual. Second,my dick was rock hard 10 seconds after cumming which made having sex much better

The second thing was size- it kind of grew in girth (not sure how much)

Now about the exercises
The 3rd one was really hard to complete in week one, but each day now im getting close to 100 kegels in a row - i feel that this is an improvement in that field
The 4th one (ballooning) was made easier by performing a strong kegel and then focusing on the release of the kegel made my pf much less tense.

The first exercise not much to share, and in the second exercise i couldnt get an erection no matter what i did so i added 5 minutes time on the ballooning exercise
