Wow, I have been doing PE for nearly 9 months now and plateaued a little while ago which has been very frustrating and this is a great theory that makes a lot of sense.

I get rock hard erections, between 8.5-10 depending on how turned on I am, and my BPFSL is 6.25 inches whilst my BPEL is 6.75 inches.

I'm going to switch my focus to tunica work in an effort to break the platau but was curious as to whether it is uncommon to have .5" shorter stretched length than erect?

First, this is an awesome thread for many reasons.
Second, you're not alone. I have an 8-10 EQ but my BPSFL is shorter than my BPEL too. But from I've been reading here...it's uncommon, but not unheardof. Guess it's tunica work for me (after my 90 day ends).

The more I read on this forum, the more I realize all these measurements are important. I'm amazed at the focus, knowledge, and action here! I got some more measuring to do tonight.

My bpfsl is about .75 longer than my bpel. Does that mean I should focus more on jelqs and squeezes? Also, would a Bathmate be really good for me?

My BPFSL is 0.75 inches more than my erect length, going to focus more on girth excersises during my jp routine and see if i helps with my erection problems atm and gains as well, only been doing this for over 2 weeks so far

When you guys talk about limiting factors, it seems that you are really only referring to length limitations. But what if you have the length, but the tunica seems to be the limiting factor and you want to gain girth more so then length. Do you still focus on the the tunica? From what I understand, the tunica is really only worked out when doing stretches, which aren't really the best exercises for girth. I'm kind of confused.

My focus is on the tunica atm. But say after a certain amout of time, my BPFSL becomes longer than BPEL and EQ is getting lower and lower, Do I then start excercising on the smooth muscle? Then after some more time, go back to tunica exercises when tunica becomes my limiting factor again?

I have followed this thread from the beginning and it makes sense to me. The other day I took some cold measurements and found that my non bone pressed flaccid stretched length and my non bone pressed erect length were virtually identical. Erection quality was around 9 when I took this measurement. Am I correct to say that my tunica is the limiting factor and that I should go the route of mostly length?

Since reading this thread, I have been doing the following:

10 minute warm up
12 minutes of wet jelqs, 5 sec. each stroke
10-12 minutes of stretching.

Today, just out of curiosity, I measured after this workout and was (non bone pressed) 7.5 inches flaccid stretched and 7.1 inches erect.

My "normal" measurements are around 7" nbp erect length by 5.25 mid shaft girth, 5.5 at base

Am I on the right track here?

Edit--I just realized that the theory says to take BP measurements!! I did NBP measurements. Does it matter?

What a great article, I've read it all many times, I started on JP's routine 2 months ago so far no gains but a healthy looking penis, what I'm confused about is my bpfsl is about 1.5" shorter than my bpel and my EQ is about 7 so what should I work more on Tunica or smooth muscle? please help shall i stay on what I'm doing or alter it a bit, thanks in advance

Interesting topic indeed. The question that i have is does kegels and reverse kegles (stamina works) have any effect on the tunica and the smooth muscle?

I'm asking because at some point my hard on is rock hard, so hard that i can bearlly move it without discomfort (like a stick) and it hurts a little bit, and it feels like it going to explode (not literary).

So maybe kegels help the smooth muscle only?

thanks for this great post.
my bpsfl is much shorter than my bpel and I have an IQ of 6-7.. so I combine signals from both issues.
does that mean that this theory does not apply to me? and maybe I should do a normal PE program.

Ok guys , so I have question.
Let's say that mine tunica is limited and I am starting workout on mine smooth muscle , but i don't need girth i need lenght , so what i can't anymore work on lenght , because mine tunica is limited and i can't add more inches to lenght ?

Thank you Remek!
I read and tried this theory; it is working for me. I started combining this theory and JP's workout about 2 weeks ago and have gained .25 in length. I do more stretching exercises than girth exercises, although I have lost some girth but I can gain that back later on.

After reading some of the recent questions it appears that some reiteration of the clues is needed:

Clues to work Smooth Muscle (AKA: You need to perform girth work)
Main Clue 1: On a scale of 1 to 10, your erections are a 8 or less
Main Clue 2: Your BPFSL is more than .5" greater than your BPEL (Example: BPFSL = 6.6", BPEL=6.0")
So if this is the case, then you need to do Girth type exercises.

Clues to work Tunica: (AKA you need to perform length exercises)
Main Clue 1: On a scale of 1 to 10, your erections are a 9 or a 10

Main Clue 2: Your BPEL is the same, longer, or no shorter than .5 BPFSL (Example 1:BPFSL = 6.4", BPEL=6.0". Example 2: BPFSL = 5.75" BPFSL, BPEL=6.0")
So if this is the case, then you need to do Length type exercises

One last thing: BPFSL means Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length

Kegels do not work either from what I have read. Supposedly they work the PC muscle, and are generally considered to be stamina exercises, not so much girth or length. To me it sounds like you are getting rock hard erections, so congrats!

Now if your BPFSL is close or less than your BPEL, get to work on some stretching...

Interesting topic indeed. The question that i have is does kegels and reverse kegles (stamina works) have any effect on the tunica and the smooth muscle?

Ok that's very sexy i happy to hear ! Thank you !

But I am still confused mine BPFSL is 8.87 and BPEL is 8.48 , so mine BPFSL is bigger around 0.39. In this case I understand that mine Tunica is limiting factor and I need to focus on Tunica by lenght exercises. But now how Mr. movinonup told ( Main Clue 2: Your BPEL is the same, longer, or no shorter than .5 BPFSL ) so I confused lil bit.

I would like to get answer please ! :)

Uhm i feel left out... my bpfsl is 0.25" shorter than my bpel...that means my Tunica is my limit???

But my EQ is around 6.5 so that means that my SM is my limit???

First of all, I would recommend you finishing a beginner's routine, and then if things are still the same with your BPFSL and your EQ. Focus on your SM.
