The article was specifically talking about erectile dysfunction, but you are right they used the word impotence in the statistic.
I'm looking for a psychologist or neuro psychologist. Just like urologists, not all are the same. I do have a loss of pleasure, anhedonia, so maybe that's something they can help with too. Maybe it's related.
One of the urologists did suggest possibly doing a test of the adrenal glands, but when I followed up he told me that's something I'd have to see a endocrinologist about.
Just to let you know..it's
EXTREMELY common to have what's called a
"circadian psychogenic upset"..it's something that originates from a region in your
hypothalamus called
Suprachiasmatic Nucleus (SCN) - it's common amongst teenagers who have sleep issues and
their night time and day time is flipped..
it's also common in men , namely younger , with an anxiety disorder and especially predominant in individuals with ADHD and Obsessive-Compulsive-Disorder...essentially
it means that the
ONLY time your brain is truly relaxed
is when you are sleeping, and during the day you are in a constant anxiogenic, "in your head" type personna...where 90% of what you do is
introverted-anxiogenic self-collection.
...it's so common that it contributes to at least 76% of youthful psychogenic E.D.
The best way to fix it is by getting full nights of sleep, melatonin if necessary to stabilize circadian rhythms..and if necessary, therapy/mental strategies may be added to augment your overall routine.
Since you had obtained an erection during sleeping, it's highly suggestive of the circadian upset and you should certainly make it a point to get 8-9 hours of sleep a night!
With that being said, try PowerFULL at 5 days on, and two days off (cycling it) but PLEASE read the above and consider what these other guys are saying... I see this issue all too often...and very often it's a matter of "getting OUT OF YOUR HEAD" and taking at least a few hours to change your acclimization to your routine and possibly go out for a walk a few times a day, at least do something like that!
