Yes, those marks are a measure of tension applied by the springs. How much tension is going to depend on what springs you got with your QEP. I got the 4000g springs, so compressing the tension rods down to that first line is about 1000g of tension. The second line is about 2100g. I would not suggest you apply any more than about 1000g of tension (first line).


The only difference for correcting curvature is you put the glans support on upside down.

How would flipping the support upside down fix a left or right curve?

That makes sense. Where did you get the tension ratings from? Or is that an educated guess? What do you think the tension would be on the 3500 springs?

That s the indicators that are needed in order to add the next rod.
When these indications are happening during the 1st set of the day its time to add a rod and don t go back again.
By this way your own dick showed you that it has gained MFSL( and possible EL) and that is ready for the next length step.
The length rod progressions extending works simply because you can t overtrain from guesses of WHEN and HOW MUCH intensity to add because your own dick tells you WHEN to add.... the HOW MUCH is 0,2 to 0,3cm as the Andro rods are comming with the device.
When you are adding the new length you will see that teh dick is NOT so loose in the extender anyome... so all you have to do is doing your 3X60 mins sessions 5 days /week and it will be loose once again and then you are adding the next rod and this is how gains are happening.
And don t even think of doing more volume/sets or skipping your rest days because you are gonna have the opposite results.... the tissues will get stiff and you can stay there for a life time without being able to gain more MFSL in order to procceed in the next rod.
Thats the main trap of all the extending guys with no gains.


What do you think about wearing sleeves to stay in an extended state after extending or on rest days?

I measured mine using a digital scale. For the 3500 springs the tension would probably be close to the same.

My dick was originally average in size.
I always liked having a little bigger than average.
I gained 1 inch girth very easy and very fast but I had gained little length because I was following the overtraining templates.
This big girth gain but small length gain made me want to explore the reason behind it cause I m a natural borned explorer.
This exploring resulted in the things that I ve posted in this thread.
My obsession was not on making my dick bigger...but the reason of why it couldn't get length with all this dedication I had.

Your obsession is that no matter that someone tells you to pull your dick gently for 2 to 3h and the gains will come...you don't like it because you need to pull it all day.
This seems clear from your attitude cause I had already answered this question of yours but you still have the need to put your dick in an exteded state all day long.
And curses like "asshole" are not proper in this forum.

One thing I would recommend that everyone keep in mind is that the Gym is international. So while everyone here is using English, that doesn't mean that English is their primary language. Grammar and vocabulary don't translate perfectly and words don't necessarily carry the same connotation from one language to the other.

If you are not like the average guy on here then stop thinking that the penis grows faster and more when you pull it all day or/and if you pull it with big intensities.
I have already gathered the infos for all of you so no need for further investigation.
Just use the QEP( if the BS noose system is not a problem for you and if you are not afraid of an injury) for 2 to 4 sets of 1 hour and add a little rod everytime you see that from the 1st set of the day your dick is very loose in it and you ll gain.
Every time your dick is loose in the extender from the 1st set of the day it means that your penis gained MFSL so you have to be doing the progressions on the length rods. This is how you gain... your penis is adapting to the new lengths because you are not pulling it with a constant force like the non productive spring extenders.
The QEP and the Andro extenders have so hard springs because its use is NOT for being compressed while you have the dick inside... they are there just to make you able to compress them and put the front piece on the rods... this is why the Andro doesn t even bother to put tension markings on it.
Gaining length is all about adaptation of the tissues on new lengths.
After some time a part of these MFSL gains is becoming permanent through the body plastic deformation and this when the EL gains are being manifested.
If you pull the dick all day or with high intensities it s primal instict is not to adapt but to fight back in order to survive... this is why every dick in here is turtled.
By this fighting the tissues are becoming stronger instead of longer and when you are keeping it in an forced extended state nothing changes because the state of stiffer tissues has already being made.
So your job is to TRICK the tissues gently and for a reasonable amount of volume per day in order to accept what you are doing to them.
Its the exact same thing like trying to achieve the splits...
You are doing them 4-5 days/week and every time you push gentle for a limited time... and after some months your balls are touching the floor.
IF you force your legs to become stretchier in order to do the splits...injuries and inflamation will happen and the result is to never be able to do teh splits.

I absolutely agree with your methodology. Since I got it, I haven’t gone over 3 hours and always do one hour sets. I appreciate your knowledge and will follow those guidelines.

I really don’t care for the noose on the QEP. I did order replacement parts for the andro so I will have the comfort straps. Even those are still noose style but at least it have a flat pad on it. I thought about trying the size genetics because of their strap system.

The comfort strap of the Andro is better than the noose...but still not completely OK because you have wider flat pad on the top of the penis BUT on the sides it s narrow just like the noose so it hurts you on the sides.So make sure your wrapping is thick.
I am using the Andro and I have the front piece of the strap PM extender ... I am lucky that they are compatible.
The only solution of the QEP is to create gaps in order to be able to take a strap.

And I ve never put any anti turtling sleeve on my dick.

How long about does it take to start seeing results if you’re training correctly?

Also, I’m having a little difficulty deciding what exactly means loose on the first set. I know we have discussed the base lifting off the fat pad. But does that mean lifting off without grabbing it? Or give it a little tug and see if there’s play? And what do you mean when you say the first set? are you referring to at the end of the hour if it’s loose.

I’m 2 weeks in and still have not added anything.
