Has this thread covered optimal position in which to extend? The consensus I’m hearing so far is a downward position.

I think a combination of up and down is the best way to go as each position increases the stretch on a different part of the penis. It's just my opinion, but I think being balanced when extending is important.

Great post! Thanks Teo, I will try this approach for two months and report back. Been doing 12-18h 1kg streches with penimaster pro for two months straight. All I gained was some thickness. Although never passed the threshold of comfort.

Interesting article... For me the RestoreX and QEP have about a 2600 gram resistance when pressed on a kitchen scale. I could see the advantage of the QEP since it is never under full tension. (With only a 1/2" of travel, it never is under full compression)
Unfortunately with the QEP, you never really know the amount of tension your getting, but you can count on less than 2600 grams for sure.

Maybe that is the key to the success there. I wonder if others have had luck incorporating an extender WITH 20-30 minutes Jelqing 4 or 5 days a week?? I am giving that a go and decreasing my extender time down to 3 hours 4 days a week.

Exactly... this extender ( like the Andro) have to be used ONLY as a rod lengthening system.
Thats why the springs in these 2 extenders are very stiff-strong and thats why the Andro doesn t even bother to have tension markings. The springs are there just to help you put the front piece on the rods by compressing the springs.
You have to be adding a little rod ONLY when in the end of your 1st set of the day , your dick is very loose in the extender.
Then you keep the same lenghth until one day ( usually its after 5 to 10 days) your dick is once again very loose at the 1st set.

Well crap.. Now that makes total sense... Wish I understood that when I first tried the QEP. Ok good, now I can go back on that with more confidence.

Hey TeoDeles, from your experience why do you think i got zero results from using phallosan forte but I gained alot over one third inch in only 240 hours doing around 10 ,5 second quite intense manual stretches followed by using the extender for 2 sessions of 1hr 30 mins at 1200g with a few minutes between to ensure full circulation. I thought i gained from phallosan at first but it seems it was only alot of swelling in my glans from the suction cap.

TeoDeles, with that study did those doing 3 hrs gain more than those doing 4 hrs?

What was your phallosan regime before?

I used the phallosan forte at high green tension for about 10 hours daily. I thought i gained about 0.15 of an inch from it but it had to just be swelling in my glans. I remember my glans being swollen much more after removing the phallosan.
