enjoyed the read guys. The ebay suction cup extender was apppealing due to cost. I wish i could spend a lot on extending equipment. I'd LOVE an ADS!

im very interesed in extenders but i am not done with my jp90 jelq routine.. but im looking for some information about extenders i have a lots of questions like how can i wear it without getting detected by anyone? since i spend a lot of time with my girlfriend to.. so i dont know, and how do i have to start do i have to use warmups? and what if i get an erection while using the extender please some advice please!!

Most of those questions will be answered once you start and figure it out as you go. And I never used any warmups and have seen great gains...

iv'e started to notice more pronounced flaccid hang so far but i have 90 days to go. i only today understood how to work the damn extender which is supposed to be the best on the market as it is the lightest weight they come, and provides tension up to 2800g. i just wanted to know, given what im commiting myself to for the next 85 days( extender and PE combo routine), if anyone had any measureable results from such a combination or if anyone thinks that i may have better results trying to use a combination with a different PE routing. i will keep poting my results. im starting out at 17cm length and 13cm girth

Male Edge products are based on the Jes extender design which is one of two basic extender designs on the market. The basic idea is to pull gently on your dick for an ungodly number of hours. If you do that it will grow no doubt about it. Something like an inch for every thousand hours of stretch. A thousand hours is about a years worth of PE at 3 hours a day. The other extender is the Andrpenis/ Vimax/ x4Labs design, which has a choice of options for securing to the penis. I tried a number a methods and settled on the noose method because it is cheap, reliable, and effective for me. Experimentation is the key. We are talking about a very slippery, complex organ and it is also very individual as to what will work and what will not for each penis. For me a bare noose is the best method because I have a very slippery dick and nothing else will stay put.

is the extender i have such a bad idea though, ive heard of people getting results of much more than an inch in close to 3 or 4 months like 28% growth. im obviously not going to wear this thing for up to 6 hours a day(maybe) but in combination with PE i think it will provide pretty nice results? anyone else with a 2nd opinion?

The great thing about an extender is that there appears to be really no need for recovery periods. You wear it as much as you can stand wearing it. The big factor with an extender is time, not tension, which is very low. Manual PE uses high tension for brief periods. That high level of tension appears to negatively affect PIs and requires rest so that recovery can be made.

My problem with a combination approach is that you might not be giving your body sufficient time to recover from manual PE if you are strapping into an extender. So you are either going to accelerate gains, or you are going to retard the gains you ordinarily would be getting from either method standing alone. And then there is the basic problem with manual PE which is that it is a trial and error process anyway. How hard are you stretching. With manual PE, it is impossible to quantify--it's as hard as you can pull on your dick. How much pressure our you building up internally from jelquing, who knows, what level of erection, how hard is your grip, etc. So, you are experimenting with many factors involved in manual PE, while trying to fool around with an extender. That's the whole purpose of the JP 90 newbie routine. Light conditioning so that you can adapt to the natural experimentation that goes along with manual PE.

There is peer reviewed research and established formulas for growth with an extender. Those formulas do not include or account for additional manual PE so, you are basically off on your own. It could work. It could cause injury. It cause just slower growth. Who knows.

There is no get big quick formula in PE. It takes time with any method. I would try one method until you begin to see some growth, and then stick with that until you plateau or regress. If you are conducting multiple efforts at once, it is very difficult to isolate the factors that are causing you to grow, or not grow.

This is true. I worry about "not knowing" which PE method I am using in my combined approach is making me grow or not.

I got about an inch from probably the 1,000-1,200 hour mark. It took me almost 3 years to get that many hours.

I gained some from manual too, but I think I have lost that with inconsistency.

I am now doing new method with hanging 5 days a week, and pumping 3 of those 5, so on days 1,3 &5 I am going to pump after hanging.

I also do a new method I discovered on my own with pumping. VERY LOW PRESSURE, no more that 3"Hg, and I pump at that pressure for an hour to 90 minutes. No edema (believe it or not), maybe a tiny amount of puffiness, but this "Marathon Pumping" as I call it, at a low level, but over a longer period of time, even without hanging, results in having that "big fat dick" result from pumping, but it lasts longer.

My theory is that with hanging, then pumping (every other day) it will help train that inner penis to come out more, as well as help aid the hanging in overall growth.

I plan to take a full 2 days off (weekend) and only use my DTR (FR device) during the 2 day rest period.

as i was looking at the success forum i see alot of people who have gained from many diff devices and not useing any devices at all. but i dont see many success stories from useing extenders and nothing recently or for good strecth of period of time and why notif they work like some people say, why not more success stories useing them. i had one but got it stolen so didnt have it enough time to see if it does work. i wanted to see if more people would have gains or give their story about useing them before i go and spend more money on one but nothing much yet. so why not if their is someone out there please share your story.

Hey can't wait, I'm new to the forum but visited PE for a while, been using the Jes-Extender for 8 months, and although I can't just speak for the extender without saying I also used manual stretches and jelqs and the kaplan pump, I can say it in combination with all has given me .5 inches in length and . 2 in girth. Not much after 8 but it took me a while to get used to the extender, and everything for that matter. I would just say it takes time and dedication. Well I wore an extender for 5.5 yrs. Getting 6 hours a day is the minimum for acheiving these "maximum" results, I think I probably averaged 4 or 5 hours a day. In that 5 years I gained only about an inch. I think WITH PE you might be able to acheive faster results but hanging is much more effective (if you are at that point in your PE journey). Hearing people getting results IS WAY different than actually SEEING. Extending is horribly time consuming. I'd say much better off using your good ole hands or a hanger!

God I must be really luck then. In 350 hours I have added .7 inch. That's way over normal according to published studies. I have never been as lucky my entire life, I just wish I had tried PE in the 1980s. I'd probably be Mandingo by now. Some of the studies give a growth rate as high as 1.49" inch per thousand hours (2008 Tehran study) and so far I am growing at almost 2 inches per thousand. I doubt it will stay linear though, probably not.

if you a second chance at a new start would use an extender or do something else i mean you did gain an inch how much have you gain since hanging.i'm guessing you gained at a much faster rate when hanging. do you think you got those gains from hanging (guessing that you have had some gains from hanging) is a result from gaining from the extender first.

This is correct. However, most to the men who are achieving those results are putting in over 8 hours a day.

I disagree but, every man is different and you may also not be the best gainer. 8 hours per day will get you an average of an 1" gain in about 4-6 months. This is dedication and not just for someone who wishes to put in 3 -6 hours. High tension is key and being able to endure the stretch is even more so. They are time consuming but, they are one of the quickest methods to permanent penile enlargement besides surgery.

That person has not been able to extend for the time periods I can do to discomfort. He does max tension. I took measurements today and sent it back. I will not go into more detail as to who it as they have not given me permission to share what was written but here was part of my reply.

But today I took weekly measurements. NBEL is 6.75" BPEL is 6.875". NBPFL is 5.5" BPFSL is 7.25". I am using the X4. If I put the extender base on a table with it pointing straight up and measure from the table to the top of the extender I get 7.125" Currently I am using the noose as you are. If I compress the springs to the 700 gram mark it measures 6.875" and to the 1400 gram line I get 6.1875" I usually extend right at the 1400 gram or the second line. Occasionally like 1 or 2 times a week I will add length to the extender and push it to the 2100 mark. However I don't think it is forcing it to stretch any more. Let me measure it to confirm. When I add more length non compressed springs the device measures 7.625". When I compress it down to the 2100 gram or 3rd line where it normally is under this condition it measures 7.0". So it is stretching it about an 1/8" more than my normal extended state. However I have added 1/2" in rod length. I also cannot tolerate more than about 2 hours this way before I have to remove it. Then I find when I put it one and the normal extended state to continue for the day it is way more sensitive to discomfort for the remainder of the day and I end up taking more frequent and longer breaks. Sometime I end up just stopping all together.

So for that little extra stretch may not be worth it. Also you don't want to damage the tissue. You want to extend but not to the point where you are tearing cells. I worry about guys that max out in the stretch and then complain of pain and no gain are just tearing cells and the new cell building is just replacing the damaged/torn cells. They never get ahead or if they do it's very slow gains.

Since June 1 I have seen a .25" increase in BPEL. and a .75" increase in NBPEL. June 1 I was 49 days into my log and today (measurement day) I am on day 69. So in 69 days NBPEL where I think it really counts I have seen a 1.625" increase in size."


So please stop telling everyone it is about high tension. This is not about high tension but rather keeping your cells within your penis in a stretched NOT TORN IN HALF state so that they naturally divide creating more cells and a longer penis. Cells are able to be torn. Then all the growth that is happening is repair growth. Not length growth.

PE IS NOT ABOUT RIPPING YOUR COCK IN HALF!!!!

Published studies do not have subjects doing anything with very high tension, and it would never fly as valid research without some sort of safety study to make sure it is safe. In my own reading the last year or so anecdotally speaking, no serious extender user said high power was the way to go. FF is right in thinking it may damage your dick and actually slow down the growth rate. If you tear rather than pull, the cell growth is supposedly slowed although I admit there is really no science behind this belief. But why risk it? Studies show you can get solid growth using moderate, safe tension.

I think it is basic biology to say that cells can be torn. Sure when you stack many on top of each other it is hard to tear them but still possible. Think of tearing one paper versus stacking 10 paper on top of each other and tearing. It takes more force or tension but is still possible. Torn cells are dead. They will never divide. So I don't know that there isn't science behind it. I will agree there probably isn't scientific studies showing the damage to your cock caused by ripping the cells.

Again just my thoughts I'm definitely not a "scientist".

I think I would go further then what FF is saying. If you look at the curves that govern Strain-vs-Deformation (increase in length vs force) there is a strong element of hysteresis with collagen-like and collagen-based structures (ligaments, tunicas, etc). Hysteresis implies a long-term change in tissue. The higher the deformation the greater the hysteresis. But stretching to the point of hysteresis is a bad thing. This is damage, this causes cell death. And as those cells in the ligament and tunica are the ones producing the collagen your unit needs to grow, you don't want to damage or kill them. You want to stress them a bit, so that they accommodate by creating more collagen in the right directions.

So higher forces may have quicker results, but the damage to cells and subsequent repair efforts may only serve to make the tissues stronger rather then longer.

Best advice, low tensions over very long periods of time. Then the gains may just keep coming. I know it's not what many want to hear, but it seems to be reality. I think many of the veterans might also agree.

So guys, in your opinions, how much tension is proper tension? I've been wearing my X4 up to the point where my ligaments become taut. Is this correct or should I lessen the force?
