as i was looking at the success forum i see alot of people who have gained from many diff devices and not useing any devices at all. but i dont see many success stories from useing extenders and nothing recently or for good strecth of period of time and why notif they work like some people say, why not more success stories useing them. i had one but got it stolen so didnt have it enough time to see if it does work. i wanted to see if more people would have gains or give their story about useing them before i go and spend more money on one but nothing much yet. so why not if their is someone out there please share your story.

Well I've only had my x4 for about a week now I'm just starting to get comfortable wearing it. I can withstand about 2 hours at a time then it starts to hurt so
I take it off get some blood moving and chuck it back on. I like it much more now that I'm getting used to it and my glans arent as sensitive to the comfort piece. I haunt measured yet either but it feels like it's working well

I started my PE with an extender. The fastsize one. I've experimented with modifications and stuff - you can make them pretty comfortable.
They require more hours than other techniques because they stretch is not that intense. You can work your way up to a high intensity but often injuries result in trying too hard. They work best with medium intensity for long periods. If used properly there's very little chance of injury.
So negatives are that they take more hours (usually recommended at least 2 hours a day). Positive is that you can do other things while stretching (tv, internet) and chance of injury is low.
However, you still have to take a break every hour or so, so they aren't that convenient.
I gained 0.5" length with a stretcher alone, then 0.34" more in combination with other PE methods. I didn't gain any girth.

I'm seriously hoping there are more people with extender/pill success stories myself. I cannot and will not devote 50 minutes of my daily life stroking my penis doing that jelqing crap. It's just not worth the effort spent. It's similar to that See Clearly Method where you do eye exercises like 30 minutes to an hour a day to improve your vision. Get the friggn laser eye surgery. It's more effective and permanent for the most part. I'm hoping extenders will be the equivalent of that...

There isn't really a best extender. Just go with a well known brand and do some googling. Buy off official sites to avoid fakes.

I posted already about that. I do like them but they aren't as convenient as you might hope. I would only wear it at home because you need to be able to adjust it at any time if there is a problem or if you slip out. I would recommend you buy from a company that has a community forum because you can probably read tips there on modifications to make it more comfortable and things.

Yeah, I don't really think there is any 1 extender that is the 'best'
I have an x4, and I like it. It definitely took some getting used to.
I use it everyday that I have the time to. I won't use it on days where I know that I'll be active.
It's great for school or work days, however I leave it at home when I'm going to my girl's place.
(as I like to keep PE a secret ... muahahahaha)

I see you mention the "Magnum" I think its a basic starter pack-comes in a sort of red coloured vacuum pack.Whilst I am sure it works you will have to buy additional rods as its a beginners lengthkit (ie they make it to a price)-and I think the rods are a bit one size,not graduated.
Once you gain length you might need .3cm/.5cm./1cm lengths etc how can you really bang on something an extra 4 cm long??
(please check my facts here but only seen one length)
By the way that icon looked kind of like a willy to me,thats not a thumbs down for a particular extender!
