theres alot of excess skin, saggy, baggy, loose skin that even feels as bad as it looks

its really bothering me, not just because of how it looks but because of hand jobs. I really don't like any girl touching my penis, because when they do they pull on the skin and its not their fault, its because of how my penis is

when im fully erect, the girl thinks I m only semi erect because with all that excess loose skin thats how it feels, my penis never feels rock hard because of it,
never feels solid

just wondering how many of you would leave it or go through with partial circumcision

I'm no expert on foreskins since I've been driving a "convertible" since I was about 3 days old; but I have a question... Do you have any pics taken fully erect (for comparison to guys who are circumcised)? If your excess skin tightens up along your shaft when erect, I'd think "LONG & HARD":becky: about removing my foreskin, gym. After all, erect is what really matters dude, and unless it's causing you difficulty or pain having sex, I wouldn't think it's a worthwhile gamble. I actually wish my parents had waited and given ME the option of deciding whether I was circumcised when I was older...just sayin'...

If the skin is so tight it affects the turgidity of the erection, that circumciser has committed malpractice. The erection may be shorter than the man's natural length as a consequence. An erection enrobed with a taut skin tube also makes sex less comfortable for female partners. The normal sleeve of slinking gliding skin is there to give a plush filled-up feeling without a lot of friction. Hairy skin near the base is not meant to be dragged in through her mucosal orifice. It's supposed to just bunch up near the base upon each inward motion. But a tight circumcision draws hairy pubic and scrotal skin onto the erection to irritate her.

There is no such thing as a partial circumcision, because there is no such thing as a standard circumcision. There is no dotted line indicating where to cut. Every circumcision completely removes the most nerve-rich part of the skin tube at the flaccid roll-over point. If - after a circumcision - part of the glans is exposed while flaccid, then that part will get dull and dry over time due to contact with clothing, bedding, and air.

My advice is investigate vascular health or other issues that may be affecting your erection firmness.

Are you sure it's the skin making it feel soft and squishy? I'm doing foreskin restoration and I have some skin now, and the dude feels rock solid. In fact, I think my EQ is better now. TLCTugger's suggestion about looking into other factors might be what's needed, but it's up to you to figure that out. Diet? Porn? Too much masturbation? Lack of exercise? Getting enough sleep? Stress? etc. Jelqing and PE work can help EQ as well. My suggestion is TLCTugger's suggestion, I'd look into other factors about the EQ.

And in the OP you asked to leave it how it is or do a partial circumcision---100% leave it as it is!

its the skin, I never had this issue before, think of it this way, its the best way I can describe it,
if you get a tennis racket and tape the grip over and over, more then you need to, it won't feel as firm, it will feel squishy and soft

its similar to what my dick is now, theres an abundance of skin
when its flaccid its so bad, like I cant even describe, i can literally 'feel' the excess skin, it feels like the skin is devouring my penis. like my penis is being buried in skin...

If you do it, it's irreversible. Restoring can't restore everything, it's impossible. I'd look for other solutions.

Yeh I know what body dysmorphia is but I don't have it. Those that have seen my penis since I acquired all this excess skin have commented on it, so its not just how I myself perceive it. Also, i have seen alot of penises and I have never seen anyone that looks like mine, ever. I challange you to find a picture on google or anywhere online and I am sure you cannot.

Heres the thing, if a person has a concave chest you will say, that is 'normal', there is not much you can say that is 'abnormal', but having all this excess skin is something u wouldnt want, you would agree with that.

also after a cold shower or whenever i turtle and im wearing underwear, the underwear presses against the foreskin and makes the foreskin fold in this weird way... the penis ends up becoming this weird shape, kind of like an elfs shoe

is there anyway to stop this from happening.. sometimes I feel really insecure of pulling down my pants, and I always hope it doens't look like an elf's shoe. Anyone have suggestions?

There are lots of things other than circumcision to try before resorting to the drastic last-resort of prepuce amputation.

One thing you could do is permanently stretch the foreskin opening wider with PhimoCure gentle silicone graduated stretching rings. This would probably let the foreskin tip dangle at a lower angle, or let the skin tube slink back so the acroposthion was closer to the tip of the glans most of the time.

You could also try wearing the foreskin skinned back 24/7 for a while to see if that accomplished the same effects discussed above.

The other two things I can think of are surgical (but not amputative) and I won't discuss them until these first two options are exhausted / ruled out.

personally i would leave it. keep in mind i was circ'd at birth though and have been working to 'restore' things so i dont understand why anyone would chop of a perfectly functioning one.

anyway, if you wanted to do such a thing do NOT get a normal circumcision. go to a cosmetic surgeon and consult them on getting a 'cosmetic' circumcision. this is where they cut out the shaft skin and not the sensitive parts. the bonus here is down the road some years if you find you decide you made a horrible mistake you can just do restoration like everyone else... except you will end up with a functional foreskin with all the bits still there.

I do not care for cosmetic procedures, and having a circumcision because your penis looks better on the Michelin man is not a good reason. It is your dick, just love it. I am cut, my younger brothers are not and their foreskins cover their penises in full erection, it doesn't affect them nor their partners.

if they have foreskin covering their penis in full erection, they either have phimosis where they cant retract their foreskin or they can retract it but have a foreskin overhang, is that correct?

what about penile lengthening surgery, my resting flaccid penis will be longer and the excess skin wont be noticeable anymore
would that be a better option?
