Warmed up and hanged 3 x 20 mins with 9lbs I feel after this set that I can move up 10 oz which is almost a 20% increase so Ill restart back to 3 x 10 after today with the new weight.

This makes sense but if he adds 10%-20% every week would that not cause him to max out in weight earlier?

Perhaps, but at this point he's still looking for his weight baseline to work up from. The weights he's been using so far have not come close to giving him the training challenge he needs. Once he finds it the weight increases should slow.

Warmed up and hanged 3 x 10 mins with 10 lbs I increased almost 20% I tried 10oz first and it really did not feel that much different so I added 6oz which makes it a total of 1 lbs. The first set I can really feel the pull after the second and third it was comfortable.

Note: had some good evening wood last night this morning was ok it seems that my cycle for morning wood is the evening and thought the night.

No pumping today I'm taking a rest day.

Warmed up and hanged 3 x 12 with 10lbs still the first set I can feel the pull but now I'm starting to get use to the weight. This feels comfortable but I still feel I can handle a little bit more weight but I'll weight till after completing 3 x 20.

Note woke up with some decent morning wood and at night.

Warmed up and static pumped 1 set 30 mins that all I had time for today. Good pump I started with a lower hg 3hg and worked up to 4.5

Warmed up and hanged 3 x 14mins with 10 lbs the first set feeling the pull in my ligs does not feel as strong as it did before, seems like I'm getting use to the new weight already hmm my dick must be really strong lol.

Note: still had some good morning wood

Warmed up and hanged 3 x 16 with 10 lbs. Still a good weight I'm only feeling a little bit of a challenge the first set after that I'm ok. I do feel the pull in my ligs and after my sets I'm a little sore but nothing bad.

Note: Had good wood again and at night

You are making some good progress, keep it up!
By the way, when do you measure your Eq, Lib and Sc?

And what do you do if throughout the day you have , lets say, Eq 6, Lib 3, Sc 4...but during PE session you have Eq 10, Lib 9, Sc 10 ?
How do you write it down then?

Hey TNBT what you need to do is take your measurements during your workout routine and stay consistent. Let's say for example your EQ in the morning was a 9 but during your workout it was a 7 I would go in between and use an 8 but stay consistent every time you use your measurements make sure Your consistently using the same measurement whether it's in the morning or before your routine I would pick one don't use your morning routine one day and then use your measurements before your routine another ( just for accuracy purposes) and this is mainly coming from what Big Al advised me so I cant take full credit for this:).

Warmed up and hanged 3 x 12 mins with 10 lbs 15oz. After the first set the pull don't feel as strong but I can still feel it giving a good stretch in the ligs.

Pumped after my hanging session static for 30 mins. Pumped later in the evening for 30 mins @ 3hg did some circle stretches and V jelqs prior.
