Today is the second day of first improving my EQ. I just got done doing 3 months (1001 hrs) of extending in the PF and my EQ is maybe a 7ish. So I have signed up with BIG AL with mecoach to help me break my 5 mth platue of no length gains once my EQ Is a a 10 this might change On the bright side I have gained .25 in girth so it's already starting to look better:). I will keep an accurate and detailed log so that this may help other gym members with similar issues.


Last Friday 3/28/14 I started my stamina exercises.

Did 50 kegals with a 5 sec hold then edged for 20 mins with two DO's then I went ahead and shot my load. My EQ was maybe at an 8 I'm not going to do any exercises this weekend due to my wife and I having sex:becky:. Saturday I did see some morning wood which was a good sign.

Sunday no morning wood and today the same thing, however Sunday night I had evening wood so I guess that's to bad.

Did you do the kegels erect? If so, you can give more challenging exercises like the Towel Raise and Super Kegel a try.

While I don't have all of your details yet, going by this and the other new post that you made EQ seems to be a sticking point with you. That's curious since you're doing well on your exercises.

What's the quality of your erections like while you're doing your kegels and Stop and Starts?

Try doing more of your kegels erect. When you can do 50 of them erect, move on to Towel Raises and/or other more challenging movements. You can even stick with the standard erect kegel but work on increasing the contractile force used. This is something that you have to be VERY careful with.

MANY trainees seem to start their kegeling careers contracting as hard as possible, when they should be contracting just hard enough to get the reps done. Of course, this is best done with an erection to gauge the full effect of the exercise.

Woke up this morning with some very good morning wood it's been almost a week I'm glad to see this:). No work out today hopefully tomorrow I can start my jelq free routine.

Try to do your kegels erect after your enlargement work. You'll get a much wider range of benefits by doing so. You can refresh your erections up to 3 times in one session.

Try to do your kegels erect after your enlargement work. You'll get a much wider range of benefits by doing so. You can refresh your erections up to 3 times in one session.

Yesterday I woke again with great morning wood. Today I had evening wood but no morning wood, it could have been because my wife and I had sex oh well evening wood is better then no wood:).

Ok my EQ seems to be a little bit better so today I started the jelq free routine.

Warmed up for 10mins then did 25 squeezes after about 15 I started losing a little of my erection but was able to make it through I would say I was about 70% erect. Then I did 150 S2S stretches followed by 25 kegals with a 5 sec hold and a 2 sec pause. I did my start and stops with 2 DOs and on the third one I shot my load:becky:. It felt great Saturday I will do 50 kegals and possibly after my edging I will do some more erect kegals.

Yes, you'd do your kegels after your stretches (enlargement work).

You can do your kegels before your Stop and Starts. A typical format would be outlined as follows:

Warm up > Girth exercise(s) > Length exercise(s) > Kegels > Stop and Starts > Warm down

How many kegals should I do with this routine?

You should test yourself out on your first day to establish a baseline. If you're inexperienced with kegels, 10 reps is a good number to start with.

What do you mean (You can refresh your erections up to 3 times in one session)?

That means if your penis goes flaccid, you can stimulate it back to an erection three times maximum in one kegel session.

If you can manage 25 erect kegels, add about 1 rep per session. You do not want to peak too early by acelerating to 50 kegels (from 25) in just a few days. Remember that you have several weeks more of training ahead of you, so you should pace yourself accordingly.

For the squeezes I hold just under the glan and at the base for 5 secs right?

You're welcome :) You might also try the more challenging Towel Raise or Super Kegel exercise. You can also do kegels with more contractile force.

For the standard squeeze- yes. In time, you can do the advanced Squeeze- where you bring your hands together.

Ok so this is the 2nd day for my jelq-free work out and today went so so. The work out wasn't as good today half way thought my squeezes I was losing my EQ so I backed off I did 21 erect squeezes. Same thing happened with my erect kegals I started to get flaccid and just finished off to 50. I did stay hard while doing my start/stops I managed 2 DOs then shot my load. I did warm up before and warm down after.
