Yup, I have found that hanging has seriously helped my pumping. It has pulled my up in the cylinder another few points since I started hanging. I am also filling the bottom of the cylinder a lot quicker. I would also suggest hanging BTC if you can, it completely intensifies hanging, way better than SD.

I'm the same way with my cylinder I have a 1.75 and the base gets filled first and then ( lol and then) about mid shaft I still have a bit more to go but it looks a little bit fuller.

Yeah I hang BTC and SD, BTC is WAAAY more intense I agree.

Warmed up then hanged 3 x 18 mins @ 5lbs 11oz. Good set today no pain I felt a pretty good stretch in my ligs in the first and second set, by the third it felt pretty loose.

No pumping today rest day today.

Total hanging time 16hrs 24 mins

Warmed up and hanged 3 x 20 mins @ 5lbs 11oz. Everything felt great I'm pretty sure I can move up now to 6 lbs since 5lbs and 11 oz is fairly simple.



Pumped later this evening 1 set 25mins (static).

Edit: I actually had a good pump and flaccid hang for more than several hours I may try to split up the hanging and pumping more often.

Warmed up then hanged 3 x 15mins @ 6 lbs. The first set I really could feel the stretch in my ligs after the last two it seem ok.




(Evening)
Pumped for 20 mins static, then pumped then I pumped another 25 mins @ 4 hg. This set up splitting the routine seems to work out better than doing a pump set after hanging it looks like I get a good expansion a long flaccid hang as well I think I'm going to stick with this routine.

Warmed up and was only able to pump 15 mins static and then I had to stop, only a short session today due to time.

Warmed up and hanged 3 x 20mins with 6lbs 2oz ( I haven't been putting 2 oz in so I thought I would add this note since I've started with 6lbs).
Good set today I felt the pull but not as much as I did before so tomorrow I'll increase by 5oz. I ordered a 1.5 pound plate so that my increases will be exact no more guessing. I have a scale but it's really not accurate with low weight. Heck I might even weigh it at a publix scale and tell them it's for a science project. I have a donut weight that is 10.11 oz that I use and I have a .5 oz circle weight that I use as well so I'll experiment some more

Pumped the 1st set 20 mins static from 3hg to 5hg only because yesterday I had a few red dots on the middle of my shaft proablely due to a fast increase of Hg pressure so I'll monitor this a bit more. The 2nd set I pumped for 40 mins just to get a complete hour in @ 3-4hg and it went great. I had an awesome expansion with no water rention

Warmed up and hanged 3 x 15mins @ 6.6 -6.7lbs so I only moved up in weight about .5 oz and it really doesn't feel much different I might bump it up another .5oz totaling 10oz I'll see tomorrow how it feels.
