if they have foreskin covering their penis in full erection, they either have phimosis where they cant retract their foreskin or they can retract it but have a foreskin overhang, is that correct?

other then circumcision,
what about penile lengthening surgery, my resting flaccid penis will be longer and the excess skin wont be noticeable anymore
would that be a better option?

stay far away from lengthening surgery unless you want to ruin your penis forever. the only real surgical technique i know they could do, besides implants (and who wants a rubber penis?), is cutting the suspensory ligaments. which really wont do anything to make you actually longer. it will however make it so your penis just kinda hangs down more even when erect. also, this is something you cant undo.

One can show coverage upon erection while still having slinky slack skin that can easily and comfortably glide back off the glans and back on again when prodded. In fact that's whole point. Foreskin feels REALLY good.

Have you decide to have circumcision or not? It’s depend on each individual especially your self. If you want to have circumcision then have it.

I did it when I was about 28 because my own decision, I dislike foreskin for some reasons and if foreskin re-growth or loosen in the future I might do re-circumcision again. It’s hurt a bit but for me I like being circumcised
