Confusion with Reverse Kegels

I have a few questions for you imac as I see you are in just about every thread I have read about reverse kegal, pelvic floor balance, and kegal breathing.

My main problem I need to fix is that I produce way too much precum. I can just be sitting next to a girl I'm attracted to or holding hands and its like the flood gates are open. This has given me anxiety around new women causing me to tense up. I believe this precum happens because I am just too tense all the time in my pc and bc muscles. I notice that they are always tense. Not so tense that I can not pee or poop but almost like a constant pressure. Like I'm always holding a very light front and back regular kegal. I have read that doing reverse kegal will help with this. I have noticed that I have been trying to stay more relaxed lately all the time and before bed I try to hold a RK for ten on ten off. I have noticed the last two mornings I have woke up with very hard morning wood. Which usually never happens.( I have no problem getting an erection with my now ex but EQ was not the best and would lose it between positions. I could last long in certain positions and by stopping and starting. hard thrusting doggy style and it was game over.)


I also tend to turtle bad, but have noticed that since staying relaxed its not as bad. I am over weight and have been working out at a private gym, am confused now with how to control these muscles. Should they be tense during working out but relaxed right away while resting between reps? when doing abs it seems like everything tenses up so much that it doesn't feel right. Shouldn't just my abs be engaged and not my PC & BC muscles?

I get involuntary kegals really bad and often. I'm assuming this is from too much masturbation and trying to get it over with quick when I do. I used to masturbate everyday and would try to finish as fast as possible. I used to watch a lot of porn too. I have stopped the porn and don't masturbate that much anymore. When I start to have sexual thoughts I concentrate on reverse kegals and think of other things. This seems to help with my arousal and some spasms from my thoughts. They are really bad if I touch my self. I get involuntary kegals all day. Just a simple thought gets them started.

I'm sorry I wrote so much Its just there is so much info out there I don't know where to start with gaining balance and was looking for some direction as to how often I should do reverse kegals for how long and what else would be good to do or implamenting. I just need this excessive precum to stop badly and I believe it all starts with my involuntary kegals and tense pelvic floor. how often should I be doing RK's?

For a front reverse kegel I start the push forwards slightly before my anus to the base of the penis and I feel a balloon going downward/backwards near the base of the penis slightly below the base so it feel's like the upper part of the base is going forwards while the lower part is going slightly down and backwards (which I think is the opposite of a kegel which feels like the top part of the base is going in while the bottom part is sucking everything up)

So if it were say a sideshot of the penis with the penis facing the right hand side if the motion is like a forwards clockwise motion (rolling forwards). I'm have some success with this just by myself but there are other times where it does not really do much (more good than bad).

Ok I think I have been doing these wrong AGAIN! But when you say push out the base of the muscle ( for a front reverse kegel where the penis joins the body) do you mean forward or do you mean make the base of the penis expand so it's like a bigger circle in the same way you expand the asshole?, cause I find when I push forward it's more of a kegel feeling.

I assume it could be the expanding circle thing cause I have been trying the push out way and it's had no impact tbh.

It can hs.ave a slightly different for differnt guy. A front rk is like a piss without urine.

Alright so I just wanna make sure I got this right
-front reverse kegel: pushing like you have to piss?
They actually make me have to piss, is this right? They also make my abs tense, is this correct, and with time I'll be able to isolate without flexing my abs?
-Normal kegel: stopping pee
Got that one
-RK: pushing like you are dropping a duece.
- back RK: ??
Also when I front RK (or what I think is a front RK) it feels like I am normally kegeling also and have to let go of the kegel after I let go of the rk. Does this happen because I've built my kegels up already, and I need more practice with RK's to isolate. Sorry, I need this broken down Barney style

When I masturbate thrusting, if I do a kegel or reverse kegel, or try and hold either it makes me ejaculate, frustrating :(

If when you push out you loose a few drops of urine, is it a sign that you are RK propely?

I can feel my pelvic floor relaxed just when I finish my exercices but after some hours some of the tension comes back, is this normal?

Hey guys im starting to do kegel and rk. Ive started doing 10 sec kegel hold and 10 sec relax, for 20 times and 10 sec rk and relax for 40 times twice daily..u reckon its better to fo 10 times kegel and 40 times rk?? Or stay as is??? My pre e is quite severe..

No. Your balls lift up because the muscle is contracting, you want the opposite to happen. You're looking to relax that area.

Try this to see what I mean. Next time you go to the toilet, start urinating and you should notice that your balls hang down (unless your house is freezing). Now if push it out a bit faster simulating a FRK then they should stay hanging down. Now you can contrast that by doing a kegel and stopping mid flow and you'll notice your balls lift up.

So is it possible that I'm contracting, as you think that I am, but that I still feel like I'm pushing out? I mean I definitely think that if I just pushed a little harder I would urinate. That's why I'm confused that you would think I'm contracting. I've done regular kegels before and definitely feel a contracting then, but not when I'm doing reverse front kegels. Please let me know if I'm missing some thing here. Thanks again.

Basically a kegal Is like trying to push pee out and a reverse kegal is trying to stop the pee?

If so a kegals is almost like flexing your lower ab muscles? When I try to push pee out it just feels like I'm flexing my ab muscles.
