I have a few questions for you imac as I see you are in just about every thread I have read about reverse kegal, pelvic floor balance, and kegal breathing.
My main problem I need to fix is that I produce way too much precum. I can just be sitting next to a girl I'm attracted to or holding hands and its like the flood gates are open. This has given me anxiety around new women causing me to tense up. I believe this precum happens because I am just too tense all the time in my pc and bc muscles. I notice that they are always tense. Not so tense that I can not pee or poop but almost like a constant pressure. Like I'm always holding a very light front and back regular kegal. I have read that doing reverse kegal will help with this. I have noticed that I have been trying to stay more relaxed lately all the time and before bed I try to hold a RK for ten on ten off. I have noticed the last two mornings I have woke up with very hard morning wood. Which usually never happens.( I have no problem getting an erection with my now ex but EQ was not the best and would lose it between positions. I could last long in certain positions and by stopping and starting. hard thrusting doggy style and it was game over.)
I also tend to turtle bad, but have noticed that since staying relaxed its not as bad. I am over weight and have been working out at a private gym, am confused now with how to control these muscles. Should they be tense during working out but relaxed right away while resting between reps? when doing abs it seems like everything tenses up so much that it doesn't feel right. Shouldn't just my abs be engaged and not my PC & BC muscles?
I get involuntary kegals really bad and often. I'm assuming this is from too much masturbation and trying to get it over with quick when I do. I used to masturbate everyday and would try to finish as fast as possible. I used to watch a lot of porn too. I have stopped the porn and don't masturbate that much anymore. When I start to have sexual thoughts I concentrate on reverse kegals and think of other things. This seems to help with my arousal and some spasms from my thoughts. They are really bad if I touch my self. I get involuntary kegals all day. Just a simple thought gets them started.
I'm sorry I wrote so much Its just there is so much info out there I don't know where to start with gaining balance and was looking for some direction as to how often I should do reverse kegals for how long and what else would be good to do or implamenting. I just need this excessive precum to stop badly and I believe it all starts with my involuntary kegals and tense pelvic floor. how often should I be doing RK's?
