The flex of stomach could indicate front kegel, or general kegel, a push out feel should indicate front reverse kegel or general reverse kegel.
Go take a piss ,you are now doing a front reverse kegel, amongst other actions.
Most guys have a physical issue and often an arousal issue as well.
The physical issue can be worked on through out of sex kegel /reverse kegel routine amongst other things. . The reverse kegel should dominate the session. Edging can work on both the physical issues and arousal .

When you do a kegel the sensation is described as if trying to hold your pee while in the toilet. I've been doing kegels for years already but only recently found the reverse kegel. And am trying to figure out if I'm understanding it correctly. The sensation I'm looking for when doing a reverse kegel (in toilet terms) is pushing the pee out with more pressure. And that is what I'm doing and consider a reverse kegel. Am I in the right direction?
Yes.Yes, and not to make things more difficult, you can isolate front and back reverse as well.
