Personally, have not found K or RK to be of any benefit. Instead, a neutral PF is what I have used to prevent Pre-E. Discovered through intense Edging with training based on pushing the PONR to the point where you have to starve off the PONR. Trial and error has been my savior.

I can not for the life of me figure out how to do a RK, or know if I am doing it right. Could it be possible that something is weak, not letting me do it, or I'm to tight?

I don't understand how this is not a strength exercise, a stretch...when the instructions say to push out. Wouldn't that require a contraction of a muscle somewhere else?

Is this in any way dangerous, can cause hernia?

The rk is cause when the pf is relaxed and the diaphram pushes on it stretching it .. You likely do one each time you piss.
