I forgot to mention that these past 4 or 5 days I have really noticed a solid consistant hang that I have never had before. I give it a quick pinkie knuckle measurement (it's an inch) and it has been between 4.5-5 inches NBPFL. This is so foreign to me as I've never looked down and seen it before. I never thought I would care about flacid length but I will admit it is nice. Partly because, hey, who doesn't like seeing more and partly because it's a very positive PI.

Sweet! Managed to get 15 minutes of edging in with 10 squeezes.

I really don't want to get my hopes up at all but I'll be damned if it doesn't feel like I'm making some serious gains on both length and girth.

Must.....not......expect.......anything.

Well I found myself in the shower with about 20 minutes to spare so I got some stretches in.

5 min warmup
10 min stretching
5 min warmdown

Off day tomorrow but I will do some kegals.

EDIT: Oh, and another day of a 4.5-5" hang. That's about a week straight. I work in the mountains too where it's below freezing. Feels damn good!

Today is the end of my 7th week. Weekends are usually the two days where I really have time to get a great training session in and today was the best one so far!

20 min warmup
20 min stretching

10 min warmup/warmdown (Not sure what to call this. I figured a warmup inbetween stretching & jelqing can only be beneficial.)

25 min jelqing (125 V jelqs)
30 min edging (20 squeezes)

30 min warmdown. (Also took a 15 minute shower after warmdown)

EDIT: Additional edging for another 1.5 hours. My wife has no choice but to release me tonght. haha
EDIT #2: So I basically edged the entire time until my wife got home. Including the 1.5 I would say it was a good 4 hours. I got to the point that if I got aroused and rubbed it I was ready to cum. So my wife comes home and was beat and you guessed it, nothing happened. Last night I was a little uncomfortable but this morning I feel fine.

Still nothing but positive PIs.

So last night the Mrs. was kissing me and stroking it and I thought I'd try a little experiment. I told her, "you turn me on so much. You make my cock so big and hard." She replies, " It is big." Holy sh*t that is the first time she has ever said that! Yeah, I forced the issue a bit but she said it nonetheless. I've said similiar things like that in the past and the most she has said is, "yeah" or said nothing. Felt good!

Got some stretching in while the wife was sleeping in. I added a few directions to my stretches a few days ago.

30 second holds on everything.

up, down, left, right, out x2
Then I go 45 degrees up/left, down/right, up/right, down/left, out
Finish up with 3 outs and three ups because my LOT is 6:00
15 second helicopter shakes in between each.

AM
20 min warmup
20 min stretching
20 min warmdown

PM
20 min warmup
25 min jelqing (150 V jelqs)
20 min edging (20 squeezes. 10-15 sec holds, 3-20 sec holds, 4-25 sec holds, 3-30 sec holds)
30 min warmdown

Another great weekend. Had the best hang so far this morning. Thicker and longer. Day off tomorrow.

Great hard kegal routine. Finished with 2.5 minute holds on regular and reverse. I woke up with the thickest hang I've had yet. Keep those positive PIs coming!

Sure. I get right close to the PONR and gently squeeze the base and right under the glands at the same time. Since I am only 7 weeks in I don't kegal or squeeze too tight. Just tight enough to trap some blood in there. I don't know if they have a name or not but I discovered them a couple of weeks ago and quite like them. Monitor your PIs closely due to us being beginners.

Thanks. Yeah, that's what I'm most excited about. I haven't had a negative PI since my first couple of weeks and I have worked up to a pretty nice little routine when I have the time which is usually on weekends. We shall see if it translates in about a month! Nervous and excited.

Another make shift weekday PE session. Or shall I say sessions. Due to my busy weekdays with kids and work I have found splitting stretching and jelqing up makes it a bit easier to get done. Woke up and took a long shower at about 6:30 and got my stretching in continuously under the hot water. Twelve hours later I finally got around to my jelqing.

AM
5 min warm up
15 min stretching (again, all while under hot water)
7 min warmdown

PM
20 min warmup
15 min jelqing (no V jelqs. A little lower EQ. I'd say between 25-45)
20 min warmdown

Hoping I can get some edging and a few squeezes in later but it might not be possible. EDIT 2 hours later: Bonus edging for 20 minutes and 12 squeezes

Flacid has been a consistent 4.5-5 every day for almost 2 weeks now but recently it has been much thicker and heavier.

Split sessions again but I changed it up with my jelqing first in the hot shower at six. Nothing like waking up and jelqing.

Just had a really intense kegal session. Finished with 2.5 minute holds on regular and reverse. I might try and get some stretching in but I'm definitely taking the next two days off from jelqing to rest up for my more intense weekend sessions.

I incorporated a change to my routine today. The last 2 weeks I have had zero fatique and I now take that as a bad sign. I also spent last night reading through the TGC thread about BPSFL in relation to BPEL. I measure and my BPSFL is equal to my starting measurement of BPEL. The theory states this means my tunica is holding me back and I need to focus on more length exercises. Well because of this I upped my stretching and did 2 sets each of light tunics tugs and bundled stretches. I held each stretch for 45 seconds and finished holding for 1.5 minutes up, down, and out. I held the tugs and bundled stretches for only 15 seconds because I know these are not exercises for beginners. Tomorrow I will do my usual routine with more streching and lighter EQ jelqing.

10 min warmup
30 min stretching
10 min warmdown.

Got some edging in too.
20 min (5 squeezes @ 15 sec)

Eight weeks today and great news! If you have been following my log you know I vowed not to measure until my 90 days were up but recently a couple things were bothering me. One, I have had zero fatiqued for the last 2 weeks and two, I read TGC theroy on BPSFL vs BPEL and started to think I was doing too much girth (smooth muscle exercises) because my BPSFL and BPEL are equal. Well because of this I thought it would be wise to measure and get some feedback on my results so I can have as much information that is available to analyze.

Before I started PE I measured 6.5 NPBEL and 7.25 BPEL. For girth I was 4.75 at MEG and BEG. My BPEL is still 7.25 but somehow my NBPEL is now 7 (ok, 6 & 15/16ths). I must have measured wrong on my bone pressed and maybe went too high. I'm hoping I actually had a .50 increase but I can't say for sure. Cool thing is I can now say I am 7 inches NBPEL and it feels pretty good. The concrete fact that I can report is I am definitely thicker like I suspected. I had a .25 increase in MEG and...are you ready for this....a .75 increase in BEG! I had to measure atleast 5 times to believe it. I'm stoked! My new updated stats are now reflected in my sig. So cool!

Had a good training session today. Continued my new stretching routine that I outlined yesterday but finished with 3 bundled and 3 tunica tugs for 15 seconds. This time I didn't rotate it 720 degees but chose to only go 360. The last one I did 540. Again, I performed these with light to moderate pull.

15 min warmup
30 min stretching
20 min warmdown

2 hours later

5 min shower warmup
15 min jelqing (25-40%)
5 min warmdown

Kegals (held a 4 minute kegal today!)

Still only posititve PIs with a reliable 4.5-5" hang every day.

Not sure. I spent 2 days a weeks for about 3 weeks doing 65-75 EQ jelqs. I also added squeezs where I hold at the base and right under the head concurrently and at full EQ. My V jeqs have gotten substantial in number but I'm told they help your base more. It's gotta be something to do with one of those or all of them together.

Great progress log! I'm curious about your stretching routine. You say you stretch for 30 minutes; what kinds of stretches do you do to make this session last so long?
