Well here I go. Today is my 4th week of PEing and I haven't measured since but it appears I have added some girth and possibly maybe even some length. Prior to PE I have always had very strong erections and the ability to last. I'm mainly doing it for increased size and if a healthier and stronger penis happens then it's a bonus. I never realized how much I kegal throughout sex and masturbation but I sure do. When I started doing my kegals I could hold for 1 minute on my first day and now I can go for minutes after training it regularly. Here is my routine:

10 min warmup
15 min of stretching
10-15 jelqing
Occasional 30 min to 1 hour edging if possible
10-15 warmdown

I am following a 2on/1off routine but I really just do it when my penis is not fatigued. My wife and I have a pretty good amount of sex so I will not have PE being responsible for my performance dropping. Right now I would say we average 5 nights a week and it's usually 30-45 min so it is a lot of stress on my penis. Over the past four weeks I would estimate I averaged about 4 quality PE session a week. Not bad.
Updates to follow and a measurement in 2 months.

Had a great 2 days! Yesterday I had a great 15 min warmup, 15 min of stretching, 20 min of jelqing, over an hour of edging without cumming, and a 30 min hot shower for warm down.

Today I just had a 15 min warmup, 25 min stretching, 10 min jelqing, 1 hour of edging and very light squeezes and light erect jelqs, and am warming down now for about 20 minutes.

Fingers crossed I get over 7 NBPEL in two months!

Gonna take today off and maybe tomorrow. Just gonna do some kegals. I'm a firm believe in the power of rest. I came after edging yesterday and I must say I felt better than Saturday when I didn't. My balls were pretty sore when I didn't cum after an hour of edging. Does that happen to anyone else?

Took the entire day off. Didn't even do kegals. Wife and I just had a 50 minute session in the bedroom. Had a 10EQ for a solid 30 minutes. It dropped a little at the end but was still around a 7 or 8. Definitely looked fatter tonight, by itself and in her mouth. I think I'm staring to notice some added weight too. Hard to believe after 1 month but it is possible I guess. It feels like more than just an EQ boost to me. Still debating if I want to take another day off of stretches and jelqs. I'm surely hittting kegals hard tomorrow though.

All done with my work today. Decided to skip jelqing and just stretch and kegal.

10 min warmup
17 min stretching
10 min warmdown
1 hour rest

My kegal routine for regular and reverse:

25- 1 second holds
12- 5 sec holds
6- 10 sec holds
3- 20 sec holds
2- 30 sec holds
1- to failure

Now I'm ready for some Valentine's Day lovin!

The wife was having trouble taking it deep and hard last night. It's gonna be tough to not measure until the 3 months but I think it will be more rewarding that way. Planning on a full workout today minus the kegals. Only time I have is tonight and that might only be an hour or two before we get down. It's a good "problem" to have.

Wife has been wanting it all day. Gonna put the kids to bed and try and get a quality 10-15 min edging session in before she gets home.

Lol. Yeah, we're cursed. I've found that jelqs are the one that can really have an effect on performance later that night. Stretching and kegals don't seem to make too big of a difference but you still can notice.

Didn't plan on doing anything but kegals but found myself with an empty house for a couple hours. Edged for about 45 min and also performed something I don't even know if is named. Right at full erection I would gently squeeze the base and then 5 seconds later gently squeeze right under the head. I would hold this for 30 seconds and slowly release. I didn't kegal during due to me being only 5 weeks in. Figured I would take it slow. I did about 10 of these over the course of the 45 minutes.

Well this was an interesting session. My wife stayed home so I had to be creative. I got everything done but it wasn't easy.

15 min warmup
10 min stretches
15 min jelqing
10 min warmdown.

Probably my best day yet. I went with a bit higher EQ than I usually jelq with. Typically I try to stay around 30-40% but today I upped it to 65-75%(these numbers are pulled out of my ass but it's my best guess. lol) just to change it up. I also added an extra 5 minutes to my jelqing and 30 V jelqs which I normally don't do. Finished it off with 20 minutes of edging w/o cumming and 10 light squeezes like I did the other day with 15 second holds. I am so determined it's not even funny...

20 min warmup
18 min stretching
20 min jelqing
20 min edging
20 min warmdown.

Tomorrow is an off day for all intents and purposes. Just going to do my usual kegal routine.

I know this is a progress log and what I'm about to write is a little like progress but I'm going to use this as a quasi journal also. It was Wednesday since my wife and I had sex and in that time I've had 3 quality PE sessions and some edging without cumming. I also went around measuring things before hand to get an understanding of what 5", 5.5, and 6 felt like. I toilet paper tube is exactly 5.5. Well you can see by my beginning stats that I am nowhere near that...Or so I thought. My EQ was a solid 10 tonight and although I wasn't quite a toilet paper roll I was pretty damn close. It also felt much heavy and looked longer to the point that I felt like I was having an outer body experience. You hold it in your hands and stroke it for 18 years and when it doesn't feel like you are use to it is a surreal feeling. It seemed to me that I was having that moment tonight! The wife actually told me she was done after about 35-40 minutes. Couldn't take anymore. This has only happened a handful of time in the past. So it appears that all signs point to growth. These past 5 weeks have been interesting to say the least.
