Impossible. Are you planning on measuring monthly? If I wasn't so damn stubborn I'd measure now.

Had an even better day than Sunday today. I actually split up stretching and jelqing due to time issues. Stretched in the morning and jelqed and edged just a bit ago.

AM
5 min warmup
15 min stretching
5 min warmdown

PM
20 min warmup
25 min jelqing (50 V jelqs)
20 min edging (10 squeezes)
15 min warmdown

I can tell it's getting conditioned as the days go on. Everything's all good!

I ended up edging a 2nd time last night about 3 hours after my PM session for another 30-40 minutes. It's amazing how I have no problem stopping now. In the past I would have to cum. Cool thing is that by the time my wife gets a hold of me I'm ready to put out a 500 acre wildfire!

Had a light day because of how much work I put in yesterday. I feel fine but thought it might be wise.

Kegal routine earlier in the day.

20 min warmup
16 min stretching. (yes I time it down to the minute)
10 min jelqing. 30 v jelqs
5 min edging w/5 squeezes
15 min warmdown.

Tomorrow I am completely off.

I agree. I only measure every couple of months - or less. When I feel that I can observe growth tactilely I decide to see what's changed. I found measuring frequently was dispiriting. Now, I take the view I know it is working, it's only a matter of time - and for me that means years, but that's what my growth pattern will require.

Assuming I have growth I also feel that it will have a larger impact on me measuring infrequently. And like you said, this is something I will be doing the rest of my life. No need to be hoping for a 1/16th increase from two weeks ago.

Nice log man. After going through a few of your workouts though I do have some concerns. It is still rather early for you to be doing squeezes. I waited for much more than just the recomended 3 months before doing them but if your PI's are great then just be careful.

Just remember that you don't want to rush your penis into doing more than what it's ready for. Over 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing for a beginner is quite a load for the little soldier.

Thanks for the input. I thought about the squeezes being too soon. I am not squeezing very hard and also not kegaling during. Because of this and only having positive PIs I figured I was safe. I will continue to monitor very closely.

I can cut down the Jelqing and stretching too if its too much but its the same as the squeezes, no negative PIs at all. I figured if it was too much my body would let me know. What do you think?

Took yesterday completely off like I planned. I just got done doing my kegals and that is all I'm doing today because I plan on having a productive weekend due to my wife working.

On a side note, yesterday my hang was probably the best its ever been. It was around 5" all day. Almost didn't recognize it.

Two rest days in a row is tough but rewarding. Really amped to get back at it tomorrow!

My 6 week mark today and going stronger than ever! Half way to the big measure and I can't wait.

Quality session today.

15 min warmup
16 min stretching
20 min jelqing (70 V jelqs)
25 min edging (10 squeezes)
30 min warmdown

When I grab it at the base now it's definitely different. When I started my base and middle were both 4.75. By the look and feel of things my base surely looks thicker now. We shall see in 6 weeks!

Kegals

I am going to enjoy my rest day tomorrow and might even consider taking 2 off because of the length of these past 2 sessions. I feel good though. No negative PIs.

Thoroughly enjoyed my rest day yesterday. Back at it today.

2 separate sessions

Did stretching in a hotass shower.

5 min warmup
12 min stretching under the hot water
5 min warmdown

Jelqs were about 4 hours later

10 min warmup
15 min jelqing (65 V jelqs)
5 min edging (5 squeezes)
20 min warmdown

Had to make due with the time I had today. Two separate sessions again.

Streching

5 min warmup
10 min streching
No warmdown :( (although I did stretch infront of a space heater the entire time.)

Jelqing

No warmup - again major :(
18 min jelqing (100 V jeqs)
15 min warmdown

Plus kegal routine.

Hoping I can get some edging and squeezing in later before my 2 day rest but not sure I'll have the time.
