I have a few questions about adding clamping to my current routine.
Current routine is:
3 sets stretches left, right, out, down, and up. 30 seconds each
2 set bundled stretches(twisted each way) 20 seconds each
Was thinking about clamping afterward, but don't know what a light start would be... 10 minute holds? 2 sets?
I am having no ED and am showing gains, but just looking for that little extra to add to it.
