Clamping question

I have a few questions about adding clamping to my current routine.
Current routine is:
3 sets stretches left, right, out, down, and up. 30 seconds each
2 set bundled stretches(twisted each way) 20 seconds each

Was thinking about clamping afterward, but don't know what a light start would be... 10 minute holds? 2 sets?

I am having no ED and am showing gains, but just looking for that little extra to add to it.

Clamping is a very SERIOUS exercise and can be dangerous. Do you jelq? Jelqing is GREAT for girth and will put on length AND feels amazing!

I have read on clamping and realize what is involved and the risks, that's why i asked because I don't want to over do it.

As far as jelqing, I started PE by jelqing, but no longer can keep the erection to jelq for an actual routine. Plus I lost sensitivity, too much. I was jelqing very light too.

Before you ask no I don't have EQ problems, unless I want to jelq. I have a thread a ways back explaining. No ED for sex, and get randomly hard throughout the day.
