It would depend on what you are looking to do with pumping. If you are want to use it to warm up, and use in the shower, get the bathmate, otherwise, if you are really looking to get into pumping, the custom fit cylinders are incredible, because they are so comfortable. And KNOW THIS IkeRed, you should MEASURE your girth, and then order the cylinder from vacutech that fits you. I used one that was smaller than the one you mentioned, I think mine is a 1 and 3/4" inch in diameter cylinder. Just order the one that FITS, because otherwise its easy to have excessive "puffiness".calixto, im thinking of getting a pump either the bathmate since i do my routine in hot showers or the vacutech. one question, what size of cylinder would I get since the vacutech site has various options. It says the usual one is 2"x9". Should I get that or something "smaller" since im not quite a "horse" YET!
Yeah Mael, I have really been using you as an inspiration, that and some photos I keep looking at with these guys that have gained so much coverage. It has been such a slow process for gaining more foreskin for me, at times I feel like Gator about my FR, but PE seems great. I am staying with FR nevertheless! I have finally decided to post a log on here. Now, I do have a log that I have used since the beginning of this year, and it is VERY DETAILED and on a MS Excel spreadsheet so that it adds up all the time I spend doing EVERYTHING, and I do a lot. Just take a look at my routine today.
1 hour power session on my X4 labs Extender, THEN...
Morning PE exercise session:
10 minute shower warmup
3 sets of ALL 5 directions stretches (Down, Up, Left, Right, and Straight out)
250 basic jelqs, but I count one as one, no a pair of jelqs as one, so I need to change this I guess.
- first set is always generally under the shower's hot water
- Every "straight out" directional stretch is a circle crank stretch (15 count clockwise, 15 count counter-clockwise)
- Every Left and Right stretch are done in the "A-Stretch" fashion with my non stretching hand wrist under my shaft
2 minute cool down in COLD shower water while doing helicopters.
30 more minutes on my extender, but went numb quick, hence why only 30 extra minutes.
Next, I did 6 hours on my DTR (Dual Tension Restorer). This is a foreskin restoration device that I use to grow back my foreskin. I have never liked being cut, and this is the BEST DEVICE I have found to regrow foreskin.
{I also sometimes wear my TLC Tugger at night, and the TLC Tugger will also add some overall shaft length, so I like to get an hour in here and there}
Next I wore the extender for another hour, making it a total of 2.5 hours on the extender for the day.
Then while I watched the NCAA championship (I was for Butler, pooh) I wore my WAG for 2 hours (What-a-grip).
Finally I finished up with 3-15 minute penis pump sessions with 5 minutes of edging between each session!
What a day!
Oh, and my meeasurements!
Right now I am 7.1" BPEL and 5.5" EG. (I have actually measured 5.75 EG the past few days, and don't get it, it can't be right, and it might be due to pumping, but I haven't pumped in 2 days, so...hmm, I am sticking with 5.5''EG for now)
From what I remember before using my extender I was 5.75" EL which I would say was about 6" BPEL, but I didn't know about BPEL then. I also was just at 5" EG last year at exactly this time, and I know this because I measured when I sized my girth to by the right Pumping cylinder from vacutech.
So I have gained well over an inch in length and half an inch in girth, but that has been since fall of 2006, so almost 3.5 years:training1::clap2::common001::yo:
With the intensity, I just slowly added more tension to my extender. With manual PE exercises, I did the SAME THING (my own version of the JP 90 day beginner's routine) for 90 days. After the 90 days, I added 3 seconds onto each manual stretch and I now bundle my left and right stretches. I also began doing 400 total (200 per hand) jelqs, which is up 100 (50 per hand) from my previous 300 total jelqs (150 per hand).One question Calixto .... Since you have been doing pe for 3.5 years how did you progress the intensity and level of your pe routine ?
