PE Exercises:
10min warmup
3 sets of 30 second stretches in all 5 directions
200 jelqs (100 per hand, 150 regulars and 50 backhands)

Say Cal , Like your log . Very helpful . Elaborate on the backhand jelq . Is that an overhand ,thumb to belly type grip ?
Moving up shaft ? I can see how these grips would work both CC and CS very well . I imagine that would be the goal .

That article I refer to is about sugar and it's ability to interfere with nitric oxide and smooth muscle .
I wasn't aware of these interactions .

Thanks Mael! Yeah, I have heard there is some seminal book about sugar, the sugar industry, and why it is a VERY unnatural thing to put in your body, I will try and get the title for you.

Also, the backhand is simply (I think) what you said/envisioned. All you do is "turn" your hand so that the pinkie finger is "out" and closest to your glans. It works great for me because it allows me to not get my jelqs "wrapped up" in my turkey neck.

So does this make sense?

Thanks Cal . That's what I thought . I do those too . Jelqs always confused me till I figured out the goal and ways to get the same effect .
I've got the info on the sugar book . Just wanted others to have the same . :D

Ok Mael, well hell man, feel free to posts all that info about the sugar book here in my log, I would really love that!!!

Glad you like those "Backhands" jelqs, they work great for me to get a better grip sometimes if my turkey neck is not cooperating.

Ok today I started early and got several hours on my DTR, then pumped, then more DTR, then a PE exercise session, followed by the "Power-Hour" Power-Pull I am doing right now on my extender. I have right at 15 minutes to complete the hour. Here is what I ended up with:

DTR- 8 hrs
X4 extender- 1 hr "Power Hour" Power-Pull at max tension after PE Exercise session.
Vacutech Pump- 3X15min sets with 50 jelqs for massaging in between since I went at a little higher pressure today, I did the jelqing/massaging to make sure I didn't get a donut.
PE Exercise Session
10 minute warmup with Bathmate (Hercules model)
2X all 5 directions stretches (First set was 30 seconds/strech, 2nd set was 60 seconds per stretch, hopefully making up for not doing another set, and throwing something different in there is good!!!
200 total jelqs (100 per hand, 150 regular and 50 backhands)
Cool down with cool shower water.
Then began Power-Pull for an hour.

Also, I am up late, so I finished my "Power-Pull" and I just put on my TLC-Tugger for some extra intense combined tugging/hanging! Yay!!

NSF001, Yeah man, if I just had to say, I would say that my tunica is my limiting factor. I have been pumping a while and I don't measure from the base of the tube, I measure bone-pressed. And I am like 7.5 BPPL (Bone-Pressed Pumped Length).

I am 7.1" BPEL and about the same BPFSL, BUT sometimes I am only like 6.5" BPFSL if I am not warmed up the least bit.

So I DO think its a tunica limitation, so I try to just keep whipping that sucker into shape with my extender after PE exercise sessions!

Thanks for your reply dude. One last question I had was, I am uncut. So I just wanted to get an idea if most of the pumping will just go to stretch my foreskin, or actually also give me actual expansion.

I assume that's in the shower .
And using the Vacutech for your routine .

I'm using the back hand jelq , and V -jelq in my girth session .

Ok, well this is a good question NSF for sure. As you may see in my log here, I AM cut, but I am quickly growing more foreskin too (I do PE and FR, or Foreskin Restoration) And while I have not gained enough skin to know what may happen with pumping with a foreskin, I knew someone that has.

What it does is it makes the foreskin a little puffy, but really only if you OVER-DO IT!!! You just have to never go above 5-7mmHg worth of pressure and you will be fine.

Oh, and YES it works to give you expansion or in other words, it helps to pull more of your internal penis out and hence should give some good gains over time.

Hey Mael!, Well my opinion on Bathmate right now (mind you it has only been a week) is that it is great for warming up, and getting a little pressure but not too much. I am having a hard time getting my dick to be straight inside the cylinder, as I am never hard when I put it on, and since I do my stretches first, I don't want to use any lube either. Its hard to fill up the tube with water and then get the thing on because unless you have it submerged like in a bath, the water will run out of the end with no pressure on it, so trying to maintain an erection and do all of this at the same time is just too much juggling for me.

I would say that it is good for a SMALL AMOUNT of pressure and with very warm water in order to give a "spiked" warmup session, getting some additional blood in your dick for when I begin my stretches.

As for using it as a real pump though,...I am going to have to get better at it, and try this only when I can submerge it in an actual bath.

PE Exercise Session:

3 sets of 30 second stretches in all 5 directions. Did some bundled stretches on my last set. Nothing major, just experimenting for now.
200 jelqs (400 total/200 per hand. 300 total regular jelqs and 100 total backhand jelqs)
warm down THEN cool down

Good stuff Calix! Putting on the extender just after a workout seems to be great for the penis. I get an amazing head swell and the entire penis has an amazing stretch.

I need to make one of your velcro straps to see how I like it. It looks way more comfortable that the rubber straps.
