Are you saying that kegels are the ONLY source of tension though? Because that doesn't seem to align with my experience. There are positions in which I don't experience any involuntary kegels (or in which I can easily suppress them using light RKs), but I will still ejaculate with proper arousal and stimulation. Perhaps I still kegel during the ejaculation itself, but not while building up to it. If ejaculation was 100% linked to kegeling, then wouldn't RKs simply solve all problems? If tension is what causes ejaculation (which I would believe) then there must be some other source of tension aside from direct kegels. Does tension build on its own over time? And is it measurable in some objective way?

That high resolution description is a great way of explaining your sensitivity.

I've done a lot of research on errection, and what you stated make me believe it the Rigid errection phase.
It the phase were the BC and IC muscle clampdown on the Bulb of the penis. It's my belief that this is what causes extremely high sensitivity when men near ejaculation/orgasm.
Basically the blood inside the penis is forced in by the BC/IC and the blood pressure is inceressed tremendously.

I've noticed arousal being the most likely culprit for my observations.

I'm also willing to bet your dick will be Rock hard and very visible veins popping. This is due to pressure for the BC and IC.

Focusing on releasing or relaxing the BC muscle will help resist this phase. Arousal control will help keep it full resisted.
Takes practice. If you're unsure where the BC muscle is.
Whenever you cum next time place two fingers below your balls and try to feel for a jitters when you're cumming, that's the BC spasms to ejaculate.
And try not to blind yourself also lol.
Honestly I believe guy with Delayed Ejac have trouble getting into the Rigid phase. Probably why most find a death grip to be pleasurable. Anyways good luck.

You guys are right. I'll tell here what happened today and made me change my mind about IK's being the only cause of PreE:

So, I've been doing edging almost daily but only at morning when I wake up with morning wood. I take some lube to get a more pleasurable sensation and try doing it in positions that are harder for me. At the beggining it was hard to control the IKs but with time it got easier and made me very confident about my stamina.

But today I tried doing edging at evening, where instead of very relaxed I was kinda tired from work and also a bit tense and anxious, because I was really wanting to use this edging session to finish cumming after many days of doing edging without finishing. When I finally was alone and felt it was time to do it, I felt that urge or as I call it "positive anxiety" which accelerates the heartbeats and makes you a bit tense.

When I started stimulation I felt that I was much more sensitive compared to my edging sessions at early morning. And so any attempt to decrease the urge to ejaculate through reverse kegels and relaxation were useless. My erection was strangely a 7 or 8, maybe because of some light stretching exercises I did some hours before it, I'm not sure. And yet I was very sensitive and my stamina was much lower than usual.

I felt I still had IKs but those were a bit different, they were not strong and actually they were barely noticeable, but still they were unstopable and would happen at each stroke or by simply touching the penis.

So yeah comparing to my successful edgings at mornings, this one seemed purely influenced by my mental state, which was a bit anxious and urging to ejaculate after many days of not doing it.

WOW , hard to believe 2 years have passed since I posted above ^^. The reason I feel comfortable with saying this , is because on this particular sticky ... BYggD is OK with using visual for Edging. I'm being totally honest with saying Visual Edging has worked for me with Ejaculation control and making my Gains for Penis Enlargement training.

Long time lurker, first time poster here. This thread has been one of the best things I’ve ever read regarding PE. I’ve noticed massive improvements since practicing this. I wouldn’t say I’m cured, as sometimes i still can lose control and end up stop start edging with a 9 arousal from time to time, but this has really allowed me to understand where my acquired PE came from…a lack of practice and a lack of arousal control. The more you do this, and build it up slowly, the more significant improvements you will see. Byggd’s words about being kind to yourself and not worrying as much about things have really stuck with me too. Again, a work in progress on that front, but i have really tried to put it into practice and when i do it effectively, life (and sex/masturbation) gets a whole lot easier and more fun. Thanks so much for this. A blessing

Note to anyone who is a bit afraid of porn like i was - there is nothing wrong with it and it won’t ruin your brain forever. View it like a training exercise, and try to avoid binging like i used to do (by that i mean flicking through loads and loads of images or videos in one session). These days i will focus on one female pornstar/model for at least a week at a time, normally 2-3 weeks. That’s more likely to feel realistic and be chemically more similar to real sex than watching 100 girls get fucked every day. It also allows you to get more comfortable watching them, and is less likely to spike your arousal. It feels quite wholesome and fulfilling at times to be honest compared to watching crazy amounts of diff content.
