That is not just a guy thing -- it is exactly the same for women!
Well, for me at least.
There are times when I really enjoy having my breasts and nipples played with or bitten, other times it is just a distraction/annoyance because what I really want is focused, um, elsewhere. No rhyme nor reason to it, but it is not a problem if you have good communication with your lover.

Of course! One of the things that I love is the give and take of sex.... how sometimes one of us is the leader, then the other, switching back and forth.
