Suck to orgasm boob technique
Tease around her nipple but don't actually touch it. After she starts squirming then lightly lick her nipple. Then lightly suck it. Add some sucking power, drawing her nipple and part of her breast into your mouth, and then release it. Use this "milking" action and add sucking power and speed.
I am wondering if anyone here, has ever achieved giving a girl a breast orgasm...just curious and would love to hear about it ..hehe
Claiming bragging rights here. Did it once. It is not as straitforwards as "a technique" that works every time. She has to be aroused. In this case we hadn't had sex for a while and she did not really want contact so I fondled her boobs and gave her an orgasm. It probably involved sucking - but it's been a while and the memory is fading.
The key is, as described, to make her want more, and only give it very gradually. And she has to be pretty aroused to start with - and preferrably something has to keep you from having real sex.
Practice on your own boobs, if you want - men's boobs are sensitive too and can cause arousal and even orgasm (ejaculation in that case) - it will give you an idea. Massaging around but not on the nipple is important.
Don't expect it to work, but know that it can.
The main challenge is probably to be gentle with the nipples and not touch them too much, so that they stay sensitive.
PS: Of course it also depends a lot on the woman.

Not knocking you, but I should think it 95% of it depends on the woman. I think women vary much more than men in how sensitive they are - there are some women (a tiny minority, granted) who can reach orgasm without physical stimulation *at all*, just by concentrating on it. Some can do it by tensing their thigh muscles to achieve what is in effect hands-free orgasms. And yet most never reach orgasm through penetration alone (i.e. they need clitoral stimulation as well) whereas some never come during intercourse at all, and can only get there by a good deal of hard clit work with a vibrator or their fingers.
It would be cool as hell if I could make my girlfriend come just from sucking her nipples, and she does like me sucking and lightly biting them, but with the best will in the world, it ain't gonna happen. Pretty sure it would have happened by now if it could! I'm happy enough that I can get her off by fucking, licking and stroking her.
