Today's session was a good one.

Total LG time: 110 hours and 15 minutes.

Had some extra time so I got in a great session.

Extending: 1 hour

Pumping:
20 minutes @ 6 hg
20 minutes @ 4-5 hg

I used an extra piece of silicone sleeve as an ADS for 1 1/2 hours to see how I liked it and it felt great to where so I may add this to my daily stuff. I am also trying to get an hour or two in my extender. I had not used it for a while until last week but since life gets in the way I figure I can get a lot of time under traction in my extender during the days off and evenings. I am not concerned with getting a ton of time in it. It is just to add time and my main goal is still always going to be hanging but it cant hurt to use it whenever I can and I will be logging it along with my other PE.

BigO, if you wear the sleeve so there is an inch folded over itself at the base of the penis, this provides a mild restriction and can keep you long and plump as you wear it.

Today I am heading towards the great white north for Halloween so I got in my hanging time and nothing more. I will do some manuals in Canada and see if the climate gives me an extra inch. If so I will get a major university to research my junk.

Currently just shy of 7.5 BPEL and I am at 6 inches MEG.

I am not sure what happened but I am making a repeat of a post I made two days ago. Weird that it is not here. but here is the day before yesterdays session.

LG hanger:
2 hours at 9 lbs

Pumping:
25 minutes @ 4-6 hg
20 minutes @ 4 hg

Extending: 1 1/2 hours

Total LG time: Total LG time: 119 hours and 30 minutes

Today was another rainy day wher I live and most of the week has been so I have had a lot of PE and I also had a 7.5 BPEL measurement so this has been a great last few weeks as I had been to 7 and 3/8 before and recently got that measurement again and then a week or so later i measure this mornong and got 7.5 and got it three times through out the day. I will check tomorrow and if t is com=nfirmed I will claim it. Then it is all about the road to 7 3/4s before the highway to 8.

Clamping with light uli action: 6 minutes and complete and utter dick obesity. Looked like a tick on a coon hound.

Yesterday was an easy day with a quick 45 minute session with my extender. I discovered that when I was starting to feel the need to take off my x-4 that if I move my extender in the up position that it relieved a lot of pressure from my glans.

I always have extended down but I may start to do so pointed up. I already hang damn near everyday and the different position my just work for me. The strange thing was that once I got the extender properly seated against my pubic area I adjusted the tension as far as it goes and still it was easier in the up position so i will try this for a while.

Today i decided to add a bit more time per set as the days ahead will allow. I added 15 minutes to my 9 lb LG sets as my goal is to gain as much as I can at a certain weight. Since the LG is so easy for me to where I can do this.
