I tried to buy the ELS40 suction cup hanger from eBay but apparently the seller sucks. So I've been looking at another alternative. There's this Size Master Pro suction hanger system for about 40 bucks. Seems like a generic take off of the LG hanger system. Just curious if anyone has use this?

I just bought one off ebay should arrive Friday. Its just a cup sleeve handpump and thigh wrap to strap to your leg. Going to give it a try. I couldn't find els40 but this one is labeled zenbala from china but is being shipped from USA.
It arrived okay and I couldn't figure out how to keep myself in the cup. Ended up throwing it away. I should of done more research because from what I found, I was using it wrong. Opps! Maybe I'll purchase it again.
This thing looks insanely complete. It's way more than a vac hanger, it's also a vac stretcher. Modified Vac Extender and hanger all-in-one is impressive if it's durable. I think the Penimaster Pro Complete is the only thing even close to this. And this thing is 1/5 the cost on AliExpress.
I think I'm going to try this one. I have my old Minotaur, which is literally identical quality to a sizegenetics despite being 1/5 the cost, so this one being durable is a real possibility. The only thing I don't trust are the sleeves. They look flimsy for hanging. I'll probably re-order the $10 ones I bought for my Phallosan which have been extremely durable.

Well, I ordered it. It should be here in a month. I got the complete package with the extender, the seal pump, and all the other stuff like extender rods, and comfort foam. It was $62 including shipping. The only potential problem I see is the 42 bell. I have the authentic Phallosan and its "large" bell is 42. I can wear it during the day, but I absolutely need the XL bell to sleep at night.
I also placed a separate order for "2 silicone sleeves For phallosan condom"(without quotes). They're moderately less durable than the LG Hanger sleeve, but they're stickier and of course about 1/8 the price. I chaff slightly more with these, but I also sweat less. Overall even beyond price I slightly prefer them to the LG sleeves. But I also rarely wear my Phallosan for more than 6-8 hours, so the additional skin irritation isn't bad. I think I tolerate about 25% less time with these, though they allow for greater suction and never break seal(where I have air leak in and have to take it off and put it back on) - a common problem with LG sleeves.

why would you buy another extender when you already have the phallosan? and also is the size master pro any good/comparable to the phallosan? what are the main differences?
I really want the phallosan but it's too expensive for me to buy it and it would be fabulous if I could get one for $62 instead, just worried I wouldn't be able to figure out how to use it or it would not be wearable during sleep (which is when I would like to wear it)
I was curious about your experience with size master pro. I wanted to buy a phallosan, but I think it's too expensive... so I was wondering if Size Master would do the job. Did you like it? What about confort, are you able to wear it during sleep (which is when I would like to wear it)?

My Phallosan has seen better days. The pump on the cup is made of rubber which deteriorates with age(chronological, not just usage).
So onto a mini-review of the Size Master Pro and a brief "How to use" guide with pictures!
So the Size Master Pro is just a common suction cup penis extender of which you can find many others on Alibaba/AliExpress. I bought the most expensive all inclusive version.
We'll start with the center piece. The suction cup is decent, and though it doesn't allow for quite as much control as the Phallosan air pump, it's almost certainly more durable. The cup and suction vac are great and get 5 stars for me for a sub-$100 device.
The extender included is pretty shoddy. It seems to be a random $10 extender of poor quality. I don't recommend this part. I much prefer my Minotaur($45 extender). However, it does come with a little mounting piece so you can turn your extender into a Penimaster knock off. That's pretty nice. I can't seem to find this piece loose. If you can, please include a link in a reply.
The junk:
Everything else in the pack is worthless. The elastic band attaches via velcro. And the velcro is weak. It won't even fit around anyone over about 160 lbs, and it's so flimsy it wouldn't hold regardless of your size. The tip of the suction cup attaches to a flimsy plastic clasp that is also attached to the band with velcro. It pulls off with about 2lbs of pressure. Making it worthless for it's intended purpose. The tape is fine, but you can get the wraps anywhere for a dollar or two. The sleeves are junk.
So if you want to use this as a Penimaster - it's good. It's about 80% of what you need to use as a Phallosan, but you'll need something else as a band. Based on my experience, I would suggest getting one of the cheaper models that is just the suction cup, vac pump, and extender cap to attach the cup to the end of the extender.
If anyone is aware of a good Phallosan attachment band replacement, please reply with it. That would make this a sure buy. As it stands it's best as a Penimaster.

Penimaster pro sells just their belt too.
TLC tugger has a comfort strap to be used as belt for less than $10.
Other option is get any cheaper ADS with belt. Ali has some fro under $15.
If you wanna DIY you can experiment with silicone pump ring as phallosan foam ring replacement and using a taut line hitch.
Does anyone else sell a compatible waist belt? TLC looks like a thigh belt. Wanna pre order before my size master pro gets here.
