I guess I'm a hard gainer. Did JP for 5 months, got nothing. Tried manual stretching for 3 months, got nothing. So I tried hanging. I've been hanging for 2 months, 2hrs a day, 10-12 hours a week, SD, 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour at night. I'm currently hanging at 10 lbs. No measurable gains (BPFSL and BPEL). The zip-ties I use to attach my weights to my hanger have gained, LOL, but not my penis.

I seem to have great PIs. Morning wood is strong and I do have improved flacid hang. I feel soreness around the ligaments/tendons above my penis after a hanging session and my penis itself feels good. Yet, no measurable gain.

Should I increase more weight or do more time? I've read Bib's posts about how at some point, no matter how tough the ligaments, enough weight will stretch them. I weight lift and my tendons/ligs in general are pretty resilient. Maybe I need to go more weight? But I've also read you want to maximize time before weight?

What am I doing wrong? Should I do more time? More weight? Try a different angle?

how much did u hang i mean what weight ? , i am doing 30 sets a week with 20 min each for the last 2 months and i am seeing some crazy gains . Do u reach fatigue when u hang ?

i guess u should contact BigO about hanging.

I am hard gainer on length but u have to remember hanging is the last bullet if nothing else dont work hanging is the last think u should relay to.

More time for now. If soreness is there then you are beginning to work them. Add slowly on the time. Mostly by more time I mean more than two months. Stay at 10 lbs and slowly add to the time you hang. Also you could try BTC for one of your sets. Be patient and the gains will come.

I'm currently at 10lbs. I started with 2.5lbs but literally felt nothing, so I moved to 5lbs. I do 3 back-to-back sets of 20 minutes in the morning, and the same at night.

I guess I'm not entirely sure if I reach true fatigue. My ligs are a bit sore, but at the end of a session, its really my skin that is the most sore.

I tried BTC for a few weeks, but the skin stretch was too painful and distracting for me to get any work done (I work from home). Plus the lay back position was too difficult to get work done. So I switched to SD for practical reasons.

It sounds like you are at the point just before getting fatigue. Each guy is different, but you really need to be feeling fatigue for the gains, for the most part. I would definitely not give up on hanging as it is typically around the 10 lbs+ benchmark that people start noticing gains with hanging (myself included in that mix). I would keep doing what you are doing, increase by 1 lbs a week. In another 2 months you will be at 18 lbs then, no matter how tough your dick is you will be feeling fatigue at that weight. I will be surprised if you haven't gained before then.

So there's part of the answer, either you're cut and you need to stretch some skin or/and your attachment is not good enough. What hanger did you pick?

Time under tension will still be key. At that wiegjt gains will start showing up. Ten and above you really want to maximize your time before going to the next level. What hanger are you using?

stick your fingers deep on your ligament inside left right up and below your penis if u feel some kind of weird feeling no pain but some weird feeling is fatigue for sure. Skin is normal so don`t worry about-it .

I started hanging just 1 or 2 sets a day for 5 month and gained only 0.2 now for the last 2 month since i had BigO advice i went up to 30 sets a week with nearly 15.lbs and each time i finish me hanging i feel fatigue and i can see already i made some crazy gains, but i dont want o measure yet . Be patient my friend if hanging does not make your penis bigger (longer) nothing else will. I have tried all size-genetic pallosan etc nothing i gained nothing 0 0 0 0. But everything changed since i started hanging. Take advice from some of the Hanging experts man , because i was same as you before but since i been following BigO advice everything has change and i am loving it . Dont give up thought .

I'm cut. I tried BTC this last 20 minutes between posts. Skin stretch pain is not there anymore. I guess my skin adapted doing SD over the month.

But the skin pain I feel is really pinching, pressure around my balls from the hanger pressing against it, not the penis skin itself. I fatigue from sitting on my ass bones, since I have to sit forward so much on my chair, so with no back support, my butt and back are the most fatigued :-(

I'm using a homemade LG. I made a few iterations, until I got the chamber size that fit me best.

2 months is in my opinion the conditioning period , it took me a lot longer than that to see any significant difference . gains started at the 10 lb mark , I got up to 17.5 lb which was more than six months or so in . I hung for a year , doing split sets , 3 x 20 min morning and evening . 6 per day . I believe splitting workouts helped with the fatigue as every 12 hours , fred had a noose around him and iron boots on , pulling him towards the ground. some days just couldn't finish sets at that weight . be patient , I was thinking same as you . why do I do this . 2 and a half centimetres a year later is why . 17.2 ish to 19.7 ish , left me in no doubt and I can say keep at for the long haul and you will see results. but girth has me in a fix. sooooo much harder to achieve . my 2 bobs worth

Thanks, I need to hear stuff like this because it seems like most people are getting SOME sort of gain within 1-2 months of hanging. Did you do BTC or SD?

Also, I'm not sure I'm feeling sore in the right ligs. After an hour of BTC, I feel it right around my pubic bone, about 1cm above the top of my penis. Is this the right place to be feeling sore?

Yes BTC is targeting the ligament on the very top of the penis.

mainly sd and btc , split your routine morning and evening . the soreness is in the right area and should be there constantly all day . I only had a day off when I would start a set and it was too sore to hold a weight. 1 day off and its all recovered . when you get to that stage , you should see some length change. leave the ruler in the draw and only measure every 2 months or so or you will only torment yourself. I was a sceptic too. I don't thing im overly long , but , ive done the bargirls thing in Bangkok and when a girl says your lllllllong , believe it , shes seen a lot of cock. cheers

I seriously would not give up on hanging just yet.. 2 Months is just a warm up.. After 6-8 Months I would be re-thinking it.. I've been hanging 14 months so far and have seen 0.9" of grow from that (the rest of the gains came from the pump).. I've had the longest dry spell to date just in the last 4 months of nothing.. Now I'm back to getting 1/16th" every 2 weeks or less..

Give it time in (months), and time in the hanger :)..

Yeah, hanging is my final effort on PE. Nothing previous has given me any results. I believe in hanging, it makes the most logical sense for producing length gains. So I'm not ready to throw in the towel just yet, although I admit I'm a bit discouraged from the lack of results.

I guess its sort of toss up on whether I should stay at 10lbs or slowly increase?

Stay there until fatigue and ache are not being experienced. That way you maximize the gain potential as you go up.

Personally, I would increase by 0.5 - 1 lbs a week for the next few weeks. Gains have been non-existent, so you need to give it a bit more of a push. Lots of guys reporting not seeing any gains until they get to 10, 12, or even 15 lbs sometimes. But typically 10 lbs+ seems to be the number where most start seeing gains of some description.

KITMBS is right.. Add slowly to find the fatigue and do the full 20 min sets, what ever weight it takes to get that, and a burn.. Don't go too heavy.. That will cause a stronger, but no longer penis.. This is a stretching thing, not a lifting..

Basically the "balancing act" I have is the first set isn't too exciting.. 2nd is starting to burn a bit but can be handled.. And the 3 rd... For the last 5-8 min is.. "U have the urge to put the weight down, but u don't feeling".. It a dis-comfortable burning, but I know it's working cause I'm gaining again, will no negative PI's after, just some minor skin irritation..
