No, im just going to use the pics from the LG group section as a reference on how to attach it. As far as recommended pressure, and weight for beginners I would email Dr Ric.

I already emailed Dr. Ric and he sent me a PDF of the instructions.

The only mention of hg in the promo PDF and the instructions is that 10 hg is good for 10 lbs for 30 mins, but that this is considered advanced.

I don't know if less hg should be used to start or if 10 hg a sort of a minimum. They will need to provide more information regarding hg when guys start going beyond 10 lbs and 30 mins.

A few other notes:

-An odd thing I noticed about the hg is that you can pump up to 10 hg, remove the pump, then if you plug the pump right back in, the hg has dropped a lot (it's only at 1-3 hg). I don't think it's leaking because it can hold weight, but normally with a cylinder and air pump, you can remove the pump and plug it back in and the hg may only drop slightly from your body adapting.

-Don't bother putting on the velcro band until after you've applied vacuum and attached weight. The shaft thins out once the weight is applied, so if you put the velcro first, it will be loose after weight is applied.

-The wrap that came with the package is 2" wide, but I used 3" wide wrap that I already had. It's easier with 3" because you don't need to spiral the wrap. Just something to know when ordering more.

I did 3 sets of 30 mins each today: 1 BTC (5lbs), 1 SD (5lbs), 1 over a fulcrum (2.5 lbs) and everything worked well.

My first hanging experience was pretty decent as well. I did 2 30-minute sets at 5 lbs, and a test at 7.5 lbs. then 10 lbs. For a few minutes. Definitely comfortable but waiting fir more experience with the handset before coming to any conclusions

No, not even close for me. I've got tons of hanging experience so I'm well conditioned to the pull. Still taking it slow to condition to the vacuum though, so I'm guessing it will be a little while before I'm at weights capable of inducing fatigue. Oh well, I'm in no hurry

I have done enough PE and hanging that I won't be hitting fatigue for awhile. I'm going to stay with the same weight and keep increasing the length of my sets. I'd like to get up to 1hr 30min sets, then start increasing the weight.

I just walked in the door from visiting my awesome in laws and the hanger was on my door step. I hurried inside and opened it up and I was impressed with what I saw. I will use mine in the morning.

I have seen some mention of not expecting fatigue for a while but I would not be too surprised if you guys feel it at much lighter weights when you start hanging for an hour or two without a break. I have been hanging very light lately with a vac hanger and have had some good sessions with 4 lbs but I wore it two to three hours at a time.

Until tomorrow gents, my initial trila will be in the morning. One question, is the band that is suppose to be placed up at the base seem as if it is needed? I was thinking of using something else to save the silicone band material.

From the instructions, the base band is for constriction only to aid in achieving a semi to make putting the hanger on easier. I didn't use a constriction band at all with my hanging yesterday

I meant the one in the picture that Dr. Ric has on his base shaft before putting on the hanger but after actually reading the instructions I figured it out. :)

I am on my second set of the morning, did the first for 45 minutes @ 6 lbs and all went well, i did have a little experiment session as far as getting it on comfortably but it only took a few minutes and then I was hanging. I am almost done with set #2 at the same weight @ 1 hour and so far all is well.

When you compare the volume of the void space in a full cylinder to the void space in the 1/4" tube it is relatively insignificant. When the quick connect is hooked back up to the cylinder, all the air in the tube is sucked into the cylinder but the vac gauge barely moves.

However, when you examine the void space in the dome to the void space in the tube, it is more significant (because the dome is smaller and because it is custom fit there are smaller voids. When you re-attach the quick connect, that additional air in the tube will cause a drop in vac.

If you don't want that to happen, you will need to order the male end with a valve. The valve will shut (just like the female end) and the vac in the air hose will remain.

@namsokiek That's makes sense. I didn't know that the air in the tube went into the cylinder (or dome in this case). I knew there was an explanation, I just couldn't figure it out.

@BigO In the pictures, Dr. Ric is wearing a cushion from ctc-company.com and the other guy (I assume it's Marlon) is wearing a band made out of the tubing. If you cut a 1.5" off of the extra tubing they send, the remaining is enough to replace the tubing on the dome when it is eventually needed. I cut a 1.5" piece and used it at the base yesterday, but I might as well try it without because it wasn't tight enough to make me semi erect.

So far I'm not a huge fan of the tender tape. I've been experimenting with some other glans protection methods though

Anyone else finding the tape less than ideal?

I use the 3" wide wrap that came with the Grip System. I think it was Andover Co-Flex cohesive bandage, but a lot of companies make the same thing. It's self-adhering elastic bandage/wrap, also called Coban. I immediately didn't like the 2" wrap that came with the LG because it made spiraling necessary, so I took out by 3" wide wrap, which you can just wrap horizontally.

I am loving the hanger, the tape...not so much but I too am looking into a cap of some sort. Today I am playing with my heat gun and some silicone and some t-band seperate, together and whatever else I can imagine.

A question I was just asked. Also my email is in the signature. "How in gods name did you gain of 3" length and 2.6"girth?? Do you have any log?"

The keys are:

1. Absolute Faith within your Divinity/ God that it would work, in my mind it was a "done deal". According to what you can believe and conceive you can achieve.
2. Traction and time over years, the traction time must be sufficient to cause collagen deformation and remodeling, usually this is 8-10 lbs are above, the only device that with do this reliably is the Bib Hanger and more recently the LG Hanger.
3. I performed pumping 30% of the time when I got tired of hanging, a rotational technique.
4. Currently I do pumping and hanging with the LG Hanger, my new goal is 10" L x 7" G.

I know the keys to success is why I am helping others do the same.

Additional Recommendations. As you get into heavier weights, make sure the taped glans is completely inserted, touching the end of the LG Hanger securely via appropriate application of vacuum, and the silicon sleeve completely rolled down for maximum stability. It is a relatively easy curve, at higher weights over 10 lbs make sure the glans insertion is secure to prevent or minimize slippage to avoid elevated vacuum in the LG Hanger cup. If you should feel any tingly sensation while extended wearing at heavier weight remove Hanger and inspect glans. In time you will recognize optimal wearing and sensations versus time. Any questions or further observations please advise. Isn't the comfortable convenient wearing teriffic. The LG Hanger is so user friendly.

I completely agree with the rotational technique you are talking. So far this has worked great for me. Thanks for sharing
