I am going to a lighter routine as my slong get overworked easily.
10 min warm up (rice sock)
10 min stretch
10 -15 mins Bathmate
50 wet jelqs
50 v jelqs
5 30 Ulis
10 min warm down
5 days on, 2 off
I will do this for 2 weeks while using Andractim and measure my progress if any and make adjustments to my routine.
