How long have you been supplementing thus far? I'm currently waiting for my order to arrive and am contemplating how to structure my cycles.

Have you noticed any positive signs of growth (warmth, bigger flaccid, horniness, frequent/morning erections, stronger erections, etc.)?

Most probably the recommended dose for andractim, WILL NOT be enough to promote significant growth. Why? because of the concentration. Andractim has a concentration of 2.5% DHT, while the prescribed cream for transgender treatment is 10%. So in order to get similar results, Andractim would have to be applied several more times than recommended, increasing the probabilities of unwanted side effects.

Anyone else already using this product or willing to use is aware of this?? or yall just playin with it without complete research.

Jackxxx, thats exactly what is needed here, (IMO) skepticism. Alot of guys(me included), were willing to try something because of all the hype around it. especially when their new to, or dont know about PE.
I did have effects from it like I said, but did I gain from it....?????????.
Post your data and links about your research, so we can all read it. That would be very helpfull. Thanks

You have to fill out an online medical questionare on their website(allsaints) before they let you order. They make you purchase two tubes and a blood test kit on the first order. The blood test kit is a do it yourself thing.

Why do you need a bloodtest kit? To make sure your test levels are low or what?

wouldnt that mean use 2.5 grams 4+ times a day rather then twice a day becasue your body can only absorb so much at once awayway therefor using it multiple times would be more effective then globbing it on.

Exactly. That's what in theory should work. The prescribed 10% cream works. For sure. There's no question about it. I think overdosing Andractim should lead to gains too. But as far as I know, nobody is using the right dose.

Im just going to do 5 times a day becasue it is going to be a pain in the ass doing it 10 times and to save money but normally messing with hormones more dose = more but not not a drastic differance

example :

taking anadrol at 100mg a day would make somone blow up 150mg a day would make a differance but wouldnt be much

DHT for Transgender Men
Posted on October 4, 2009 by Joshua

Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is a metabolite of testosterone that’s recommended by some SRS surgeons to encourage genital growth in transgender men. DHT can be topically applied in a transdermal cream, but is not to be confused with testosterone cream or testogel/androgel. DHT is at least three times more potent as an androgenic compound and is therefore the preferred choice for FTM genital growth.
DHT plays a vital role in virilization. When a trans man injects testosterone, his body converts some of it into DHT. It influences facial and body hair growth, voice changes, sex drive, and growth of muscle and genital tissue. Unlike other androgens, DHT cannot be converted to estradiol, and it’s not anabolic, so it doesn’t build up in tissues, muscles and bones.
DHT for Dick Growth
For genital growth, a 10% DHT concentration, non-alcoholic cream is desired. A typical dosage is 20 mg administered three times a day, and it dispenses very easily when packaged in syringes (1 line = 1 dose). Simply rub the cream onto the glans, shaft and foreskin; it absorbs quickly. A minimum of three months of use is recommended.
Topical DHT shouldn’t drastically affect blood pressure or testosterone levels, but it’s a good idea to get regular blood work done while you’re using DHT, and to observe your moods and adjust your testosterone dosage as required.
Getting a Prescription for DHT
To get a prescription for DHT, ask your doctor or endocrinologist for “10% Dihydrotestosterone cream.” If they grant your request, take the prescription to a compounding pharmacy. Be sure to specify that the cream should not contain any alcohol.
In North America, DHT has been available to compounding pharmacies through the PCCA. In July 2009, the PCCA announced that they were out of stock and that the manufacturer had ceased production of DHT. This was reportedly the only source of DHT available to Canadian pharmacies. It’s unknown if there are other sources available or not in the United States. It may be difficult to get a prescription for DHT filled in North America at this time.
Buying DHT Online
You can buy a 2% DHT cream called Andractim online and without a prescription at buyandractim.com. However, this product is alcohol based (and may cause a temporary burning sensation). It’s also illegal to import DHT—a controlled substance—through an online “pharmacy.” Purchase at your own risk. If you do buy DHT online, check off “female” for gender on the order form, otherwise you’ll be required to purchase a prostate test kit.
Side Effects of DHT
Hair Loss
Despite being responsible for facial and body hair growth, one of the potential side effects of DHT is hair loss. DHT leaves a waxy substance at the root of hair follicles on the scalp that can inhibit hair growth. One possible solution is saw palmetto berry extract tincture, a natural herb that’s been shown to block DHT. The tincture can be mixed with water and topically applied to the scalp to prevent that build up in the hair follicle roots. Dosage is 30-60 drops daily. A one month supply of saw palmetto tincture costs about $25 USD.
Secondary Exposure
Like Androgel, DHT cream presents a risk for transference and requires diligence to prevent accidental secondary exposure to sexual partners, children, and pets. Washing well an hour after application reduces—but does not eliminate—chance of exposure. The only safe form of protection is zero exposure. Since DHT is applied daily, avoiding all direct contact to the genitals throughout the period of usage is recommended.
DHT Research
While there aren’t any clinical studies about DHT use in transgender men, we can look to related studies for some guidance, particularly with regard to safety.
Transdermal dihydrotestosterone therapy and its effects on patients with microphallus.
All patients demonstrated growth of the penis during treatment. The mean increase rate (153%) in the first 4 weeks of treatment was higher than that (118%) of the second 4 weeks… In conclusion, transdermal dihydrotestosterone therapy is an effective and relatively safe modality in the treatment of microphallus.
A Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Randomized Clinical Trial of Transdermal Dihydrotestosterone Gel on Muscular Strength, Mobility, and Quality of Life in Older Men with Partial Androgen Deficiency
We conclude that 3 months treatment with transdermal dihydrotestosterone gel demonstrates expected androgenic effects, short-term safety, and limited improvement in lower limb muscle strength but no change in physical functioning or cognitive function.
Long-term transdermal dihydrotestosterone therapy: effects on pituitary gonadal axis and plasma lipoproteins.
…percutaneous DHT administration is a relatively safe modality of androgen replacement therapy as far as atherogenicity is concerned.
Absorption of dihydrotestosterone (DHT) after its intramuscular administration.
…suitable for long-term substitution therapy.
DHT offers trans men the potential for genital growth that exceeds the promises of testosterone therapy alone. While dedicated research is lacking, related studies and anecdotal accounts suggest that DHT is a safe and promising treatment.

DHT cream and pumping for FTM genital growth

All About DHT for Transgender Men

The administration of testosterone causes the FTM body to try it’s very best to grow a penis. More specifically, a transman’s clitoris* typically grows to about the length of a thumb (though size varies with each person.) Genital growth is highly desired by transmen seeking a metoidioplasty. Are there ways to optimize that growth?

Yes!

While there aren’t any clinical studies proving these techniques are effective in transmen, two of the three surgeon’s I have been consulting with have recommend DHT cream and pumping to maximize growth and improve final surgery outcomes. Dr. Bowers doesn’t discourage these methods, but she doesn’t specifically recommend them. Dr. McGinn concedes that there aren’t studies to prove results, but does recommend cream and pumping. Dr. Miro (aka Dr. Djordjevic) not only recommends cream and pumping, he also thinks these techniques work.

DHT Cream for FTM genital growth

A 10% concentration of dihydrotestosterone cream is what’s recommended. This is not the same thing as testosterone cream or testogel/androgel. These can be applied topically for genital growth but have a lesser effect.

Dihydrotestosterone or DHT is a metabolite of testosterone and is three times more potent than testosterone. The body converts some testosterone into DHT with contact to the 5a reductase enzyme. It plays a very important role in facial and body hair growth, voice changes, sex drive, and growth of muscle and genital tissue. Unlike other androgens such as testosterone, DHT cannot be converted to estradiol. It is not anabolic, so it doesn’t build up in tissue, muscles and bones.

DHT can be topically applied to the clitoris in a transdermal cream formulation. It should be noted that estrogen is responsible for the growth of labial tissue, so DHT should not be applied to the labia if a scrotoplasty is in your future. (One could try a topical estrogen cream for this, but that’s outside the scope of this post.)

Topical DHT shouldn’t drastically affect your testosterone levels, but it is wise to observe your moods and keep an eye your blood work and adjust as required. (Remember, bio-men with T naturally in their systems use DHT cream.) Because it isn’t converted to estriadol though, it shouldn’t cause the feminizing side effects that too much testosterone can.

You can obtain DHT cream online at buyandractim.com without a prescription. (This source was suggested by Dr. Miro.) You can also ask your doctor for a prescription and take that to a compounding pharmacy. (This is what I’m doing in an hour.) You’ll want to be very clear however that they don’t make it with aloe vera gel or an alcohol-based gel (ouch!)

Dr. Miro recommends a minimum of three months of usage prior to surgery. The longer you are using DHT cream, the better. It’s never too early to start, and starting early may achieve better results.

You can apply the DHT cream in small amounts a few times a day. Aim for 1-1.5 grams a day, and don’t exceed 2.5 grams.

Pumping for FTM genital growth

Clitoral pumping is another technique that’s recommended to stimulate genital growth. Basically, we’re talking about application of low pressure vacuum or suction to the clitoris. The immediate effects of pumping are temporary but pumping over time stretches genital tissues and can lead to permanent enlargement in some people. It’s recommended for pre-op transmen as well as 6-12 months of post-op to ward off retraction (shrinkage.)

Pumping is safe when done properly. If overdone however, you can damage the nerves in the clitoris. The rules of thumb are: never pump dry (always use a lubricant), when starting out don’t pump for more than 15 minutes, use mild pressure, and stop pumping immediately if you experience pain or any bleeding. We’re talking about genitals here—be conservative!

No change from using the stuff, 5g per day applied directly to the slong. I have only used it for 10 days. But after reading what everyone was saying, I might double the dose per day to 10g. Stay on the pe program and see what happens. I will keep everyone posted.

Really? ten days in and not even stronger, higher EQ??? 10g sounds like a lot... it's not like you are transgendered and receiving therapy, which is what everyone is basing their information off of.

You should see some change on libido or erection quality. However, 5g, 10g, IS NOT enough to promote growth.
