Saturday:
*20 min bed fowfers
*hot shower - 1 set each way rotary lig stretch, 2 sets 30 second hold in each direction, 2 sets 30 seconds V-stretch, 2 sets 30 seconds just down stretch.
*20 min bed fowfers.
*10 min low erection light grip jelq.

Gym: 15 lbs each side preachers, 3 x 10....45 lbs tris, 13 x 10 .... Crunches 3 x 35

Diet: Grilled Chicken sandwich w/ cheese and hot sauce, #15 smoothie, 2 orders chicken fingers w/ hot sauce and blue cheese, chicken salad on a round roll.

Sunday: No PE...rest day.

Gym: 1.25 miles, 3 x 35 crunches.

Diet: 2 pieces grilled chicken, broccoli and rice, hot sauce and ranch...long roll w. salami turkey american cheese and lettuce...# 15 smoothie...green tea pill lol

Fuck dude.. Wanna change weights? I hate not being able to work out!!

Haha dude wrestled 160 in 12th grade...by december of this past year I was up around 195 lbs, I'm still working on getting down, hopefully settling in around 175.

Yea man I hear that. I used to be 230 lbs in high school for football.. 1st year of college dropped down to 220.. Then got back home over the summer and managed to get down to 190.. Now I'm at like 200 because all I've been doing is EATING, occasionally lifting, and doing my football thing when its not freakin canceled. Sighs. I wanna get down to about 180~185 and be ripppped :)

Notes: No Jelqs today, will make up for that tommorrow with 20 minutes.

Wednesday: Weight - 182.0 lbs

PE Session One: Because I didn't get to do my ten minutes of Jelqing yesterday, I did 20 minutes this morning, like this...
*20 mins bed fowfer.
*20 mins low erection light grip jelqing.

PE Session Two: Came Straight from the gym and in the shower...
*1 set each way rotary lig stretches
*2 sets Left Right Up Down Out Stretches 30 seconds each
*3 x 30 V Stretch
*3 x 30 Straight Down Stretch.

Gym:
8, 8, 5 Pullups 2 mins, 3x40 crunches

Diet:
SW Wrap.... 20 xtra hot wings, celery (2), bleu cheese (4), diablo wrap

Just something to think about...
When you miss a session of jelqing, it generally isn't productive to make that session up by doubling your typical session.

Not taking a sh*t in 2 days isn't very good. Your diet must be all fucked up.

Yes Gator I think you are right about not doubling up. I was a little torn about what to do, but I ultimately figured that 10 minutes of jelqing isn't much for me considering I jelq sooo slowly, say 5 or 6 seconds per rep. So doubling to 20 minutes didn't really kill me. Its not like i went from 300 to 600. Well, in the future I'll try not to do that, or at least try not to miss sessions!

And as for my shitting, I'm still yet to go. I typically sh*t once per day, everyday, like clockwork. I don't know what the fucks going on with my body.

Gym: 3 x 225 squats 5 mins, 3 x 40 crunches.

Diet: SW Wrap, Fuze goji wild berry (gay as sh*t), 2 orders chicken fingers with ranch and hotsauce.

And when you says 3 x 225 squats 5 mins.. Do you mean you're just constantly squating 225? If so I'm impressed, I did that in high school when I didn't feel like rep maxing.

First off the south west wrap is grilled chicken, bacon, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, ranch, and hotsauce on a wrap. I eat it because its some of the only reasonably healthy and tasty food on campus.

As for the workouts, they are longer than what I post on here, but my postings are my "measuring set"...the one I do first in the beginning of every workout to measure progress. And yes, 3 sets of 10 with 225 lbs squats, but with a 5 minutes (yes 5 minutes!) break in between.

Haha gotcha, I thought it was a McDonald's thing or something, I had to eat there today during work because I didn't bring a lunch. I hate campus food.

And ohhhhh I see. I thought it was 3 sets of 5 minutes squatting 225 lbs. I was about to be like damn you must have some huge legs like I did. I used to rep max out at 505 in high school, warm up with 225, consistently squat 375 as if I was just going down to take a dookie, and now if I throw 225 lbs up at home, my groin is gone for 4 days. :( Becoming a lard sucks ass.

I hear ya my friend. I am far from primed, and have had 2 ACL surgeries. Although in my hayday I was nowhere near 505...more like 365 tops.

I don't care much for lifting legs anymore as I no longer participate in competitive sports. But I think its toolbag when guys go to the gym, and its "arm day" MWF.

Yea I'm the same way.. Sort of whenever I can get into a decent schedule of lifting again I just want to tone up my legs. I have huge running back looking legs and wouldn't mind shaping them up.. Maybe getting a nice booty to go along with it wouldn't hurt either lmao.

Yea I hate that sh*t too, but I don't have much room to speak because nowadays when I lift it is always arm days (once a week if I can manage it) -___-
