So...I have not been updating as frequently but thats fine. I'm going with this now, and its working great.

March 1st I stretched and jelqed for 15 minutes. Did this routine M T W, took thursday off. Then worked F S, took sunday off. So basically its 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off. Me likes it.

today, March 8th, bpfsl 7.25 on the dot. BPEL is about 6.8 still. Grrrr....

Did you took a week off? Did you get positive results?

Oddly enough, I didnt. But during that time and the week following I was smoking about a pack every 2 or 3 days, not to mention weed everyday and one crazy trip down the rabbit hole...

At the time though my penis was telling me that it needed a break, so i obeyed...and now that i'm done with all that sh*t i expect to reap the benefits.

Monday: 1 mile, 3 x 30 crunches.
SW wrap, SW wrap, piece grilled chicken.

Tuesday: 10, 7, 6 reps w/ 90 lb dumbell flat bench, 5 mins, 3 x 30 crunches.
SW wrap, 2x protein shake, tuna and lettuce wrap, grilled chicken-turkey-american wrap w/ ceaser.

Wednesday:6, 6, 4 :( pullups, 3 mins, 3 x 30 crunches.
SW wrap, 2x protein shake, tuna and lettuce wrap.

The above is just me catching up - I meant to post some workout stats. I'm going to try to go sober and diet well for 3 solid months. Fuck its gonna be hard but I'm game.

Today I stretched and jelqed as usual. Off day tommorrow (Thurs).

Fri: 3 x 10 w 55 dumbell MP, 3 mins, 3x30 crunches
2x protein shake, chicken w/ rice and broccoli, tuna and lettuce long roll.

PE - normal stretches...no jelq i think i hurt my fucking dick

Thanks - you are mostly my inspiration after all. I quickly gained a quarter of an inch in like two weeks. Chalk that up to improved EQ, maybe, but since then I have barely gained in BPEL although bpfsl went up about an additional quarter. But since then I've been hard pressed for gains...so while my 2 months of no gaining is nothing compared to what u went through, I plan on keeping resilient.

Unfortunately today i hurt my fucking dick stretching it in the shower. I was in a rush and didnt warm up properly. Usually I put the water on as hot as it goes and make a "bird bath" as i call it, which is me cupping my penis in my hands which allows hot water to fill up around it. I did not do this today. Note to self: don't stretch your dick out without warming properly!!

Also, I was fucking around with that stupid mandingo stretch, just to see if i really felt a pull. I felt one all right. Now, on the right side of my shaft about midway up my cock it feels like I have a pinched nerve. i therefore am not jelqing tonight. I will see how it feels in the morning and if its OK, I might do a double jelq session. FUCK.

So today...no PE. My dick hurts on the right side of the shaft. It does not hind my errections.

Saturday: 10, 10, 6 preachers, 30 lbs, 3 mins...3 x 10 tri's w/ 40 lbs, 3 mins. 3x30 crunches.
2 pieces grilled chicken w. rice, orange, tuna wrap w. lettuce, diablo wrap.

Its been a week now with no cigarettes, alcohol, weed, or drugs. No junk food either. My body is like in shock, but i feel great, for real.

thanks man. I had some real real nasty habbits. acid and such...

I kinda figured from the rabbit hole comment earlier on. I've never really been a big partier, but being in college I will go out from time to time and the nights that I go over my limit with the alcohol, it never ceases to amaze me how shitty and bogged down I feel the next day! I can't even imagine the morning after with harder drugs. Keep us updated on this too though! I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say we're rooting for you here as well as in your PE ventures!

Yes...thanks again. PEgym is cool because there are no lies here. A liar in the Gym is the worst kind...because you're only lying to yourself. We have no names here. I can be myself and tell my faults.

And yeah man, this weekend my friends went out, and I was the only sober one. It was hella hard but contrary to popular belief i think it will only get easier as time goes on, as I adapt to this.

Monday: Important day today, start of new routine for the next 4-6 weeks.

*20 min bed fowfers.
*hot shower - 1 set each way rotary lig stretch, 2 sets 30 sec hold each direction, 2 sets 30 seconds V-stretch, 2 sets 30 seconds just down stretch. (I REALLY like the down stretch - may or may not be what i specifically need but I like the way it makes my penis feel, and liking the exercise is key).
*20 min bed fowfers w/ 3 sets 25 kegels.
*10 min low erection light grip jelqing (well, as low and as lightly as i can!)

Today I wacked it after the workout...and then wacked it again an hour later! Jesus. Will try not to do that. But anyway I am very pleased with my new routine and I plan on slowly increasing each week, up to 20 mins of jelqing and additional sets of stretching. For now though I'm content.

DIet and Gym: 1.25 miles, 3 x 35 crunches.
SW Wrap, 2 pieces grilled chicken w. rice, hot sauce and low fat ranch, half ranch chicken salad with american cheese wrap.

PE Notes: I didn't even have a massive erection, just an average one, call it an 8, but my penis felt huge. I got it as hard as I could and got a bone pressed measurement of jussstttt under 7 inches. Woooo closing in. And I was just starting to get a bit discouraged.
