So...I have not been updating as frequently but thats fine. I'm going with this now, and its working great.
March 1st I stretched and jelqed for 15 minutes. Did this routine M T W, took thursday off. Then worked F S, took sunday off. So basically its 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off. Me likes it.
today, March 8th, bpfsl 7.25 on the dot. BPEL is about 6.8 still. Grrrr....
