And I should mention on here...for you guys like Ryan, BigO, and PB. We all started around the same time so please post your gains on here as I would like to hear them. I see that BigO has already added .5 in BPEL. Great!

Ya np skeptic! and thanks for the encouragement... im really hoping that some girth gains will follow..
Im actually doing the Newbie Routine found at Th***er's P**ce instead of the JP90, as it was my only source of PE info before i found PeGym, but the two routines seem pretty similar.

As per usual my Penis was eager for exercise today (Monday) after the nice weekend break. I did Morning Stretches and Night Jelqs in the shower both times, following JPs routine.

I couldn't take it anymore and finally measured my penis, but not with great EQ. I'm not counting this as an official measurement, as I will save that until Sunday. I won't be masturbating after Wednesday either so that my penis is hard as nails for the measurement.

Oh yeah. that preliminary, unofficial measurement seemed to read about 6.75 BPEL and 5.0 Girth. if that is true than I have gained about 1/4 of an inch since January 4th. Very cool. But like I said, that was very unofficial and hastily done. I'm excited for Sunday.

Had to fit in both stretching and jelqing into one workout last night, which I think is less than optimal. Today I was planning on resting (as usual for Wednesdays), but my penis was not as tired as He usually is. I think I'm going to just perform the stretches today. It is my ultimate goal to be PEing straight through M-F with no Wednesday off, so I think after nearly 4 weeks I am ready to begin that.

I also will likely masturbate in the shower, and not do so again until Sunday, to ensure 10 EQ for the measurement.

Thursday due to time contraints I only stretched. This means that I have missed a girth workout. Today I will perform the jelqs I missed, then stretch and jelq for todays workout. Yikes. This workout could be nearly an hour.

Hey Skeptic, how about throwing your ruler away for a couple of months. Do your routine when you can, don't fret when you can't do it, don't double up one day because you missed the day before, get the stress out of it and see what happens by May. I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I hear ya I am a big proponent of not measuring frequently...I haven't had what I consider a "measuring session" in almost a month, although last week while masturbating I casually put the ruler up to my dick. I would like to measure soon though. Even if all I gained is .1 inches, I just want to know that it is working so that I have the motivation to move forward.

There is an old rule of thumb, so to speak, that you may find here or on other forums like this. If you stay consistent, figure you'll gain an inch in the first year and 2 inches within 2.5 years.Not an absolute by any means but it seem to be kind of the results I'm getting!

WOOHOO BPEL is about 6.75, maybe even 6.8. Girth remained the same at 5.0. This was on Sunday, which was not a stretch day.

Today i stretched in the morning and jelqed in the afternoon. I measured again (I will put the ruler away, but was curious), and my bpfsl was nearly 7.0, we'll say 6.9...hehehe

I'm very excited, considering my starting stats in length was 6.5. I will continue PE for about another month before measuring again. woooo it works.

good to see you improving man ! I might start my own log. I think I started at the same time as you did (3rd of January). But because I was a bit skeptical, I didnt measure my penis (bone pressed). I did start my newbie routine and now almost a month has passed. I measured it and I do seem to have grown a bit, but it's a bit unaccurate, since I didnt measure my BPEL. If I measure my NBPEL now...I get a 0.4 increase, which I don't believe myself. So on the 3rd of February, I will measure my BPEL and start from there.

I know I gained in this month because now my erect penis can touch the underside of my desk with ease. Which is a bit weird haha, but my chair is at maximum height and I my penis could never touch the desk. Now its easy !

By the way, how is your left vein doing? :p I could have sworn mine started really at the base, now it has moved up a little bit. I also detected 2 other veins on the right side of my penis, a big one and a smaller one.

Ryan - Yes, I have veins in similar areas. One is on the center right side, along the top of my shaft. Its small but goes far up, protruding slightly. And on the right side I have another one which is similar to the one on my left, but not nearly as deisel. I actually will take a look tommorrow and let you know more in depth. I'm going off memory right now.

Today I stretched in the afternoon and Jelqed at night. Jeez...since I do all of my work in the shower, if my penis doesnt grow, at least I'll be clean!

Tonight just stretched...penis was slightly sore and EQ is not great which I think is due to me not watching porn anymore and the jelqs.

man..just stretched a lot this week i didnt jelq 4 out of the 5 ways but i don't really care...i'm not that interested in girth.

BPFSL is 7.1 or 7.2 inches.

BPEL is still hovering around 6.8

Next week I am determined not to measure, so that I can finally get over 7.0 BPEL

Man..I have not updated this in a while.

The week of Feb 15th I Jelqed 15 mins per day and stretched as per usual every day but Friday.

The week of Feb 22nd I am going to try one of Gator's strategic breaks.

So...I have not been updating as frequently but thats fine. I'm going with this now, and its working great.

March 1st I stretched and jelqed for 15 minutes. Did this routine M T W, took thursday off. Then worked F S, took sunday off. So basically its 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off. Me likes it.

today, March 8th, bpfsl 7.25 on the dot. BPEL is about 6.8 still. Grrrr....
