Last week I took preliminary measurements, 6.5 BPEL x 5.0, very round numbers but accurate i promise. I did a light routine of stretching jelqing and kegeling MWF just to prepare myself for this week. I will be putting the infamous JP routine to the test over the next 90 days. I'll probably update this a few times per week. This is more for me than for you guys, but i'm writing it on here to ensure that I follow through with the program. Comments are more than welcome, however - any tips or favorite techniques are appreciated.

Today: Performed the exercises in full, but wound up doing sets of 25 regular and 15 V jelqs, as I didn't realize that both hands together counted as one rep.

PS: I am forced to do these in the shower since I have a roomate at college. When I jelq I get that uncomfortable feeling from the water, sticky almost, even with lube. any advice?

Hello PEskeptic. I would first like to start by saying that look into JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine. It looks pretty solid to me (mind you I'm just starting like a few days ago) and many people on the forums seem to like it so it must be of some use right? Also, as for the roommate, I don't suppose you could use shampoo conditioner. I know lube often when used in the shower, even if you turn away from the water, the mist starts to break down the lube and the lube starts to turn into well... water. So try using hair conditioner instead of lube while facing away from the water and see if that solves your problem. Best of luck to you mate!

The conditioner seemed to work pretty well...still not ideal though. Also, its sort of weird when I spend 30 + minutes in the shower. Would anybody object to me doing a morning session (stretching) and a night session (jelqing) in order to avoid suspiscion and also give my penis a little rest, or is the routine intended to be run straight through (this is JP's 90 day routine).

Today I performed the same exercises as yesterday, opting for half the jelqs recommended because my penis was tiring toward the end of the workout. Perhaps I'll increase to the full reps next week.

took wednesday off, and did a morning stretch and night jelq session on thursday. this was definitely better and when I have the time i'm going to divide up the exercises.

friday i didn't have the time and combined the two again, performing less jelqs still than recommended.

on a side note I couldn't take it anymore and measured my BPFSL. I did not do this preliminarily but it appeared to be about 6.75. if that is any indicator of my BPEL, then I may have gained about a quarter of an inch in 2 weeks of light PE! phenominal! I will not be measuring my BPEL or girth for another few weeks though, so this is merely speculation. After one week of JPs routine no Negative Indicators thus far, and my flacid penis does appear to hang lower.

Questions Comments and Suggestions welcomed!

I did notice that during PE and masturbation (and even sometimes when my penis is just flaccid, but not all the time) there is a thick vein that protrudes from the base of my penis on the left side of the shaft, and it goes up maybe inch toward the head. It has definitely never been there before. I think this is a PI, and another noob told me he experienced the same thing. very interesting...

After taking off saturday and sunday my penis and i were very eager to continue our PE.

I performed the recommended stretches Monday and Tuesday, splitting up the sessions into stretching in the morning and jelqing at night, which i will continue to do.

Flacid penis is hanging well, and my erections are still 9/10 EQ minimum when I masturbate.

First measurement will be on Sunday, Jan 31st.

I realized that if I could gain .5 inches of EL and .25 inches of girth over these 90 days, that would be satisfactory. that way, assuming I match those gains in the next 90 days, I could have gained 1 x 0.5 in 6 months, which would be just in time for the summer!

eating habits?...not really, why do you ask?

although I did just move back into college, so i'm eating school food as opposed to momma's home cooking. but in terms of like going on a strict diet, not really. I tend to live a very bi-polar lifestyle. I eat healthy (chicken, protein shakes, etc.) and go to the gym everyday M-F, but friday night 'til sunday I go wild. Its a sort of release from the rigors of having to work hard and get good grades and what not.

Hows your progress growing? err, i mean going, freudian slip. I haven't measured yet but was wondering if you had, because if your penis grew and we both have that similar vein, it is possible mine did as well.

I also took wednesday off...same reason as you. Less seems to yield more. I didn't measure yet, I will do that in February.

From reading your post, u have a healthy diet and go to the gym every day. It's just that before I started with P.E., I took on another lifestyle (much healthier one) just to increase my height (yes my body height). Did some specific stretches, a specific diet, workout, etc. I actually wasn't consistent with it at all, but every now and then I would do it. And over a period of 6 months, I increased my height with one inch. I met a friend of mine, he just came back from student exchange. Didn't see him for 6 months and before, he was actually half an inch taller than me. Now i'm a inch taller than him ! I'm 23 years old and he's 22.

Ive done alittle research into that as well and I couldnt find anything useful.

thats crazy! i'm 5'10, always did want to be 6 feet...that would be amazing to increase my height. good for you man.

in other news, performed the standard stretches today, all in one session though due to time restraints.

Ya... id be real curious as to what you are doing to get taller... at 23 shouldn't your epiphysial plates have closed already? besides this, when was the last time you saw a height increase? sounds really interesting...
im 24 and im pretty sure ive stopped growing... at least there is PE.

Hey, sorry skeptic for posting this in your log.

I'm finally 6'0" tall because of these excersices. I had a website which I used to get all my info from. But now I have a new laptop and lost all my 'favorites'. I havent looked for it every since because I have the most important information in my head right now. There are a lot of stretches you can do to increase your body height. The video explains it for adults who want to gain height. Correcting their posture and stuff and believe me, I already had a good posture. So I mainly focused on doing the stretching excercises. And you're right Big O, those plates should already be closed.
Except that this differs from person to person, you can still experience some growth till your mid twenties. And since I found this out, I figured why not, I just turned 23 so lets give it a shot...
The only thing what I think is the key to this growth is by promoting our own Human Growth Hormones while we are doing it.
Most people take supplements to promote this, but I try to achieve this in the old fashion way. There are many things you have to do to maximize your HGH levels. I can list them all, but you can easily find it via google. Taking hormone supplements will in the long run trick your body into not making its own hormones. So you have to keep taking it, and who the hell wants that. Plus, I think creating your own body HGH is much better. Creating your own HGH takes a lot of dedication now, because you're body will gradually make less and less of these hormones. The older you get, the harder it will get.

The only reason I wanted to increase my height was because 6'0" is the average in my country. Anything below that is considered small. Since september 2009 I have been taking kickboxing classes, massive cardio workout every time + we do several stretching excersices after each class. And taller people have an advantage in kickboxing.

I didn't experience anything during the first two months. So I gave up, but every now and then I would do the excersises. BUT I still maximized my HGH levels + kickboxing and (european) football. Now that I see that I worked, I'm doing it more consistently.

So, conclusion? Well, if you're still young, try to do some stretching, lots of cardio + HGH. When you're already old, well, try to maximize your HGH levels.

Oh and I'm sorry for not posting everything about HGH. But all the information can be found via google. I was suprised when I first read all this stuff.

I have a lot of things I have to do for my university. Final thesis, exam, papers...

Its all good man its very interesting. You should start a thread in the "gym" section though about increasing your height. Its possible that other people have done the same thing, and you could share information on it. Personally, after PE, I would consider trying to grow to that 6'0 mark. My younger brother is 6'3, and even though I can still beat his ass he is now taller than me, which leads to me being on the receiving end of jokes at family parties.
