Are you guys kidding me? I never believed that this would work, but I've done this routine for 3 days and I can already see results, is this even possible or is this just my imagination? Before PE I always measured for girth something like 10,8cm with 100% erection and now it is 11cm with 70% erection...I am sceptical but I think I will continue for this routine for atleast 2 more weeks and see what happens.

Good luck, but don't expect much in 1 month other than better EQ. Your penis isn't magic and can't grow out of nowhere that fast.
If you want to believe it works then at least do the 90 days of the routine.
It's like going to the gym for 2 weeks and expecting muscles or or it doesn't work.

To whom it may concern,

I want to thank you for making this guide as it's been all I can think about for the last 48 hours of my life. Jon, just reading your quote "I was 4.75" in length and now i'm 8.5" fired me the hell up. I mean really got me excited and motivated. I'm currently 5.75" BPEL and 4.25" EG with a slight curvature upwards (when im hard my penis arcs upward ending at about about 40 degrees upward). I just finished day 2 of your guide. I don't post to forums often at all as i'm quite the lurker but basically this is what my questions are. If they are dumb questions and I annoy you, I will not be offended by your neglect and will continue to worship you from a virtual distance.

1. Will, with time of course, my penis fall down to where it is pointed MORE straight out?
2. Could you clear up what one rep of the v-jelq is exactly, as i've seen multiple different conflicting explanations.
3. Kegels. Do I only do them during the stretching period where stated, or is there other times when they are necessary?

That's all for now. I will be staying patient and vigilant. Just knowing that I have any amount of control over the size of my not very well endowed unit gives me so much more confidence in itself. Stay large you awesome stud.

1. Are you referring to the angle of erection, or the degree of curvature? Erection angle tends to drop with age, but it can stay upwards with strong PC muscles (kegels). If you get significantly larger, you've gotta keep those muscles stronger. As far as your upward curve, which I hear can be pleasurable to women, that should stay around unless you try to change it intentionally.

2. 1 rep is when you do 3 strokes (up, up/left, up = 1, up, up/right, up = 2). This all occurs while alternating hands. It flows nicely when you're doing it. Somewhat tricky to explain though.

3. Bang out 25 quick ones during each stretch, but kegeling a few times per week (always include rest days in between) is a good idea. Like with anything, start with moderate figures, because those muscles do tire.

1. It's definitely more of an angle than it is a curve. In fact at second look its not very curved, not even enough to be considered. I, personally just want it to to straighten out and the question was will it with time and this routine?

2. thank you very much for clearing that up.

3. Okay yes the kegels during stretching, but wouldnt that account for the kegels that week? Or are you suggesting an entire workout seperate from this one that I kegel?

I'm sorry about being so fucking specific about everything but I really like getting full explanation/understanding of everything I do.
Thanks, Tye

Hey Tye,

1. I still want to verify what you mean. When I say erection angle, I'm referring to whether the penis points up, out, or down. Think of hands on an analog clock. But I think you're referring to the penis itself being not perfectly straight (like a slight bend in the shaft) correct? If so, you can straighten out curvatures if you desire. Plenty of threads with info about how to use the jelq to straighten a curve - it's not that uncommon.

2. :)

3. If it's your first time doing kegels, that may be enough work for a while, but eventually 25 reps x 5 stretches won't be challenging anymore. Then you can bang out some kegels a few days a week outside of your routine. You don't even need to set aside time for it. Just do it at convenient times, like when you check your email or eat breakfast.

Ask away. Hope this helps.

ThirdArm, You are the man. 2nd and 3rd questions answered.

Okay 1. I will go into detail as much as I can. Imagine the hours 12:00 - 3:00 on a clock. Now imagine how the seconds hand on the clock would look if it were at roughly 2, but it had to curve a little to get there. Now imagine me turned sideways with my back facing the left and front facing the right. My unit is at about that angle with a slight upward curve. Not much of one but noticeable. I do not desire this, and if it is in my power to fix it then hell, im going to no matter the amount of time it takes. I have read that jelqing against the curve would help, but sh*t if I know, it's my third day of research.

2. ALSO when im wet jelqing, correct me if im wrong but does the ok grip go like this: Hold your right hand straight in front of you making the tips of your fingers face the left. Now make the okay from that position. Is that the correct grip? That would be palm down right?

By the way you are saint for this, knowledge is the best gift a man give/receive.

EDIT: Okay, so from what I've seen from searching simply "curve" in the search bar, the upward curve is desirable!? Okay Iwant to keep the curve, but the angle! the damned angle! I want it to be at 3:00!

I'd like to slip some questions in here too if I might. I am finishing my second week.
1- when doing V-J's my penis will twist 20-30 deg degrees either way meaning the force from my fingers is trying to rotate my penis so it is rubbing top and bottom and not completly focused on the sides. I understand why this is happening, my penis is wider side to side than it is top to bottom so its searching for the least resistance. I think I'm around 50% erect while doing this excersise. Is this normal? if not what can I do to improve it? less force? more erection?, ????
2- also on with the same excersise when I go left, up, right, up, etc how far should I be going left and right (in degrees?) up being zero and left and right being 45deg for example?

3-when doing regular J's the pressure ends up being focused in the second half of the shaft toward the glans. seems like this is conentrating the effort in this area and neglecting the first half of the shaft towards the base. Should I not worry about this now because it can be addressed in future, more advanced excersises?

4- lastly, I find the best position for doing both of these excersises is to be sitting on the edge of a tall stool with my legs stretched out.this gives me the best freedom of motion as I can comfortably hunch over a bit. Is this ok or is it better to sit or stand?

Sorry if these have been asked and answered a hundred times

Nailed it. Coming from someone who did it the other way (I think less efficiently) for the first few months, I'd say that the grip you describe is the better method.

Good for you. The upwards curve makes you unique, has no liabilities, and can even be advantageous. Embrace it. As far as the erection angle, a good deal of that is genetic. That is, you can have two guys with EQ of 10, and two different angles. What affects it is PC strength, but you wouldn't want to neglect your kegels just for a lower erection angle. Some guys who hang say that it can lower where your penis exits your body, and lower the angle a little bit, but I have no experience hanging. For what it's worth, the 2 o'clock angle is perfectly fine.

1. Try this: Keep your first hand held under the glans when you start your second stroke. That should help keep your penis straight. 50% erection is about reasonable, but just a little bit less may help. It's hard to go by % since we all perceive it a bit differently, but you're welcome to try a slightly lower percent and see if that helps. A slightly more pliable tunica may make this problem less noticeable. If you've been masturbating with one hand for years, and thus you have a sort of rotated penis to start with, you may see it during this exercise. Just plant the CS firmly in the webbing of your fingers for guidance.

2. Eh, don't go crazy over it. By your description, I'd estimate a 15 degree angle. But if you call up zero, and sideways 90, it'd be more like a 30 in my estimate. So more up than sideways, at least that's how I did 'em. But again, don't go crazy. Get the work in in a comfortable, repeatable motion that moves the blood effectively. That's what you really care about. If you prefer a more sideways angle, I'm nobody to tell you it won't work.

3. That's a common concern. You may or may not need to address it later. For the present, smooth out your jelq technique. Even out the pressure, be nice and slow in the beginning. Avoid the tendency to go over the base/lower shaft quickly, and slow down towards the top. Even it out. You'll get it.

4. That's one way. Have you tried just sitting with your feet grounded on the floor and legs slightly spread? That removes the hunching part of the equation.

Question: After I jelq, my penis is no longer or thicker than before the jelqing session. Does this mean I'm not doing it right?

Oh, and I'm well over 3 months now and I still have not seen 1 cm in length. This is extremely fucking depressing, as it seems like everyone else sees SOME gains after 90 days. What am I doing wrong???

My penis skin is much darker compared to the top....I mean the foreskin on top off my glans is "whiter". It looks little bit funny, does that go away? Does this mean I am doing something wrong, or have I been training too much?

I've seen some pictures of that... I think it's discolouration? You should look into it, but what I'm doing that I think prevents it is to do firegoat rolls (sp?) between sets which is basically the same thing as taking putty and rolling it in between your hands, but using your dick instead. It gets the blood flowing around the shaft of your dick and the foreskin.

Does it take on even a slightly plumper appearance? Any puffiness near the urethra? Maybe a slightly darker color to the glans? These are all signs that you are doing it right.

I know it - lack of progress is very frustrating when you're investing this kind of time.

I mean, not really. It might be a tad bit darker, but if it is, it's barely noticeable. Does the fact that I've seen no gains after 3 months mean that I'm doing something wrong?

A lot of guys start out with such poor erection quality that they seem to make quick strides of progress, simply because they're getting harder erections. If you started with good EQ, that won't apply to you. Just keep this is mind when you compare yourself to guys who make claims of major gains in just a few weeks/months.

3 months with no gains is tough, but it doesn't mean you're doomed. Problem is that I can't identify any jelqing issues from my keyboard. It's up to you to read up on it the best you can and see if you're doing it right. I believe there are some videos up under the Exercises tab.

As an afterthought, do you measure BPEL or NBPEL? The former is precise enough to show small gains, whereas the latter varies a bit.

I measure NBPEL. There aren't really that many ways to jelq so I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right. I honestly think that there are some guys who just can't gain no matter what. Before I ever started jelqing, I bought a Bathmate and used that on a regular basis, 20 minutes a day (practically everyday for 2 months) and I never saw any gains. Do you have any experience with the Bathmate? I stopped using it before I began jelqing in June. Do you think I should go back to it?

Oh, NPBEL!

Did you at least take a BPEL measurement before you started? NBPEL can be very deceptive. My BP measurement has grown more than my NBP. So if your pad grew a little during the past 3 months, it'll sort of hide your actual penile gains. It's deceptive.

As far as Bathmate, I never have used one, so I can't speak intelligently on implementing it into your routine. But since you're 3 months in, you're good to start looking at some more advanced stretches if you'd like. I'd also like to suggest the ultimate jelq as an alternative jelq. Check out the thread: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-enlargement-forum/9444-ultimate-jelq-uj.html

So if you were formulating a new routine, the following components could be useful to you:

1. Add a more advanced stretch. Here are some choices: A stretch, V stretch, Side-to-Side
2. Do two rounds of stretches instead of one.
3. Convert to ultimate jelqs. Note that you may want to back off on time or reps when you start, since they're more intense than standard jelqs.
4. If you've been doing 3 days per week, add another day. Conversely, if you've been over-working yourself, which can also hinder gains, allow for more rest.

Thanks for the link, I'll definitely give those UJ's a try. But I have a few questions:

Are you supposed to do them fully erect?

Also, I usually always get hard after 3 strokes. I always just wait for my erection to go down before I resume jelqing. Am I doing this right?

9292, this might be obvious to you but I'll ask anyway. when jelqing are you building pressure between your stationary hand at the glan and the hand moving up the shaft? I can easily pack alot of blood (and cause pain if not careful) in that area and have noticable puffing of the shaft which stays for awhile after I'm done. i only ask because I was doing it way wrong at one point and was getting something similar to what youre describing

Nope, same erection level as the normal jelq.

Yeah, you're just going to have to wait for it to go down. This is usually a self-correcting issue anyway.
