I started on the 5th.... Not much in the way of results except a higher frequency of morning wood. Still pullin and pullin..Starting this routine a yesterday.... Hoping to see results.....
The 2 on 1 off schedule is good for beginners.
(1) 103 degrees at the most or just hot enough not to burn yourself(I recommend that you make yourself a rice sock, much better)

PC muscle are skeletal muscle and, just as your biceps or triceps, you shouldn't exercise them every day, at least at the beginning. So start as stated in the kegel article (kegel every other day and work up gradually, then you'll see if you want to exercise every day). However, I'll advise you to consider doing reverse kegels too in order to avoid create imbalance in your PC muscle. Edging as a warm down is what I generally do. The routine does take a long time if you do the exercises, especially jelqing, correctly, i.e., 3 to 5 seconds per jelq. So generally a bit more than 1 hour with the warm up and down...Question, instead of the warm down can I just warm down with edging?
Also Is the routine suppose to take one hour?...
These are a lot of questions but I'll try to answer to all.Hey guys. I've been reading the forum here for quite awhile to research jelqing and stuff, I just joined today and I need your help! I'm turning 20 this year and despite being asian, I honestly think my penis should be bigger/longer than it is right now. My height is 5'6, and my penis is around 5.3 inches on a good day. I don't know how you guys measure the girth but all I know is if I use a ruler to measure my penis from the front, it's around 1.6 inches wide. My dick is also bigger/fatter halfway through the shaft (base is slightly smaller). It's bent to the left and if I measure it from the right side it's longer, from the left a bit shorter, I think this is because when I was growing up I was used to fapping to the right while blasting my load on some tissue. Would this be a problem? Oh and my lot is 9, does that mean I have to jelq straight out and down? Or it doesn't really matter? I hope my information is enough for you guys to help me out.
I think I'm going to start with the 90 day routine, starting from the warm up, stretch, jelq, and v jelq exactly how JonPop did it, but I was wondering, after the v jelq, can I edge for 20-30 minutes before warming down or should I warm down first? And when I edge, am I supposed to kegel before reaching the ponr? If so, how many times should I kegel during edging? I'm going to do this routine from Monday to Friday and Kegel 100 times on Saturday and Sunday. Would this routine be too harsh for my penis? Sometimes I cum by accident while edging, would it be okay for me to just continue to edge after wiping it off? Oh and can I just edge without lube? Kegels only take 5-10 seconds each right? I think i'm going to see how the 5 days 2 offs work, if my penis gets tired should I switch to the 2 days 1 off routine?

For my part, I jelq while sitting down and have the impression that this position (with legs apart) allows to grip as close to the pubic bone as possible. V-jelq are supposed to be done straight up, straight and to the right, and straight up and to the left. Doing it straight down sounds a bit weird to me......how am I supposed to do the v-jelq? I'm more comfortable doing it while sitting down, so basically it's straight down when I do it. Do I have to do it straight out for best results?...
The amount of reverse kegels depends on the level of balance/imbalance of your PC muscle. Pegasus is the specialist of the matter so feel free to ask him if you want additional information, but I'd go with the same amount of kegels that you do especially if you tend to have PE... (50 being the recommended start point when beginning to do kegels for the first time)...
It's 3 to 5 second per hand.wait so when people say 3-4 seconds per REP, is that 3-4 seconds total left + right hand? or 3-4 right hand, 3-4 left hand?
