It's the bulbous part at the end of your penile shaft? aka. the army helmet.
Starting this routine a yesterday.... Hoping to see results.....
I started on the 5th.... Not much in the way of results except a higher frequency of morning wood. Still pullin and pullin..

Questions:

1. Can I do the Ballooning/Kegels (Recommended for Premature Ejaculation) in addition to this routine?
2. Do you "really" need the Supplements mentioned in the JP's routine? I am not sure if I can allow any pills to go into my body for PE. I guess thats why we are relying on the exercise...

The 2 on 1 off schedule is good for beginners.

(1) 103 degrees at the most or just hot enough not to burn yourself(I recommend that you make yourself a rice sock, much better)

(2) Do helicopters shakes are done with one hand(like twirling a key chain)

(3) Picture an old car in the old movies. Where they had to hand crank to start.
Just crank your penis around in a circle 10 cranks to the left, 10 cranks to the right.

Or. stick your arm straight out. Now, make a big circle with your arm. This is what you do to your dick.


I would like to clarify what you meant by to the left and to the right.

Does that mean that you tilt the Penis to the left and make a circle which in on the left (closer to left thigh). or does the left right means the clockwise and anti-closk wise roatation.... ?

Been reading through for a few weeks now, finally got all the necessary stuff. Since I'm already eating very healthy and getting all the multivitamins/amino acids through my workout supplements; I just need to get the routine down.

I've Read up to page 86 and decided too many pages left to go through to find the answer to my confusions:

1. The first set of 50 wet Jelqs, I read that 1 wet jelq rep is 2 strokes (1 each hand), so does that mean 2 strokes left, 2 strokes straight out or up, 2 strokes right = 1 full rep? that's about 300 strokes done 3 times for a total of 900 strokes not including the v jelqs yet.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. I plan to start this tomorrow or monday. Thanks for the help!

No just one stroke right hand and one stroke left hand is equal to one rep or one jelq.

Hey guys. I've been reading the forum here for quite awhile to research jelqing and stuff, I just joined today and I need your help! I'm turning 20 this year and despite being asian, I honestly think my penis should be bigger/longer than it is right now. My height is 5'6, and my penis is around 5.3 inches on a good day. I don't know how you guys measure the girth but all I know is if I use a ruler to measure my penis from the front, it's around 1.6 inches wide. My dick is also bigger/fatter halfway through the shaft (base is slightly smaller). It's bent to the left and if I measure it from the right side it's longer, from the left a bit shorter, I think this is because when I was growing up I was used to fapping to the right while blasting my load on some tissue. Would this be a problem? Oh and my lot is 9, does that mean I have to jelq straight out and down? Or it doesn't really matter? I hope my information is enough for you guys to help me out.

And when I edge, am I supposed to kegel before reaching the ponr? If so, how many times should I kegel during edging? I'm going to do this routine from Monday to Friday and Kegel 100 times on Saturday and Sunday. Would this routine be too harsh for my penis? Sometimes I cum by accident while edging, would it be okay for me to just continue to edge after wiping it off? Oh and can I just edge without lube? Kegels only take 5-10 seconds each right? I think i'm going to see how the 5 days 2 offs work, if my penis gets tired should I switch to the 2 days 1 off routine?

I'm sorry for asking a lot of questions, I just want to know what I should do so that I won't injure myself. Getting to even 6 inches would already be astounding for me, 7-8 inches would be the ultimate goal!

Hey (I'm new here),

I've got a couple of questions;

How long is one V-jelq (one hand up the whole shaft) supposed to take?
By saying 'about 3 or 4 seconds per rep' regarding the ordinary jelqs, that means each hands stroke should be between 1.5 - 2 seconds, right?
And last, after having followed this routine for a few of weeks (with a few more breaks than actually necessary), I find that after completing the routine my penis is no longer bigger than usual (which it noticeably was in the first week/s) in it's flaccid state but rather the opposite. Meaning as soon as I'm done warming down it's back to its 'before I started' size, if not smaller.

Hoping for some answers!

Hey buddy, you gotta remember that you are putting your penis through a series of stress that it's not used to.
It will adapt if you stay constant with the exercise and soon, you'll start seeing those gains. Good luck. (jP

Just one quick question, I noticed you stated we should do 100 Kegels a day, I read in the Kegels article that we should start off with 50 kegels every OTHER day and work our way up gradually, so which one should we do?
100 kegels every day?

100 kegels every day?

PC muscle are skeletal muscle and, just as your biceps or triceps, you shouldn't exercise them every day, at least at the beginning. So start as stated in the kegel article (kegel every other day and work up gradually, then you'll see if you want to exercise every day). However, I'll advise you to consider doing reverse kegels too in order to avoid create imbalance in your PC muscle. Edging as a warm down is what I generally do. The routine does take a long time if you do the exercises, especially jelqing, correctly, i.e., 3 to 5 seconds per jelq. So generally a bit more than 1 hour with the warm up and down...

These are a lot of questions but I'll try to answer to all.
It seems that your penis has the shape of a baseball bat which isn't a big deal but might increase with the practice of manual PE. When you are conditioned (at least 3 months of PE), you might want to try hanging to fix it. If you want to measure girth, use a measuring tape and always measure the same way to keep track of your progress. Here's a must read: Penis Measuring - You Don't Want to Skip It . You might want to do this too: Progress Photos: The Whys and Hows of Taking Quality Progress Pics .
Most men have a curve. This isn't a big deal and PE might help you to straighten your penis.
From now on disregard the LOT theory and jelq straight out (LOT might be important latter if you consider hanging).
You can edge before warming down, after warming down or as a warm down (I do the latter). Start with start/stop edging and later, you'll learn to do kegel edging (Edging - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness ).
JP's routine is intense and it might be too much for you, especially at the beginning with a 5 on 2 off routine so watch your PIs and then adapt your workout/schedule to them (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth! ).
When you edge, if you ejaculate and can still continue afterwards, that's fine but the purpose is to edge, i.e. stay as longer as possible and as close as possible to ejaculation. But that's difficult... Feel free to edge with or without lube (especially if you produce a lot of precum) as you wish...

Ah finally someone replies. Thanks normalguy! I started the routine this week on Monday, i'm on my 4th day now and so far my PIs are all on the positive side, so I think i'm going to try the 5days 2off routine for maybe 2-4 weeks, it doesn't have any negative PIs whatsoever so I think my penis can handle it so far. Another question though, how am I supposed to do the v-jelq? I'm more comfortable doing it while sitting down, so basically it's straight down when I do it. Do I have to do it straight out for best results?

For my part, I jelq while sitting down and have the impression that this position (with legs apart) allows to grip as close to the pubic bone as possible. V-jelq are supposed to be done straight up, straight and to the right, and straight up and to the left. Doing it straight down sounds a bit weird to me...

The amount of reverse kegels depends on the level of balance/imbalance of your PC muscle. Pegasus is the specialist of the matter so feel free to ask him if you want additional information, but I'd go with the same amount of kegels that you do especially if you tend to have PE...
