I have the same thing and judging from their response to you I'm quite pessimistic about it now. ''If this doesn't help then you'll need to get a replacement valve.''. I bought this thing just a few weeks ago and if I need to buy a new valve now, that kinda says a lot about their product. Seems I'm not the only one with that issue either. Their support is also terrible, here and on their site. Think $100 and weeks of expectations just went down the drain.

Valves need regular maintenance. If you followed instructions for valve problems, have cleaned your valve, and are still experiencing problems then the solution is to get another valve. Even the best of products require replacing small parts from time to time.

How can we improve support for you based on your experience so far? Did you attempt to email bathpump when your problems first started?

I sent you a DM with pictures and a video of my bathmate's valve. Hope you can detect the problem, hope to hear from you soon

If you are having problems with locking the valve it has been reported this is often caused by leaving the valve in the locked position. This can cause the valve to get warped. It should be in the unlocked position when not in use.

One recommendation is to set the valve in the unlocked position for several minutes to allow the valve to reshape itself,. then to try locking the valve again.

You first unlock the valve and then apply the device to your penis and pump until you get the desired level of pressure. This is when you press the black pip on the valve to lock it. Twisting the valve will allow you to open and close it.

Wow... I guess I'm just lucky? I've have two Bathmates, one of which is over 8 years old and still works flawlessly. Sounds a little like operator error to me.

Тhink I found out the reason but not the solution for my problem. The little black stick on the valve. So I noticed I was making some small vacuum but when opening the valve and pumping, the pump was very miserable and looks like water was only coming out of one of the sides. I tried pumping on my leg with the little black stick fully brought forward (hope you understand me) and the vacuum looked good and water pumped as it pumps on videos and from both sides. Problem is that when you lock it it goes ''deeper'' and to the left and in order to get the desired pump I not only have to move the valve to the center but have to push it forward too which is impossible. Any ideas?

If the recommendation Walter gave you didn't help, and cleaning the device doesn't resolve the issue then you very likely need to replace your valve.

I just purchased a Bathmate pump and put it to the test yesterday in the shower for 5 minutes. It's an interesting feeling having it on but now I want to start using it regularly and I have some questions:

1) What routine should I be using with the pump? Can anyone give me an exemplary routine that can be scaled over time?
2) Should I be entering the pump erect/flaccid or it doesn't matter?
3) Lastly, there's something that's super confusing to me even though I read articles about it. It's about the vacuum pressure I think it's called, saw some figures like 5h and similar and I have no clue about it. Can someone please explain this to me, how I should be checking my pressure and what levels should I be aiming for?

1) Here is a link to a routine you can use: https://thebiohacker.com/baseline-sq...-more-experts/

2) Unless you are training to resolve EQ you should go into the pump with an erection.

3) The bathmate doesn't have a pressure gauge so you will need to take care to go easy on the pressure in the beginning.

I'm curious, does doing kegels while pumped achieve anything or it detrimental?

Kegels are best performed after a pumping session. If you Kegel inside the pump, be careful with air displacement.

So I'm loving the bathmate so far... another couple of questions, in the instruction guide it says to pump for 3 minutes rest for 2.... is this just for the beginning? Can I add more time gradually? What's the max?

Though we have taken care of some of the shipping problems there are still some delays for customers outside of the US and parts of the US west coast. If you have not received notification of your bathpump delivery or if it's been 2 weeks or more since you ordered and you have not received your device please contact us at [email protected]

Hello,

Apologies if this has already been answered, I tried to find a solution without success.

I have a Bathmate Hydroextreme 7, which I have been using without the hand pump for now. I am unable to get an erection when I pump in a flacid state (I have no ED issues otherwise). I feel a lot of pressure in my glans and when I remove my penis, it is a darker color from the pressure, but it's still mostly flacid. A few times the pressure is in my pelvic area and I get an erection no problem, but I can't replicate it consistently. I'm not sure if I'm pumping wrong, the valve not adjusted right or something else. I'm not 100% bare/shaved, but almost. And water is coming out the end when I pump. But most of the time, I feel pressure in the middle of the pump, not the lower area (it doesn't fall off though). Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you tried getting an erection first and then going into the pump? Are you setting the valve in the open position by releasing the black button?
