yeah, i guess. but try doing what i did in my last post.. tighten up to the fullest (starting from close to the base of penis) all the way to your asshole.. once you have the entire muscle fully tightened, push it out like your forcing a fart (you should feel your abs contract)

Ive tried it a few times and I think got it. Gotta squeeze a hard kegal then pushing lower abs out...something like that
I wouldn't stop doing regular kegels but I would reduce the number of them and increase the number of reverse kegels.When I reverse kegel, I feel my abs, anus and the area between the testicles and anus get tense. It is like pushing out a fart yeah.
I think that I suffer from over tense muscles (which is great when i wanna get really hard but not when I want to avoid cumming). So I think maybe I should stop regular kegelling for a while and stick to reverse kegels...
