This is a sad day indeed, after four months of using Big Al's sock hanger, my sock gave up the ghost. Thread bare with all of the elastic gone, it expired today. With a great deal of saddness I have relegate my will cotton friend to the great laundry basket in the sky.

On ward and upward, no pun intended.

He expired for a good cause :D

I'm having trouble with it slipping off like some of the others have posted. I tried the self adhesive wrap(like frb suggested). I had the same problem though. I had one good hang(the first time), but I had to remain very still for it not to slip off. Its like Newbie said, the skin pulls over the head, causing it to slip. I'm afraid to go any tighter with the knot. Any suggestions, other than buying the bib?
I've seen pics of other rigs that sandwich the penis in between paint paddle sticks, but I havent tried to make one yet.

You can try wearing silicone gel strips (modified from shoe insoles) under the sock. It'll allow you to tie the sock on a little tighter.

I have been doing manual PE since September of last year. Do you think hanging is a good idea on top of my current manual exercises?

What your technique for the adhesive wrap? Do you stretch it out while wrapping? I tried several ways until I finally got frustrated
and gave up. It seems to be on really good, but as soon as I hang, it starts to slip the skin over the head.

I have two thoughts on that- either you should do one or the other (hanging or some other length movement), or you should do a brief session of manual work first to "prestretch" the penis and then immediate do your hanging.

Wow, so this is what home made hanging feels like! I think I'm overdoing it a bit hanging with a half of gallon of water in a jug but I couldn't resist. Also I have to ask, do you tie the weight knot to your penis to or just let your penis hang down in the sock with the weight on the end. I have hope in this! Can't wait to see results! Pe4Life

If I was going to attempt this tonight then my first question is where do you tie the sock on your penis? Right below the head I'm going to assume.

A 15 minute session done 3x a week (done in lieu of stretches) would make a good minimalist type of routine.
