Everytime I try and hang the tie ins slip down to my head, same with shoestring.

Does the cut off have to be below the head?

Will a person still get gains if the tie off is on the head?


To some you you previous and current hangers, how often did it take you personally to increase weight?

example 2 weeks at 2 lbs
2 weeks at 3 lbs
2 weeks at 4 lbs
etc...

I use a cable clamp... Seems to work better then tying it...

When I started with my sock hanger I'd wrap the shoelace tightly all the way around once, then tie one knot (not sure what it's called but the over under when you start tying your shoes) on the bottom of my shaft, then back to around the shaft and another knot on the top of the shaft and cinch it tight.

You have all the time in the world, but only one penis, go up in weight very gradually so you don't injure yourself. I started with 1/2 a pound and went up in small increments either every week or every other week.

i searched for a cable clamp in wal mart and harbor freight saturday. can someone give me an exact name or link on amazon to a correct cable clamp for a sock? and its also for an exercise called clamping right?

Currently the best thing that works is a heavy winter sock. I put the tie ins on and cut them off with a scissor (its pretty safe actually) my question between sets can I just rest my penis like above on the table without releasing the tie in, or do I have to undo the sock hanger between every set?

You're looking in the wrong hardware store. Lowe's and Home Depot have cable clamps. I've seen a pack of clamps at Walmart but I'm not sure they still carry it.

The last time I was in Walmart they had some. Look in the hardware section near the extension cords. Yes, the cable clamp can be used for clamping. However clamping is very advance and you should be well conditioned before attempting it.

You need to take the sock hanger off completely between sets. The purpose of the breaks is to restore blood flow to the glans. It's the hanger itself that's restricting the blood flow and it must be removed.

Cable wraptor at lowes seems to be working okay. Its like four dollars. I attach a shoe string as well.

On hanging its about feeling fatigue , which would probably be better with two or three sets all in one. Ive seen some do twice a day. Does it really matter , as long as your putting in the time and relaxing your penis as you stretch?

had an intense pumping session yesterday which cause edema below my head, quite a bit of fluid buildup that went away.

also is it normal for the head to turn purple for ten minutes after hanging then go back to normal?

Im up to 5 lbs and sometimes have to re adjust, using the sock hanger. Ive seen someone say they use two cable clamps. would two cable clamps be okay for hanging ?

I wonder this because it would be putting pressure on two points of the penis, and an inch below the glans is the best spot? am I over-thinking or would an inch behind the glands or even lower and higher up interfere with gains in any way? or stretching is stretching and itll work?

You shouldn't need two. I use a Captn's Wrench hanging 15lbs +/- and just need 1 clamp.

Just make sure to completely undo/remove the hanger after 20 minutes and give yourself a good 10 minute break minimum.

I also alternate where where to attach my hanger. If going BTC I attach within an inch or two of the base. SD or OTC I'll attach mid shaft to 1" below the glans. Sometimes between sets during my rest, I'll use a tensor wrap and wrap my penis in a stretched/extended state.

why 10 minutes rest between sets? Ive seen some say 5?

It is quite time consuming, esp with work, and other areas of life going on. Recently ive been around family and only get it in at nights, and next thing I know I stayed up too late and need to be up at a certain time.

how many minutes hanging do you think is needed for good gains?

You've gained .75 inches in length and a almost .25 inches in girth in about a year! I consider that significant progress.

Use a wrap under the sock like an ACE bandage or Theraband. This should lend some adhesion- as well as protection.

What are you using to secure the sock?

It is kinda painful to the glans when retracted, even with the wrap as the wrap will push to the glans after putting it on. Even putting it at the base will cause the skin to move towards the glan.
