Hey Thank you PH :) Yeah I put effort for me and other user to know exactly what I do in my routine so when something work well I know exactly (duration grip set rep etc.) what Ive done :)

Tonight was no workout

Ive Edged at 6"1/4 BPEL or 15.6cm Thats a +1/16

25 min Edging some random Kegel erect increase Blood pressure in penis YEAH !
2-3 min Balloning

Warm up 20 min
Stretch all direction 30 kegel 30 first sec. then 30 sec still holding X2
Rewarm up Hot shower 5 min Hot as hell :)
Jelq slow stroke low erect 20-30 until unit start to feel tired 6-7min tonight.
Warm down 5 min hot water on unit :)

60 semi erect jelq low Ok grip
15 sec Horse squeeze hands not moving to each other Stick squeeze
2-3 min jelq 40% + erect.
15 sec Horse squeeze
2-3 min jelq 20-30% erect.
15 sec Horse squeeze
20 slow jelq low erect.
Warm down Hot shower 10min.

Good workout Ive buy some whey shake in it We got Glutamine Vasoline Arginine Lysine Thats all good :)

Extra Day On 3

Warm up 10 min VERY HOT WATER
Still Hot water on Unit Stretching just under pain feeling 1 min Each directions with some kegels
Jelq 0-10 % erect. 70 rep Pulling the base while reaching the head ( Lenght Jelq )
Warm down 5 min Hot water on unit.


Saturday and Sunday Off

Day 1 Workout

4pills of Arginine = 3333 arginine
1/2 of an Amp (energy drink with caffeine ,ginseng , guarana)
Wait 20 min with Heat pad on Pubis

In Hot shower :
100 sec High Intensity Stretch with some Random Kegels X 1
About 150 Medium speed and intensity Low Erection Jelq ( Focused on Lenght jelq)
When I do these jelq When i reach the top I hold the base of my penis and do like a bend with the shaft Ive done it Friday and Saturday the penis was hangging all the day and was always ready to get an erection that was amazing.

Post workout bowl of cereal ( Nuts , Almonds , Whole grains Rolled Oats , Wheats )

Due to Good Feeling of my Unit Ive done An Extra day On

Warm up 10 min Very hot water on pubic.
45 sec Stretch All direction Low - Medium Intensity some very fast Kegels to drop tension in lig the famous Kick back effect.
Rewarm Unit 2-3 min Very Hot water on Unit.
60 Jelq Medium speed medium grip Ive done these jelq like stretch When I reach under the gland I stretch Work very well on lenght.
Warmdown 5min Hot water Lig and Unit.

My penis was bigger last night and larger Mesurement in not so long :)
Due to continous Gains Decondition break will be later Until Gain will drop or stop.

Slow deep Breathing when I do my jelq very effective ! :)

The truth is : You can do Pe everyday But You CANT do High Intensity EVERYDAY So one Day On Normal Workout day 2 Half time or rep intesity Day 3 Normal intensity rep Ive started doing this Great feeling Work well for now Ill keep you Informed :)

Thank you :) you need to Maintain an erection at least 30 min per day With Edging Ballonning Jelquing What ever.. Girth come with the Blood pressure Work on it I promess you Good results :)

60 slow jelq till i gain 60-70 erect then stop a bit start again slowly to 40 4-5 sec rep low grip Great feeling

After some day off and some day semi-on off :p IM back

Warmup 15min
Stretch 1 min all direction with Kegels
2 X Tunica Stretch 30 sec
40 low erect jelq for lenght
40 medium erect jelq for girth
Balloning and Edging Total 5-10 min
Warm down 5 min hot water.

Supp 2 X pills 850mg arginine , 2 X Green tea , 1 X Ginko Biloba

Post work out another 2 pills of Arginine 2 bagel penuts butters and Whey Shake :)

Yeah Sometime PE work great when your penis dont know what you gonna do Improvise ! Ive tryed this tonight but normaly I do One lenght day one girth day One semi lenght day on and day Off. Last week Ive tryed 5 or 6 day in a row of Pe cant remember But It was great good feeling receptive unit and seem to follow a progression but Ive done low workout day like

Warm up 20min
1min stretch low intensity all direction with kegels
40-60 slow jelq low grip low intensity
warmdown 10 min

Thats for lenght day
