Hello there,
Would it be possible if you elaborate a little bit about that?
Because I've just received my order of citruline malate powder and I was wondering about the pros and cons of powder v pills.
Of course pills would be much more convienect to use, but if the powder gets the better out of you then so be it.
Powder will absorb quicker, depending on the fillers etc..it's generally accepted that Citrulline Malate is better absorbed / more bioavailable than HCL but not more than ethyl ester HCL.
Zinc arginate is the best form of zinc for sexual dysfunctions...as it delivers zinc and arginine together - acting as an effective substrate for nNOS.
Arginine Glutamate may have a beneficial effect on sexual function; glutamate helps maintain nNOS expression but if it gets to high it might kill N.O levels and decrease testosterone by excess stress / simulated stress response.
High levels of glutamate kill brain/nerve cells - especially over time. However, moderate levels are needed to maintain libido and nitric oxide.
It's all about balance. I find that taking high amounts of GABA increases E.Q but not more than D-Aspartic Acid or NMDA - in my experience, NMDA agonists have the strongest effects on libido from an amino acid perspective.
