DAY 258

Great routine today.

Did the 50 squeezes - I'm still not feeling them doing them without lube. Using lube makes it more elastic, so I might do squeezes AFTER the s2s stretches next time.

Did 210 s2s stretches where I counted 19 reps in one min. Will increase with 10 every time.

Then ended with 6 Supra slammers and a little edging.

Went into a hot shower and after used cocoa butter as always. Penis has been hanging all day since I did the routine. Great!

OK routine today.

Did 50 squeezes, trying to change the second hand grip (the one by the glans) to a inside grip. Felt better.

Managed to do around 150 s2s stretches, before I gave up. I couldn't get my dick to get flaccid enough to do them. Whenever I took 1 min break, it just hung down, slghtly too hard for the stretches.

So I did 7 Supra Slammers along with some extra mins of edging.

You got me curious with this one. So you were using an overhand grip and now you go underhand?

Oh, and I'm with you on the s2s erection level. Happens to me all the time after squeezes. Sometimes just getting up and moving is enough to bring me back down.

I used to do it like in the video Big Al posted, overhand on the base and overhand by the glans. When I say overhand, I mea forexample my left hand is at the base with the thumb on the right and my right hand by the glans with the thumb on the left.

Now I have changed it to the right hand still being a "overhand" grip, but thumb is on the right, so the thumb is closest to the base instead of furthest out. I turn my hand around!

Did that explain it? I suck at explaining, let me know.

Okay, I think I get it now. The other hand is just oriented the other way.

Good routine today. Did 50 squeezes, then 220 s2s stretches, then 7 Supra Slammers.

I might take a 2 days pause, since I don't wanna overwork it. Also, I'm going for 240 s2s stretches and 60 squeezes next time.

Raider told me that Big Al recommends capping off at 50 squeezes max. Are you still gaining from 50 reps?

I can't know if I'm gaining from 50 reps as I have just been doing the routine for a little more than a week. My gains on girth is so slow, I doubt it will help much. The Supra Slammer itself should be enough for girth, but I'm not gaining, so I only go for lenght ^^

Era, I messed up on my previous post about the s2s stretch grip. I actually use the original method, although I have certainly tried your grip method.

DAY 265 Pause - yesterday waas third day in a row with no PE. It's getting stupid, but I never have the privacy. I can't get results for doing 1 routine every fckn fourth day! argh

DAY 266 -
Not good routine today. Penis kept getting too erect EVERY 10TH S2S STRETCH... Had to quit at 80, because it took me 30 mins already. Squeezes went well though, same with Supra Slammers.

Reason for the erect thing is prob cause I haven't busted in 3 days.

Man, that really puts a damper on your workout. But in the scheme of things, a few bad sessions won't amount to much. Are you abstaining for some sort of porn reboot, or you just can't get the time alone to release?

No, it's just that days are busy and I tend to forget to masturbate. Mostly due to no private time and when I have private time, it's usually before I workout and I hate doing it before.

But I'm ofc. not gonna quit. Just need to continue and accept the fact that the routine days will variate from week to week...

DAY 267, not enough time and now not privacy for a good routine.

Kabooom!!! What great routine today!!

Started doing S2S stretches after 10 mins of warming up. I forgot to do the squeezes first, but I gotta say, stretching first IS better for me.

I had very minimal problems with erection when doing the stretches as I found out standing while doing them is better. When I sit down, it's easier to get erect, not sure why.

Did 300 S2S quality stretches! After that, I did 55 squeezes, which actually felt good this time.

Finished off with 3 standard Supra Slammers, then 3 more Supra Slammers with everything added in a double amount of time (1 min hold at start, 20 seconds jelq upwards, 20 kegels while squeezing then, 20 seconds locked hold on base and glans, 10 seconds jelq upwards again).

Then did just 3-5 minutes of edging, and man, I don't know why but even after all of that intesity, I STILL can get ROCK hard (I do watch porn). Wanted to do more squeezing and Supra Slamming, but I know it's important not to overdo and rest.

Went in to the bathroom, saw penis at 100% eq in the mirror and I just have to say, even though I am just above average, my dick looks kinda huge on me. Especially after a routine like this. I find it odd that it's not bigger in stats, I really do.

Hot water, went out of the shower, penis even then hanging @ almost 6 inches.

Great day. This is how it's suppose to be. I had even been waiting since yesterday do to the routine. I was excited!

Right, I just finished 1 and a half hour edging.

I have never done that before. It started with wrapping a smooth sock around my dick. Started jerking off, without touching the glans. Glans was swolen during almost all of the time no matter what angle I put my penis in due to the sock.

Amazing. I am still rock hard, it's really weird.

I'm expecting a really, really sore dick tomorrow when I wake up, lol.... And I'm def. gonna do more of these 1 hour + edging routines whenever I get the chance.

Not sure what you mean by end? You mean by how my dick felt after the whole edging session compared to when I don't edge that long?

It felt much better. My dick didn't turtle once like it sometimes do and it stayed very stretched and plumped in flaccid for the rest of the night. Still can't believe my penis is the stats of what I have, it looks so much bigger in the mirror.

I've awaken now, and through all night, my dick as been hard and semi hard. Even after awakening and just lying in bed, my penis would get random hard erections. I've never had such sensetive dick when it comes to EQ.

There is something magic about the edging session, I tell you.
