I agree with the ideas on pelvic floor balance.

V jelqs have proved to be girthwise very efficient for some, they're not that difficult to understand when people look at the proper topic.

Removing stretches shouldn't be done, it's one of the easiest, yet low intensity exercise that can gain you length quickly.

As for the warm down I don't think it has any effect whatsoever, be it useful or negative.

I just started JP 90 a few days ago but i had a couple questions. Do i start 5 days on 2 days off at the beginning or do i work up to it over the 90 days? Do i do 150 jelqs and 90 v jelqs right from the start or do I work my way up to that many reps over the 90 days? Is it ok to add a 5 min kegel exercise every other day routine in there as well, or are the kegels with the stretches enough? any advise would help

Did JP add the Pelvic floor balance (April 2013 amendment) or was it some moderator?

The JP90 guide says to keep an erection level of <30% for the warm up set before jelqs. However, I find that I rapidly get a >70% erection doing the helicopter shakes and the big circles forcing me to take breaks every 5 seconds or so just to let the erection subside. This, as you can imagine, makes the warm-up take three times as long to complete. Does anyone else have this problem/ a solution to this problem? Or will it just get easier to control with practice?

no there wasn't anything on the pelvic floor balance just the kegels do you think i should add that to the routine?

I'm fairly certain he means the position in which your penis is during a stretch as in 6:00, 9:00 on a clock so to the left and right.

Imagine a clock face, 6:00 is straight down towards your feet, 9:00 is straight out perpendicular to the floor, 12:00 is straight up towards your navel.

With a HOT wash cloth, warm your entire groin area for a period of 8 to 10 minutes. Re-heat washcloth every minute or so to keep it hot. This is recommended, as moist heat penatrates better.

Wouldn't this kill sperm cells as it will be touching or extremely close to my testicles?

And I don't have a washcloth or a rice sock - I just use a towel. So could i just use the corner of the towel and heat that up?

I have a question. Did the workout today for the 1st time and it seems wise to ask. After all that attention... is it a good thing to masturbate? Id hate to leave my buddy hanging but if its counter-productive I wont do it.

No I think they mean 6:00 is pulling straight down, 9:00 is pulling straight out and 12:00 is pulling straight up. Therefor if your LOT is at 6:00 this means you have a high LOT which I hear i a good thing. If any of this is incorrect please verify.

If I do the Jelquing routine, can I still do proextender right afterwards? Will using proextender interfere with results?
