V jelqs have proved to be girthwise very efficient for some, they're not that difficult to understand when people look at the proper topic.
Removing stretches shouldn't be done, it's one of the easiest, yet low intensity exercise that can gain you length quickly.
As for the warm down I don't think it has any effect whatsoever, be it useful or negative.
