Premature ejaculation is a condition from which millions of men worldwide have suffered, but you don’t have to keep suffering!  Premature ejaculation exercises can help you build stamina and learn control.  Other penis training methods, such as penis traction devices, are also an option, as is seeking medical assistance.  Whatever method you use, don’t let premature ejaculation defeat you: you too can build a harder, healthier penis and increase your sexual prowess.

JUST WHAT DOES ‘PREMATURE EJACULATION‘ MEAN?

There are many varying opinions as to what is classified as premature ejaculation. Some people would consider premature ejaculation to be when you accidentally climax after a mere few seconds, whereas other people would classify premature ejaculation as any time a man comes before his partner is ready. In other words, it’s a subjective point. In the US alone, according to various studies, 25-40% of men suffer from what their doctors consider to be premature ejaculation. In fact, if you use the looser definition, nearly every man will experience premature ejaculation at some stage during his lifetime.

WHAT CAUSES PREMATURE EJACULATION?

Premature ejaculation can have a variety of causes, some psychological, others physical.

Psychological causes of premature ejaculation:

  • Stress
  • Depression
  • Unrealistic expectations and ideas
  • A history of sexual repression
  • Lack of emotional intimacy or confidence
  • Miscommunication between partners

Physical causes of premature ejaculation:

  • Poor blood flow
  • Natural aging
  • Genetics
  • Lack of ‘sexual training’

In cases where the premature ejaculation is severe it is highly advisable to see a medical professional. However, for milder cases, penis exercises or devices may help or reverse the condition. Even exercises and devices that are alternately used for penis enlargement may have a positive effect, since they strengthen the penis and the associated pelvic muscles.

Similar to the PEGym penis forum, over at SizeGenetics numerous customer testimonials have shown that many people experience improvement in their in-bed prowess and an increase in the ability to “hold on” during sex.

KEGELS FOR PREMATURE EJACULATION

Kegel exercises are one of the best ways to increase the overall health and stamina of the penis. Kegels provide a wide range of sexual benefits, including increased penile blood flow, stronger, harder erections, and an increased ability to control ejaculation and last longer in bed. Kegels can even increase orgasm intensity!

“Do you want to fix premature ejaculation? Do you want to stop erectile dysfunction? Do you want to have a hard and healthy penis? Then Kegel. If you’re exercising your penis to improve your sex life, you’ll want to Kegel.”
–PE Gym expert Remek, in our article “Kegel Exercises for Men

According to the book Great Sex: A Man’s Guide to the Secret Principles of Total-Body Sex, by Michael Castleman, “Italian researchers worked with men who reported persistent involuntary ejaculation…Sixty percent said Kegels helped improve their control.”

The pelvic floor muscles targeted by Kegel exercises can be identified by stopping urination in mid-stream. To perform Kegels, simply contract the same muscles when not urinating. See how long you can hold the contraction. Don’t worry if this is difficult at first; you can gradually work up to more and longer Kegels. In his “Last Longer In Bed” chapter, Castleman recommends that you “Begin by doing five slow contractions and five quick ones five times a day. Your goal is to be able to do 50 slow and 50 fast three times a day, for a total of 300 contractions a day.”

If you are up to beginning with more Kegels, our “Kegel Exercises for Men” article outlines a slightly more challenging pelvic floor muscle penis exercise routine. Kegels should be done every other day, up to three or four times a week, rather than every day. Like any muscles, your pelvic floor muscles need time in between to rest and strengthen. This strengthening should ultimately give you more ejaculatory control.

EDGING AND BALLOONING TO HELP CURE PREMATURE EJACULATION

Edging and ballooning are two other penis exercise techniques that will help you strengthen (and possibly enlarge!) your penis and improve your staying power.

Edging involves masturbating by stroking your penis slowly, starting at the base and moving upwards. When you get too excited or feel the urge to ejaculate, start moving back down towards the base. Try to build up to 20 minutes per edging session before you come.

“You may accidentally ejaculate too early here and there, and this is all part of the learning process.”— Veteran penile exerciser and penis forum Moderator Kingpole, in his PE Gym article, “Edging.”

Ballooning is an advanced form of edging. To practice ballooning, find the super-sensitive “magic spot” on your penis (avoid the frenulum under the head at first, as it may be too sensitive) and rub over and over, using a circular motion, until just before ejaculation. In a ballooning session, your goal is to stay at your maximum hardness for as long as possible without ejaculating. This practice can help you gradually increase your stamina. You may even wind up with a bigger penis!

USE OF PENIS DEVICES TO IMPROVE PREMATURE EJACULATION

Although primarily penis enlargement methods, penis traction devices and exercises force blood to flow into the penis, resulting in a strengthening effect.

A traction device places a tense stretch along the penile shaft. This effectively trains some of the penile tissue, including the cavernous branch and the corpus spongiosum. With the blood now pumping around the penis more freely and powerfully, and thus delivering oxygen to the “trained” parts of the penis, the penis anatomy naturally strengthens.

Users of traction devices soon begin to feel improvements in withholding ejaculation, enabling them to last longer in bed.

OTHER TOOLS AND EXERCISES TO IMPROVE PREMATURE EJACULATION

  • When having sex/masturbating, aim to make the session last at least 20 minutes. Even if you have to stop and go… this will train your body to last longer.
  • Try the “squeeze exercise.” Stop intercourse just before the point of ejaculation, and have your partner grasp and squeeze your penis just below the head until your erection abates.
  • Avoid desensitizing condoms — these often make men go limp, and can desensitize the woman too (if rubbed wrongly), which leads to an overall bad experience.
  • Most importantly, try relaxing and enjoying yourself. Too much pressure gets you and your body excited! Women just want to have fun, too.
  • If all else fails, new medications are coming out that can help turn minute men into 30-minute men. According to Dr. Ken Goldberg, respected urologist and founder of the Male Health Center, “delayed ejaculation is a known side effect of anti-depressive medications, especially those called SSRIs. Over the past decade, considerable experience has been gained in using them to actually treat premature ejaculation.”

PREMATURE EJACULATION IS CURABLE WITH THE RIGHT EXERCISES!

Even if you find you need medical assistance in your fight against premature ejaculation, penile training can help you increase your stamina and prowess over the long term. Like the rest of your body, your pelvic muscles and the smooth muscle tissue in your penis can become more “muscular” with training, allowing you ultimately to be able to sustain more powerful erections for longer. And it is in the strength of your erection that you will find greater control over your climax.

  1. People who suffer from Premature Ejaculation have a tendency to ejaculate more rapidly when their legs are spread farther apart from one another. This is why if you suffer from PE, try to choose sexual positions that involve your legs being closer to one another. This will help you to have more control over your PC Muscles. So, the next time you are having sex, choose your positions wisely!
