The first year I hung slowly increasing weight from 2 lbs to 17 lbs. Just about all of this was straight down (sd) . Some of this was staright out (so) This is where I increased length , 05 inches. I definitely gained from Dec 18 to Dec 19 bc the ruler was under 6.5 consistently when I measured a lot (except a rare occasion), then it was over 6.5 . 6.75 inches or 17.5 cm is about the max ive measured in length, after I switched to another cm measurement.
Ive hung mostly around 18-26 lbs for three years. One timer I went to 31 lbs for 15, sometimes 20 mins at a time, a few sets a day, then had to go down to 26, 23, 20, 18 lbs the remaining sets, most of this was btc. Straight down would cause a much higher percent of tunica lengthening than behind the cheeks position. Its a lot more difficult as well bc btc is comfortable you lay back , put your feet up (this stress more the ligs and base ) Straight down you have to stay upright , sitting in a chair, sofa, watching a movie, doing computer work, or on your phone. Ive been experimenting more with sd these past six months, and heat before every set.
The past two weeks Ive not hung, as its been five years or so since Ive gone this long without , manuals, hanging, fulcrums and months on this, twisting fulcrums and hanging , extending, clamping, or pumping. I feel much less stressed, as in the past I probally caused grayer hair to happen bc I would work, go to gym, then have to get my hanging sets in , no matter what. Your are correct, I was younger and that isnt the way. Of course one must take the time each day to do this, but after three thousand or more hours of hanging since Dec 2018 and little length increases a break is fine, and when I come back Its heat and sd. (ive also down over the shoulder, which im currently convinced sd is better for tunica growth, despite everything I've read, in the past about ots being superior) Ive tried so much with a lot of time. I used to hang in front of an ex, and not have sex , and that caused a lot of fricton and possibly her breaking it off. We got back together and I wouldn't hang in front of her again. We are no longer in a relationship , she moved away, and didnt respond to a text and if she wants something to do with me shell message me. Anyways, this is about pe, I used a pump one of the last times we were together and she commented how much thicker it felt. Mine broke, second time now, and im contacting leluv to see if theyll replace. If not ill buy another one bc it is a nice tool to thicken girth one time or another. I wouldnt do it the first time yall have sex, just an occasional thing sometimes
Back on subject, I agree and I dont know if Bib stories are a fricton of his imagination or not, he does sell hangers after all, and dont have pictures. There is a guy who, on his forum wouldnt share much, then finally said hes only tell me this once, he gained two inches hanging straight down. Will it work for me? I dont know . The sd position is much more difficult to be upright on the end of my bed, or recliner sofa, so I may have to sit in a computer chair , when the time comes to start back, for comfort and not uncomfortableness
