You can learn how to control your arousal and last as long as you want, first, start by reading the stickies on this forum, then follow a regular and reverse kegels routine to strengthen and balance your pelvic floor muscles, and practice edging to raise your awareness of how your body responds to sexual stimulation and be able to control them.
The process may take some time, so be patient, it is a training and reconditioning process, don't seek shortcuts, if you have the will, you can do it!

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.
